Went in there after listening to the radio commercial, and I told them what I could and could not do. Daniel understood and he went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I walked out of there with the car I wanted, at a great interest rate and no money down. Everybodys situation will be different, but give these guys a shot. They will definitely work hard to get you into the car you want.

Seems to me, Im not the only one facing a horrible time with this car lot. When I went into this car lot for the very first time, I spoke with the salesman openly and advised him, my credit was low and I was working on building it. He showed me different cars and got me to fall in love with one of them. He ran my credit and came back telling me, I had to come up with $4000. At that time, I was willing to save EVERY check of mine to take them that amount. Once we discussed a game plan, he comes back to tell me, I only have 30 days to get the funds together. I left there very disappointed. I spent my last $1.50 on the bus and had to walk for two hours before another bus came around. My second time returning to them was in March and I didnt even want to go. My best friend at the time, told me I could trade my car in with them even though I was still making payments. So I went there, spoke to them about my current car note & how I didnt mind going a bit over, allowed them to run my information & looked at different cars. I was told the same exact information. We will need $4000 down. Now today they contact me via Facebook with their Nickel Pickel deal... But for what?!Whomever goes here and gets into a car, I know for a fact, theyre not driving off the lot with only $5 or $7 down. Nor are they driving off the lot with .05 cents down. This car lot is NOT for the people! Their lenders require PERFECT credit! Not everyone has PERFECT credit....

I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get into a new or used car! I personaly went to this place thinking I was not going to get approved due to my credit but Jose Luis and his team did everything in their power to get me the best deal that would get me into the car I wanted! 10/10 customer service from beginning to end!

The auto center is a must recommend on getting a nee or used car. Mel Norah helped me out very mich in getting a 2012 Mazda 3 and they welcomed me openly into the auto center family. Great people and great center to get a new or used car.

Went in & told the salesman right away about how much I can afford and do & was trying to pressure me into buying a car that wasn’t even there. Couldn’t get the payments I wanted so couldn’t make a deal & the salesman got mad & just left me and stopped helping me. Didn’t even bother to shake my hand after

Definitely not for the people... This place is A joke, the salesman right off the bat told me that i would be paying $700 or more, without even checking my credit. Never will I go there and I hope no one does

This advertisement that theyre doing on the radio station is nothing but a scam, they advertise that they can get you your down payment for $0.10 and thats a total lie, thats just to get you down there so they can run your credit multiple times, make your credit score go down and then lie that you need a bigger down payment. Then they pull a credit score from some but Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. This is my second time going there and it will be my last . Barry did NOT help or call me back either. I had to call him each time. This place is not for the people and they do not listen.

They are expensive, their on sale items were the same as regularl every where else.

Worst place ever was there all day for car that should been done innlike 2hrs they tell me i can get car 10cents down or 25$ and while im waiting the dealer is helping other people and forgetting bout me hours and hours waiting and i tell them i dont have a license to begin with told them that i can get it next month after so and so much is paid give me plates for week to get my license ran into some issues because im out state and then tell me the bank needs you sigm something statinf that ill be getting my license an well i go the gut that sold me the car tells me jus getting paperwork printed for me sign statinfg i am getting my license and then hours again pass by theb this younger guy comes and gets ne takez me to a room n says that it wasnt the babk that had limit it was them and they barely gave me a week to get it then took my car an i was trying to get my friend into car an one the girls working said she was gonna help us get my car back for little longer and there we are waiting an hr or more an we get up to see what she has say an she forgets all bout me and is jus trying sell my friend this n that car

When I went there I had been pre-quilified and they told me I could get approved for any car in the lot. So I go in happy and excited and no one would tell me the price of amy car saying that they dont have prices, we go by what you can afford and that sounded way too good to be true, because it was. So when I tried to look at different cars the dealer didnt let me look, he made me get on a car I wasnt into and made me do a test drive.So as Im test driving Barry made me go to a gas station to buy cigarettes for him. So as hes smoking he kept going in and out of the car that hes trying to sell to me!When we were back at the lot he told me I couldnt quilify with what I was offering and I didnt know what else to offer, because I didnt know the price of the car, since they told I can pay what I could afford. They also kept hassling my wife into cosigning but because of her personal reason, but after the 1st time we told them she wasnt going to cosing and they kept questioning her and trying to presure her.So we walked out, we were uncomfortable, I never knew the price of the cars, I didnt know what to offer because I could put a bigger down and pay more a month, and they were attacking my wife. Oh and after I told them to not run my credit until I knew the price of the car and they promised me they wouldnt run my credit, well surprisingly they did ran ot a whole bunch of times and told me that those were estimates. I got hit with so many hard inquiries that messed up my credit score bad.

Your God awful radio commercials are the reason I have Spotify now. Most annoying commercials Ive ever heard in my life. I will never visit your dealership for that reason alone.

Everything this car lot stands for is Not for the People They said they could get me In to a car with no money down as long as I had check stubs. When I got there they didnt even ask for check stubs. What makes it worst is that they ran my credit for El Paso Auto center and for a separate bank.2 credit inquiries on my credit. Do not trust them. They will tell you anything just to get you over there

😣 got a 2017 Hyundai about 3 weeks ago. Already put about 800 bucks into maintenance and repairs,come to find out it was involved in a crash. Nobody can help me there. I hope the engine light doesnt pop on or something before I can make my 1st payment!

The most god-awful commercial that makes me want to throw the radio across the room. You are unable to even look at their vehicle inventory online! Youve gotta submit your information so a salesperson can contact you. Really??

This place is disgusting. Please do not trust them. They never mention you for a day. Eye a day late payment go and they take the car without returning you not a single penny do not give you chance of anything. The damned thieves did it to me.
