I took my BMW in after somebody backed into my passenger side door. I had my choice of where to go but I decided to go with Streamline as they were listed on my insurance & they had one of the best ratings as well. This is the first time I needed body work on my vehicle & I was scared that youd be able to tell where the repair was done afterwards. I was pleasantly surprised as you cant tell my vehicle was damaged at all. Also, they were very courteous from start to finish. In my case, they were very efficient as my vehicle was done in about 8 days. Thank you all for the great work & your courtesy. Very nice people! I definitely recommend them.

Don’t use them!! They stole money from me and overcharged me after giving me an estimate. I used them to repair my jaguar from a parked hit and run back in 2018. My deductible for the uninsured motorists was $250.00, but streamline charged me the full $500 collision deductible and didn’t say anything to me about the lesser amount they were supposed to charge me. I just found out about this after talking to my insurance about an unrelated matter. The work was very poor. My paint cracked and had to be redone.Shame on me, but I took my other car to them to have some minor damage repaired. Luis quoted me $1.2xx.xx for the job. When they called me to tell me the car was ready, he increased the bill to $1,7xx.xx without my approval and I had to pay the extra $500.They stole from me twice and did poor quality work.

I was referred to them as a progressive authorized shop. How they are on that list is a surprise to me. Work was very poor quality. Took it back a second time and work was no better than the first time. Had to take it to Caliber collision to get it fixed right. Worst part is the owner supposedly looked over car the second time and gave it her stamp of approval. Other shop had to redo the whole thing all over.

I got rear ended which I honestly didn’t have time to deal with due to my hectic schedule but from the time I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked it up streamline went above and beyond. Friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with and to make this experience less stressful for me they had enterprise there when I arrived. Recommend!!!!

I want to add Sergio took care of us. At first when I took my car I was skeptical on how it would turn out because Ive always took my car to Lexus, but our insurance recommended this place. My car had damage in the front bumper which damaged only one headlight so the insurance was not going to cover that, but I was upset because I didnt want one dull light and a new one. I asked Sergio if they can help me, at first they said the light would be $700-$1000, but later I got a call that they would give me the light at $588 plus they included buffing some of the other scratches on the car and fixing a small part on back bumper. What I liked is they did not take long in fixing my car and when I received it I was very happy with the results. My car looks great!!! Thank you guys!!!

This was the worst experience in getting my camaro fixed. Girls at front desk dont greet u walking in, they just stare at u and wen I went every time to ask if my car was ready the girls were all on their cell phones. It took them more than a month to give me the car back and wen I pointed out about the right fender not being fixed properly.Mark said insurance wasnt going to fix that because it was in a previous accident.i explained that the fender was still chipped and the paint got cracked so obviously it was damaged in this accident. My insurance had informed me that they werent going to fix it because Mark told them it wasnt part of the accident where the bumper meets with the fender so it didnt get fixed. Mark kept saying it was the insurance that didnt wanna pay it. They charged $4,200.00 to get the bumper and a fender fixed.when we went to pick up the car a month later the paint cracking was not fixed again.he said it was repainted wen it wasnt. I showed him the cracked paint. He took it to the back again and said they gonna try to fix it. I told him I was going to take the rental car back and that i would be back to pick it up. 20 minutes later I got there and it still was all cracked. They never fixed it right to begin with and i guess they thought I wouldnt notice. They just buffed out the side and lied they repainted it. I pointed it out the cracking of the paint again and mark just gave me a look like what u want me to do about it. NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THAT PLACE!Dont take your car there if u want to be without a car for a month or more. Yea Mark paid for an extra day for the rental car because he didnt have it ready yet. but that didnt fix the cracked paint that he was supposed to fix in the first place.

Went in for an estimate on my rear bumper. Since a friend recommended me to her, I ask for Alexandria whom corrected me very rudely that ITS ALEJANDRA! not Alexandria. Very unprofessional and did not go back.

In 2013 I took my Silverado to this place to have my hood and roof repainted. Last year I noticed the paint beginning to fade. Turns out they used an inferior clear coat...by their own admission...and would NOT make it good. Dont go here!

My tl type s had xenon headlights and were replaced for the regular halogen headlights.Paint is starting to fall off after five years since it got repaired.Car was in the shop for almost two months for a front end collision.Wouldnt recomend at all
