Brake Masters has the best customer service I seen so far, with good pricing, professional staff, and good service especially honest work, management is very professional and they keep you posted on work being performed, the waiting times may be long and sometimes short it all depends on the work they are performing on your vehicle, and on their work flow, but what can I say the wait is well worth it, I will definitely recommend Brake Masters to family and friends...

I have done business with Brake Masters for YEARS. The past 2 weeks I had some issues with my brakes and with another Brake Masters and Angel was able to get me the help that I needed and had turned a very upsetting situation for me into a much better experience. I cant thank you and the rest of the staff there (including Juan as well) for all that you did for me and my car. You have given me peace of mind! I will definitely be using your location again.

Second time here that I get a terrible timeline. First time. I came for an oil change, and I was told it would take about an hour. Two hours later I left without the oil change. Today, I brought my vehicle for a wheel alignment. I left it at around 12 noon. I called around 4:30 PM and was told the vehicle was being driven into the shop to start on it. I arrived at 5:15 PM to find out it was a lie. I was now told my car was next. The only reason I returned is because its near my house. But definitely not returning. My time is more valuable, and I dont know if I can trust last minute jobs and lies. It is unfortunate that a business that seems to be well established provides poor customer service. There is no reason or incentive for me to return here. I wouldnt be this disgruntled if I had just been told that they hadnt the chance to start on my vehicle instead of a lie that they had just started. It is childish. Irresponsible, and un professional. Good luck with your business, because without professional, compassionate, and timely business, luck is what will help you.

My car used to feel like garbage when I drived and the brakes were even worst so after 2 inspections at brake masters they found it was a bearing.After the bearing was replaced the car drived like new and the brakes work awesome.Thank you Angel

Was offered by Angel to write a review to receive a discount which I suspect most the reviews are on here from. Avoid this place at all costs! Took car in at 8am, told would be an hour, wasn’t done till 2pm?? Not even sure if they actually did the work tbh.. I mean 5hrs for an oil change and tire rotation...nahh shady place...

Great staff. Called and asked if they could do an A/C test on my car and they said to bring it in. When I got there I was told the only location with the capability to work on a Hemi Dodge Charger A/C was the location on the Westside that opened up. Would have liked for them to ask me about my car more over the phone so I could make the necessary arrangements with my son instead of carting him around all afternoon.

Since the pandemic happened, this place has became my new stop I trust to get my car done at. The manager Angel is very helpful, and makes me feel like my service as small as an oil change is always done good!

Assistant manager Angel Lizaola was honest with me advising of a 2+ hour wait. I decided to leave my vehicle and he helped me out with coupons due to the possible inconvenience I may have to leave my suv overnight. I have done business with break masters before and extremely pleased with the type of work they do.

This place has no form of communication. Is it possible to put no stars? I had called and asked if there was an opening to bring in a 350z nissan to be looked at. They mentioned they were free and had no line first come, first served. Got there in 5 mins and the story changed that it would take an hour to get it looked at. I stated that the rear right tire was bent inward. The manger didn’t communicate that to the technician so the technician test drives it out the lot to diagnose it. When he returned the manager seemed to take little to no care. Would not recommend this place to no friend, family, even a foe. Don’t come here. Thank you.
