These guys are the absolute worst when it comes to customer satisfaction. They take way longer than what they tell you. Wrong parts order not once but TWICE for my vehicle and every time I showed up to the shop to see the car nobody was working and beer cans scattered through the parking lot out back.

David is horrible at providing accurate deadlines. I understand businesses get busy and body work is not something to rush. However, I got constantly lied to as to when they would start working on my SUV and when they would have it finished. I went 2 weeks after they said they start working on my vehicle only to find they didn’t even touch it. I was upset and eager to take it to a different place however David threatened to keep my payment saying that the paint was already purchased. Getting the vehicle back was just as frustrating as I was given multiple deadlines. What made my experience bad is being lied to and ignored. You’re better off going to another shop.

So pissed off!!!!! We went last week to talk to them about fixing my truck that we were dropping it off today, Kary says to text her instead of calling, I text and call her this morning, no response, I call a few times after that and at 3:30 she finally answers and agreed for us to take my truck, we get there and are signing the paperwork when someone comes and asks her if were dropping of the truck because theres no space since 3 vehicles were dropped off this morning and my truck will be left outside, I tell her 3 times that I called and confirmed with her that we could drop it off and not once did she say there was no space or they couldnt do it, she starts yelling at me saying they dropped off 3 vehicles this morning and that is why there was no space, so glad they hadnt taken my money because I grabbed it off the counter and walked out. Ugh if I had known there was no space or that they couldnt do the job, I wouldnt have driven from Horizon to waste my or their time!!!!! #advantageautobodyshop #wasteoftime #badcustomerservice
