Very unprofessional and very unpunctual. I waited over 2 and a half hours for him because he said he would be at his shop in 45 minutes but guess what,,, he never showed up and he didnt even have the courtesy to call or text me. That is bad business!! He hardly ever comes to work. He lies about why he isnt there. I cannot and will not refer any of my friends to him!!!

Hugo is very professional and keeps you updated on progress of how your car is coming along. Work was done in a timely manner and good price compared to others I got quotes from. I would definitely recommend H.H Hugo’s body shop to anyone needing repairs! Thank you so much for the great job done!
