Absolutely one of the worst companies I have every dealt with. Sent me $200 of wrong parts and when confronted about it, secretary was not only extremely rude and hung up on me, the will not refund a product THEY screwed up. So far, worst experience I’ve ever had with a single company.

WARNINGI purchased 2 items from CNS on ebay back in April. After a delay from a shop that had my car, I ended up selling it. I asked CNS motors if it was ok to do return for a full refund. They said yes and I sent them All 3 pieces with the tracking number. I was told I would have a full refund within 24 hours however that did not happen. I was Only refunded for the 1st item not the 2nd (1st item was $24 for the 2 front halves and 2nd item was the back half of the timing cover) they still owe me $14.60 for the back halfand have ignored messages on i have sent several messages every week since..Ebay. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

It is not Gates brand timing belt. It is a counterfeit. Dont buy from here.0 star.

These people a weird. They blocked be from buying on ebay for no apparent reason. Looking at reviews on here to try and figure out why, is apparent. Bad customer service. I dont recommend this place for Automotive parts either. The part I received didnt work and was defective. Non ethical business and sketchy.

Called beforehand to confirm an item listed on their ebay page was in stock. Told me it would ready for pick-up. Drove 40 minutes and upon arrival they told me they sold it

My partner bought a timing belt kit that included a water pump for my car and we put all of the correct information in before we ordered. Parts came in and EVERYTHING was for a whole other engine yet we have to pay return shipping for their mistake. Plus, the phone number I found for this place showed to be busy when I tired to call and speak with someone about the issue. If I could leave a review without a rating I would do so.

Sent me the wrong fan clutch. I asked them to take it back unopened still in plastic wrap but they wont because it was past the the policy warranty return time even though it wasnt a warranty issue.They made the mistake but Im stuck with it!I then asked them to a least tell me what car the part was for so I could resell it but no response!!

I agree with the others that have said CNS Engine Parts sells poor quality parts. I ordered a oil span pipe for my F-450 when doing an injector swap. Every single O ring let go causing a zero oil pressure situation. It gets worse.. The truck stranded me on the side of the road 3 times in three weeks as each O ring failed. Towing this rig twice cost me thousands of dollars. My insurance company would only pay the first time and the mechanic says he has no responsibility whatsoever. I paid the same amount as any other company selling the parts.. so it isnt like I knew I was buying a cheap part.

It was my fault, ordered the wrong year part.part was in transit....They shipped new one and credited my PayPal immediately same day.

It seems like they sell cheap products . I am not satisfied the quality of the parts.
