WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!Luis Marquez is the owner, was so rude. My husband’s car was in his shop for about 4 weeks. Luis told my husband he needed to purchase a part for his car. We purchased the part and took it to Luis a week later. After that Luis went silent. My husband would text/call Luis for any updates on the car and Luis would not respond. One of the time luis responded to my husband about an update he said he didn’t have one due to his workers not showing up for work because they had gotten to drunk the day before. Luis had told my husband that he would charge us $300 for the labor since we did provide the part. After 2weeks he told my husband it was going to be $350. Then today he texted saying the car was finally ready and that it would be $400 then hung up on my husband. No explanation no nothing just hung up the phone. We got to the shop and my husband took the car for a test drive. Came back seems like the car is ok. But the inside of the car is missing a floor plastic that covers some wires. The wires are now exposed Luis took a “look” and said he didn’t know what had happened. The car did not need to be touched inside whatsoever. Of course Luis did not return the plastic so now my husbands car has exposed wires.PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

Super unprofessional. Took my car to get a front bumper/grill replaced, came to another problem with the hood not able to open after the work was done. Took it back, let them know about that and a coolant leak, they didn’t let me know the issues that they found, lost my key in the vehicle. I took it to a different shop, they let me know immediately that they left all sorts of cables and parts hanging from the bumper replacement that were hitting on the condenser, due to a bracket that was broken. Again, they could let you know any further issues, for you to get replaced/repaired.

I had xpress body shop to fix damages on driver side of my bumper and the area above tires…The first day My wife noticed corner of bumper was sticking out. We brought it back and they corrected it. A couple days later I looked under my hood and they did not tighten down screws on battery bracket, left five screws out sitting under windshield wipers under hood. They left smudge all on driver side of my bumper and sprinkles of white particles or paint inside my car on the door step and along the driver side door. My Airfilter compartment was not not tightened back down as well. Although the clerks were courteous the poor work quality is a big take away. I would not recommend anyone to get their vehicle fixed there.

Worst body shop ever. Very unprofessional. Owner promised my vehicle would take 4 weeks to complete new paint job. It took them over 14 weeks. Paint job was inferior. Paint is cracking and chipping. Owner would like every time I would call him fir an update. He would tell me they were working on my vehicle, when in fact it would be parked in the back among 20 other vehicles. I can not get them to fix all the issues I have with my vehicles paint. Do not bring your vehicle to this shop. I guarantee you will not be pleased with their work or customer service.

They do nothing but the best work and they always put the customer first, Louise will always put you first not the insurance company, he will make they fix everything that is possible from the insurance company and will work with you on your deductible no other places that Ive been to will do that... I had my vehicle’s rear bumper replaced in this shop and everything was perfect, very friendly and professional staff. My vehicle is new, had a minor accident. You can’t tell the difference between the original bumper and the new one. They did the job very fast. I highly recommend this shop.

These folks are good! In and out in no time for a door dent repair on a Nissan Kicks. Looks brand new with their paint less dent removal process. All of them were very professional! 10 out of 10!

Luis provided excellent customer service and helped me fix a couple of scratches on my car. The work was done incredibly well, in a timely manner and you can’t beat the value. I will definitely recommend to anyone who needs quality work done on their vehicle.

If your intention is for them to fix one thing and damage the rest of your car and not paying for it this is the perfect place... it took them almost a month to fix a four day problem (which was their estimated time) for my black Mustang. Paint transfer, scratches everywhere, the sensor on the door does not work. They painted over dust leaving a bumpy, rough feel, glue transfer (I don’t know from where). Trying to fix the paint transfer/glue/dust problem they buffed the car leaving hundreds of chipped paint marks all over the car. They said it was already there and blamed us for not inspecting the car properly (I hand wash my car every week). The current fixes will cost us over $2000 to fix for a $600 door dent we brought it in for.

Look if I can give 0 STAR then I would.I am going to try and keep this professional.I have a 2012 Camry that I bought from online Auction last year, was front end damage, fixed it at home, the time was right to finally get it completed, I took it in to get painted and fix the gaps. I got plenty of offers from shops ranging from 450 to 1500. I talked to the owner of the place, he looked at the car, I told him what I wanted, he said DONT WORRY WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU, have the car painted and gaps fixed. I dropped the car off on a Monday and I was told to pick it up the following Tuesday. I get a call from them on Thursday, they apologized because the car is going to be late Due to XYZ and will be ready Saturday the following week.....NO PROBLEM.I extend my rental car. I stop by the following Thursday, and I am told that its not going to be done until the following Tuesday due to XYZ....NO PROBLEM. (notice a pattern here ?)I again extend my rental car and once again assured that all body work is done and just needs paint. they even show me my car, which had my front bumper removed. I pointed out a few things that are still the same, oddly enough after I was told all bodywork is done.... the manager said OK we will get it done. thank you sir, have a good day, Great.So finally Tuesday, I go to pick up the car, they tell me the car is done and in the back, great finally, I go to the back to find the car painted poorly( white gaps that are noticeable by the other body shop that I had to take it to after to fix it again, apparently due to dirt or something, ), the driver door window trim on the outside is broken, with the bumper sticking out on both sides and ALL the GAPS are almost the same way when I gave them the car. I am told that, SORRY WE TRIED BUT......, We cant fix it, due to it needing parts (Core support and apparently the apron). Hold on, If it needed parts and you can not fix it why not tell me? you have my phone number on file and I stoped by....? why not give me a quote before you painted? why paint it not fix it ?for example hey sir we can paint it but we cant align the gaps due to XYZ and this is how much it needs if you like ??? is this unreasonable ?how about when the manager told me the body work was done when I walked in the week before on Thursday?? then I am told by the MANAGER that the deal was not made with him and it was made with the owner, The owner explains that they tried to fix it and couldnt because the car needed parts...yadayadayada.... I am angry at this point and dont want to lose my cool so I walk away to go grab the money to pay them, the manager takes over and the owner leaves me and starts talking on his phone... NO PROBLEM..................................how much to fix I needed it fixed? the manager says you have to pay us double basically to fix it, oh and BTW we cant fix it right now we are so busy, drop it off next week on Monday and pick it up on Friday.....look I am sure one of them is going to read this review and start telling me how they are right and I am wrong for XYZ, good luck.Am I at fault for being this lenient with them ? YES. Am I wrong for trusting a business in my community that I literally live 2 miles away from ? YES. Are they at fault for not honoring the deal? YESAm I happy with the results? NO. what do I want from them to fix this????If i can get my money back minus the paint they used (not including the labor) who am I kidding this is not going to happen.if you want your car done right, DO NOT come here.If you want to be taken advantage of and have a headache, you have found the place. maybe you will have a different experience I hope.save your money and time and take your business somewhere else.Why no pictures, I dont have pics after I picked it up from them that night as I took it to another body shop imminently the next morning.

Very willing to help me out after I got in my car accident. Brian (Manager of the shop) is very knowledgeable in his work and knows how to get the best deal for your buck. My car, LOOKS LIKE NEW; I had both bumpers replaced, one light, and a quarter panel reinstalled. On top of replacing my vehicles damaged parts, they also repainted minor scratches and cleaned my car. I can almost promise you that you will not get a better deal somewhere else.

This place has done a 360 thanks to Brian Chavez (general manager). I had my car worked on there about 4 years ago and had the worst experience. After the 4 years the paint started peeling so I took it back. Brain was attentive and determined to make things right. He took my car in the same day and had it done over the weekend. He kept me updated on the progress and made sure all was done right. This place is determined on satisfying their customers, very different than before. 👍

If you are looking to take your car in and sacrifice something else on it then this is the perfect place. Took it in for a mechanical job and picked it up needing body work that i guess they were too lazy to place the body parts back how they were. Its the first mechanic shop to ever do that. Look for another more trustworthy mechanic shop people.

My wife ran over a large street sign that got stuck under the car. It took a jack to remove the sign and poll. The engine was rattling heavily afterwards. After calling other places with a inspection fee, We called here. They said they would look it over for free and give us an estimate by end of day. I feared it was gonna cost a good amount to fix. About an hour later they called me back and said it was all fixed, only costing $40. Great place, they had every chance to nickel and dime me but kept it honest. This place is highly recommended.

Took my 2016 Dodge 1500 to them they took a 48 days to repair the truck then they put doors from a 2010 one ton dodge on my brand new truck that is only 4 months old which I took to my dodge dealer cause when i got the truck back the check engine light was on but my dealer refused to fix cause by not putting on the proper doors he voided my warranty. The back door has chiped paint all over cause the door does not fit right and vibrates causing more damge and when you shut the back door glass fslls out the bottom i would have never took my truck there but a crooked lawyer referred me to them from sanchez law firmin las cruces he is in the pioneer bank building in las cruces i would warn any one not to take there vehicle here.

A friend of mine recommended Xpress, so I took my BMW to get a new paint job and it looks factory new. I got a good deal and couldnt be happier with the quality.

Took a vehicle just for a bumper repair left it there for about a week. So I decided to stop by and I checked the vehicle and nothing was done to it. I spoke to the supposed manager which lied to me and said they had already started working on it, which was false, he was very rude about the situation, he told me just to take it. Anyway ended up taking the vehicle elsewhere. I would not recommend to anyone
