Getting a quote was quick and painless. Scheduling an appointment was just as easy, and they were able to fit me in on the time and day I requested. Office staff was polite and courteous. Southwest auto glassOn May 18,2021 I had my Jeep’s glass replaced at southwest auto glass. I called prior to setup an appointment since I was driving from California when my windshield cracked. They were very welcoming when I arrived and were expecting me? When they were done with the repair, I saw that they had cleaned the inside of my Jeep. They also gave me instructions on how to care for the windshield for the next few days. I felt in good hands knowing that if I ever have any issues or need more glass work they would help me out. I previously had my side view mirror replaced due to hail damage at another company. Within months I was barley able to use it because it started turning brown. I didn’t need the whole assembly replaced just the glass. At Southwest Auto Glass they cut the mirror glass and replaced it within an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly employees. I would definitely recommend them.

Had an appointment for my windshield, they took me in on time and told me it would be about an hour to hour and a half. Vehicle was ready early.Drove away from the shop and noticed my drivers side door weather stripping was flapping in the wind so I turned around and went back. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, one of the employees approached me to find out what was wrong. I showed him the weather stripping and he said they dont work with that part of the vehicle when replacing the windshield. I asked him if it was something he was able to repair and he said yes. Turned out both of my doors stripping needed to be re-glued. I told him I would pay for the repairs and he informed me that its not a big deal and he would take care of it for free.Cant top that efficient replacement service, outstanding customer service and 10% military discount! Would definitely recommend to others!

It’s great to know that there are still honest people in the world. Southwest Auto Glass employees did something that I don’t see everyday in business practices, integrity.Yesterday, I was looking for a place to get my interior car window switch on my vehicle repaired. Prior to bringing the car to Southwest I checked a few places to see how much it would cost to have the interior lock on the driver side repaired. One place told me that it would be $150 dollars just to do a diagnostic and obviously the dealer stated that the estimated price would be $450 dollars for complete repair. As Southwest was working to replace my interior window switch on the driver side door one of the employees asked me to come out to the garage. They wanted to show me that the reason why my interior door handle wasn’t working. It wasn’t working due to a broken piece inside the door handle. They suggested that I may be able to buy the door handle and have someone install the new handle for a cheaper price. While this may be something simple and small to most I believe that took a level of integrity because some businesses try to get over on the customer, in my experience. They were actually telling me a way that I could save money. Not to mention, the Southwest employees didn’t have to tell me what was wrong with my door handle because their job was to fix the door window switch for my vehicle. I appreciate the honesty and taking the extra step for the customer. As stated earlier, this is rare in businesses today. I highly recommend Southwest Auto Glass not only because of their performance and professionalism but also because they still have values. Thank you Southwest.

Ralph and his staff at Southwest Auto Glass are simply the best. I can be a little picky when it comes to my vehicle and I had additional questions that the average client probably wouldnt have. They handled every question and concern I had with the highest caliber of customer service. There was no hesitation or reluctance like Ive experienced in other places. They replaced my windshield, side quarter glass and even the mechanism to raise my windows on my front door after someone broke into my vehicle. They had the work complete in a matter of hours, the work was clean and efficient. You can even see the techs doing the work through the glass in their shop which I thought was super cool. He just replaced the windshield on my car and for some reason he had to lie about breaking a part off the rear mirror.. not only that he told me I hate running into people like you wow! Called to have my windshield replaced on my vehicle via mobile service. Installer comes out,and I am watching him. I see a small chip on the new windshield. I noticed hes covering it just perfectly when handling it,and when he put it in,he was trying to get it in pretty quickly.) I pointed out to him. He agreed and called and all this and that. Now am I accusing him of trying to cover it up without me noticing?Well if I wouldnt have been out there I would have never known since the chip is under where the weather stripping goes. Could have been an honest mistake,maybe not. Regardless,thats only part of the problem.Another guy calls and charges me. Came out to shy under 200 bucks. I ask whats on the charges. He mentions a few things that they didnt even do since the glass was chipped . Weather stripping was one of them. Had to ask him just to charge me the glass itself 3 times since thats all they did,and the glass was chipped to begin with. They set up an appointment for me to go in and get the problem fixed,but really? Thats why I used the mobile service to begin with.I chose this place based on good reviews . Perhaps the good reviews are from people that are at work while their windshield gets replaced.Good thing I kept an eye on it, as I always do on services around here. I never did go back to remedy the problem. Cars a beater,and my time is limited.Have two more cars that need replacements plus a piece of glass for my house. Not gonna be from here.Edit to the owners response: Regardless,whatever I typed did occur and appreciate the reach out. Since then I have had my windshield replaced elsewhere. Thank you.

SW Auto Glass on Montana is the best place to get your auto glass replaced. Chris talked to my insurance company, got me scheduled to come in 2 hours later (he did offer mobile installation) so he had time to get my windshield delivered. When I arrived he immediately inspected my vehicle, told me what would be done, and started on my car in 15 minutes, even though there were cars already being worked on and more came in after. Pleasant waiting area with soda machine. I heard the receptionist answering customer questions professionally, and offering drop off service to two ladies if they didnt want to wait. 45 minutes later I was paying my deductible, receiving printed instructions for care of the windshield in the first 24 hours, and on my way. They truly made a quick and pleasant resolution to an unexpected cracked windshield. Thanks to Chris and the crew at Southwest Auto Glass !

Had the mobile service (extra fee) come out to repair a crack in my windshield. The repair was quick but resin was left on my car’s hood. Called about the issue and was told to go in so they could have a look at it, defeating the purpose of the mobile service all together. Arrived the next day and they had some obvious difficulty trying to remove the resin. Can still see resin drop outlines and some scratches where they attempted to fix the problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

$800 to fix a sun roof. $600 in labor.....insane amount. Im not a sunroof repair master, but thats expensive!

Just want to say, this is where you want to go to have your auto glass replaced. They are quick and efficient and are cheaper than safelight. It took the installer less than half an hour to replace my windshield. Their mobile service fee is also cheaper than safelight. Safelight does not quote their mobile service fees and you cant speak to a local person. I will use them again if the need arises.

2nd time we use their services and both times have been quick and easy very professional. Strongly recommended.
