My go to auto shop for my vehicle, great service and fair prices.

Not only do they provide great customer service, they get the job done right! My AC compressor went out when I moved to EP. Car stalled out and my insurance sent me to these guys. They repaired the stall out issue and quoted me for my compressor. A few weeks later I had to have my car towed to them again for a different issue (not related to their previous service) and asked them to fix the compressor as well as the other issue. When it was all done the cost had increased. I wasnt able to pay all of what they were asking and they worked with me. They didnt have to do that at all. Having just moved here and still trying to get established, this was a huge assistance to me. Its not easy to find reliable and trustworthy mechanics where Im from. Im definitely happy to continue to take my vehicles to L Tune as well as recommend other people go to them. My car has been great since the repairs! Thank you so much!!!!

Wonderful and HONEST shop!..I was told by other shops that I needed a AC compressor and had spent over 100.00 elsewhere in diagnostic fees ( as most shops charge for this). My AC was not working and I was about to make that expense of approximately $700.00 when I met Ms. Veronica -owner of L-Tunes. I mentioned to her my situation and she invited me to bring my car in to her shop for a free diagnostic. BEST DECISION EVER!.. I took my car in on a Friday morning. I called after lunch and was told they were taking my car for a test drive to make sure all was well. (I was a bit confused as I had not authorized any work on my car, and I did not want to be surprised with a large repair bill). Ms. Veronica called me back a little later and told me my car was ready. What!! I thought .. that cannot be!.. a compressor is not changed in half a day!.. Still confused but happy that at least my AC was working ..I went to pickup my car. and was willing to pay for the repair bill.. As I arrived.. I went to office to take care of the bill and to find out what work had been done. Ms. Veronica gave me the bill of ZERO!!!!.. there was NO CHARGE!..What?..I did not understand..This shops professionalism and Honesty goes ABOVE AND BEYOND!..Ms. Veronica explained the vent inside my car needed an adjustment which took a few minutes to do and that corrected the problem. My AC is working beautifully!.. This shop could have easily told me anything and could have charged me anything and I would have believed them and paid .( since I was already expecting a major repair). Instead they were gracious and honest enough to explain the minimal work required!. To this day my AC works great!.. I will tell everyone about this shop and will for sure take all of my business to them even if I live on the other side of town. We came to this place to get our sensor fixed but supposedly they said they didnt know how to fix it really so we saw on you tube and we found out thats its an easy fix I think they were lazy they kept our car for 2 days they called us 2 days later to tell us they could not fix it waste of time going there

I think Ive had eveything done to my cars there at L-Tune. Always trusted that they would be honest about the repairs. They have had some changes through the years, however they continue to be the most reliable guys in the buisness. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest auto mechanic that does excellent work!

Took a car over to have them diagnosis an electrical problem. Found them to be honest and reliable. Gave me good advise on what needed to be done.

They were not totally up front with their price (honest) I was not kept in the loop. Overall, the work that was performed on my vehicle was good.

They are very unprofessional. I used to take my car to the previous mechanic that was there (Beto) and never had any trouble with him. I went back a few months later and they lied said he was not at work that day when infact he had moved location (for his former customers, Beto moved to 8164 N.Loop) just incase they lie to you too... anyways the service was bad, expensive and left with more electrical problems than what I went in with. Glady I found Beto again and got it fixed in no time.

I took in my Nissan 350z 2003 to get a new clutch installed which they did but also wanted the top cover of the motor to be replaced with another one I had bought they also installed but driving back home I heard some noises coming from them motor well I checked they had missing screws hoses not clamped up right It was just a mess Dani who I’m expecting to be the owner of the shop was really cool but Dani I think you need to get yourself some new Mechanics I know getting new mechanics is hard especially if they want to get paid good but it’s going to be better for you shop to grow Beyond we’re your at right now there’s more things that I would like to say about the work you guys did on my car but I feel that going on here talking more about what happened isn’t going to help I would appreciate if you reached out !!!!!

Ive been going to L-tune for a few years now. They take care of my basic needs for my vehicle and Im happy with their service.

Great place. They took care of my trucks check engine light at no cost and found that my fuel pump was weak - so they replaced that and only charged me the fair market value.

Been a customer for a long time. We all slow down every once in a while. This company has always treated me fairly and they have good mechanix. The service is always to please their customers as they have pleased this satisfied customer.

People were friendly there.

L Tune is a great automotive center! My husband and I have taken both of our vehicles there and will continue to do so! Employees are great at what they do and at customer service as well. Danny is a really good person as well as the receptionist. Couldnt trust anyone else with our vehicles like we trust L Tune!

My alternator went out but while battery still had enough juice I drove it to L Tune yesterday around 10 am. They took my truck and I prepared to wait all day. But in a little more than an hour, my truck was ready with alternator replaced and check engine light cleared. Trucks doing great again. Total cost for alternator replacement lifetime warranty part and 90 day labor warranty was $204. Thats a great price. They were already very busy too - tons of vehicles inside and outside the shop.

Im a female, so Im used to being taken advantage of by auto shops. But I had nothing but a great experience here. I took my car in to get my radio checked and my air bag light had went off. They couldnt fix my radio and they turned the light off and told me what the problem was. I was there for about an hour and they were so kind and it cost me nothing. Would definitely go to them again with any issues.

For the most part, I had a good experience. The only issue I had a problem with is both entrance/exit gets blocked off sometimes. Its a pain in the ass finding a way to enter, park, and exit the place.I was told what I needed to be fix would be done in an hour but only took 20 minutes, which I was happy about. Price was okay. Not a big difference from most place.

Awesome place. took my mercedes to get the bearings replaced and they gave me the cheapest price in town with no B.S in and out quick, everybody was friendly and even answered other questions i had... recommend to everybody in El Paso i know that needs their car serviced. If i ever have a problem again i will definitely stop here

Horrible place i took my bmw so they can fix i got the car and not even a hour later the car had leaked all the Anti Freeze due to alot of miss placed cables that where not put where they are supposed to be i call so they can see it they told me thats how the car was very poor customer service

Not really experts in BMW I took my car they assumed it was going to be one think honest and knowledgeable they wanted to charge me more than 1000 dlls.... I said ok they are experts my car will be fix ....after almost three weeks they couldnt fix it yes for obvious reazons they game me a discount I ending paying near 500 and my car was not fix i step out with same problem, less money plus car was given with no gas when I dropped off will half tank ... Unbelievable ..please owner dont do this to your costumers .
