This place plays to many game in the wee hours lock doors to clean for hours at a time two or three times a night sounds more like a employee just trying to get away with not working during advertising hours so disappointed in my local 711.

The lady was polite, but she gave me the wrong change and a slurpee straw for the soda, and it was not long enough. And when I asked, she said the regular straws ran out.

My wife has been buying her cigars (Black & Mild Wine/Wood Tip) for many years... they were always a popular item, often sold out... the old crew would keep a stash for my wife... the new managers told me today that they wont be selling any cigars or cigarettes at this location any longer, but pointed me to another 7-11 in the area they own and said they would still have tobacco there... who makes such a poor decision? Tobacco products will always be in demand and be a continual revenue source... sounds shady, like they are trying to tank this location for some reason in favor of their other store...

They guy that works 7 days a week on the night/early shift is great but the lady working there picks and chooses who she will be descent with. I wouldnt go there anymore if the guy stopped working there.

Don’t feel safe here. I use to come to this location a lot before the lockdown. I came here last night their was a person (customer) no mask. An employee too he had a green bandana but only wore it around his neck and he was working with the food! Thank god I don’t get that stuff. I thought maybe it was a one time thing. I came again tonight same thing. Multiple customers no mask and the employee same one from yesterday just wearing his green bandana around his neck.I’ll pass on this place.

NO STARS!!! WORSE 7-11 EVER. Dark-haired lady there did not know how to load money on a prepaid card. Plus she had bad attitude. Plus heavy accent you can barely make out what she was saying. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

For a 7/11, the place is clean and easy to access. There is a lot of police patrol at this 7/11 making it safe for costumers.

Worst 7 eleven, cashier was very rude, he didnt want to hand me 5 ones, instead he gave me a 5 and said he cant open his register. I told him I have to get back to work, and he somehow opens his register and hands me the 5 ones. Never coming back.

Today I arrived happy and more to grab a coffee, I went in as California law says that everyone must bring a mask and the staff of that 7 & 11 do not bring even gloves, I asked him why he does not use and he was upset. He said if he does not want to come, do not come, but again that boy will touch me again and that time you will record the boy.

On this day I asked for cash back and the person got angry and said that I had no change coming back tomorrow and a girl got angry and she gave me the money she said words with the bad treatment with the clientele if anyone knows where I can report it
