The worst gas station!!!!!!!!!! They will steal and not tempt to help!! I used a gift card here yesterday at 6am they happened to be closed and the pumps where locked so I remove my card. When I stopped by again today my card was declined. I checked the statement balance and it said Shell -$50 i called the gas station A RUDE INDIVIDUAL ANSWERED DIDNT LET ME TALK AND AS I WAS EXPLAINING HE SAID I WAS LYING THAT IT WAS INPOSSIBLE I SAID THATS WHY I AM CALLING AFTER SCREAMING AT ME AND NOT LETTING ME TALK HE HUNG UP. I contacted someone else and they said they will file the complain for me. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Fuel Rewards (posted on pumps as option): not accepted. After swiping the card, it was accepted but after I swiped my Shell card, after it was approved, the transaction was canceled by someone inside. See Cashier displayed. Cashier said that they dont accept Fuel Rewards cardRestrooms (even for paying customers):No public restroomsPrice: Above average for anything in the area.Will I ever come back? Never

Weirdly wont take ralphs reward points inside but the gas station terminals themselves show that they will? I thought every shell gas station was equipped with ralphs rewards? Shaaady.

Went to get gas here this morning because I got a new shell gas card and the cheapest shell station near me and all the pumps are locked. Why!

The gentlemen that run this gas station and garage have been my saviors for going on six years! From just gas and oil changes to tires and heater core on my classic car and even smog checks.As a female in Los Angeles you are always concerned that you will be taken advantage of at the auto repair shop...Never once here.Ive always received an honest response to whats absolutely needed now and what can wait until next time, I send all my friends and family here they are so accommodating!

Whatever you asked for, they will say “we’re having short-staffed”. Don’t expect to get some help here. Just FYI.

I had the worst experience @ this gas station. They were very unhelpful to me. Unless you are a friend of theirs or a male, they flat out ignore you. I have lived in the area for more than 30 years. I am a disabled woman. I pulled into this gas station with a tire that was low on air. I hung my handicap plaque in my window. I asked the attendant who was standing in the garage area (doing nothing), if he could please help me put some air in my tire. I also just had surgery a few days before & I was headed back to the hospital, as I was not feeling well & my surgery wound was infected. He said no! I practically begged him to please help me. He refused! I then offered him money. He just laughed with a smirk & said no I cant help, I am closing! I was SHOCKED! His brother was simply sitting down in lounge chairs with the garage doors open & talking to a friend. They were not in any hurry to leave. The garage doors were both wide open & it was 12 minutes before they were to close. Both men ignored me & refused to help me even for a fee. He just kept shaking his head & telling me NO! As I said, It was 12 minutes before closing time & I could not believe his lack of compassion or care. He just walked off as I was trying to talk to him again nicely & pleading with him. He started talking to his brother & the friend as he ignored me. I will “NEVER” use this gas station again & I will share with “ALL” of my family & friends my horrible experience! I was not asking for any special treatment. I am a very hard working woman & very independent regardless of my disabilities. I usually do everything for myself but unfortunately, I was not well at the time. I would have thought that even for a fee, they would have been kind enough to help me. It’s so sad how some people can be so nasty! My main issue is this! They are a full service gas station. Good customer service should be everything to them & it was anything but! Furthermore, I usually have my father, brother or husband help me with difficult tasks when I am unable to do something. Unfortunately, none of them were available at the time. I have never been in a situation like this where I was asking a gas station owner/attendant for help. I don’t know the laws or rules when it comes to disabled people but I will say... I was very saddened & disappointed at this Shell gas stations response to my asking for help!We won’t be back... EVER!

Went to get gas here using my rewards points. Unfortunately, the pump would not take my card so I had to see the cashier. Cashier refused to take any rewards points. He claimed that the points were expired (when they clearly were still valid). He then went ahead to say that the gas station was not participating in any points programs (but the actual pump has points redemption option available).The cashier of this shell station is very unwilling to be of any assistance. He will outright lie for whatever reason to not be of service. This shell station has been around for years, and I have rarely seen any customers. I dont know how this place is still running as the prices are always higher than the 76 gas station across the street AND the customer service here is terrible.I would not recommend to use this shell station. First off, it closes early (5pm). Secondly, customer service here is a PITA. Lastly, it does not accept any rewards points (although Shell website has it listed that it does).To sum up, go to the 76 station. If you absolutely must use Shell, take the extra ten minutes to go to the Shell station in Arcadia or Rosemead. It just isnt worth it to come here...ever.

Their smog place ISNT COMPETENT at all . I took my car there and all he did was tell me to replace converter and everything related to the smog emissions and after 600.00 dollars it still didnt pass .DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE

Expensive gas and no restroom I do not recommend

Outrages has prices, very dishonest, I got my extended warranty pay for my repairs, in order to get things moving I purchased the starter for my S550, 225$ starter,. After they received the money from the part and labor, refused to give me back my money., they charged the warranty company 260$ over the cash quote they gave me., they think they are slick, if I didn’t get into it with them I would never have gotten back my money., very deceptive business, please beware of these guys

The refueling gun is very easy to operate, you dont need to run into the store to pay, just swipe the card.
