Bought a set in March 2021. within 90 days one of the light was filled with water and no longer was working. Contacted customer service and got a replacement lights sent out. within 60 days the replacement light was full of water and was no longer working. I contacted customer service and was told that the 90 day warranty started from the purchase date and that If I wanted a new light that I would have to purchase it but they would give me a discount. If you cant stand behind your product for more that 90 days maybe you should not be doing what you do. Bad product! Bad customer service! and way of doing business!

Had all the chrome deleted off my BMW so I threw these on some factory center caps and they look really sharp for the price you cannot go wrong

I’ve been in the automobile industry since 1989. Parts fail from time to time. I’ve personally worked on thousands of cars. Owning my own auto repair shop has given me an even more in-depth view of part manufactures warranty period. Everything I installed on a customer’s vehicle was backed with a 12 month warranty or longer. That’s just industry standard. Now iJDMTOY would give one the impression they were buying parts made in Japan. JDM represents Japanese Domestic Market. Not here. Straight China garbage. I bought an LED turn signal light relay. Since the DCM 1995 Chevrolet Impala SS that I’ve owned since new was being restored, I stopped by the body shop and installed the relay iJDMTOY.com sold me for $13.99. It worked. Midway through the restoration the North Carolina State Inspection expired. Since the car was completely disassembled and stripped to bare metal, I had to wait for the windshield and glass to be installed. Then I drove my car to get it’s inspection. That would have been the use of my signals 12-15 times. The restoration took 4 months total. When I paid the $13,000 bill and drove out of the body shop’s parking lot I didn’t have turn signals. The cheap Chinese part failed. I contacted iJDMTOY automotive LED and was informed they only offered a 90 day warranty. To me, that’s unheard of. They offered a 10% discount on the new price that was around $11. A discount of a buck? Cheap Chinese parts peddlers.

I didnt test without the resistors, but figured to use them as they were included and there was plenty of space.

Order Smart fortwo marker lights. The lights were delivered on time and took less than 5 minutes to install.

Front license plate mount looks great on my 2010 Camaro SS. I put thread locker on bolt and extra screw to make sure nothing shakes loose over time. Extra screw went right in with stubby screw driver, didnt even need to jack up car or drill.

The color looks a little warmer than 6000k. They are bright. I just wish they had a 5050 12-LED. It would’ve been brighter.

Ordered a tow hook number plate mount via Amazon. It arrived quickly but one of the two locking/tooth washers was missing according to their own install instructions. The package also looked second hand or reconditioned as if somebody else has opened it first. Called the help line and the person talked extremely slowly, put me on hold for ages, only to tell me that the second washer is not included?!

I purchased a product for my vehicle year & make as advertised by ijdmtoy on Amazon.com. I asked if instructions were provided before purchasing. After the product arrived, the instructions were wrong. The product had trouble snapping into place with the connectors to my lights but eventually snapped on. After the installation due to my own wisdom & not the bogus instructions, the product didnt work as advertised. I had to get pliers or vice grips to remove the connectors because the ijdm connectors were too tight when connected. I returned the product with a certified letter asking the Manager to contact me by mail & phone when they received the product. I never received an email or call. When I did reach a real person back & asked for the Manager, I still never received a call back. The customer service is absolute garbage and so is their products. They still advertise the product I purchased that doesnt work 30 days after reporting it doesnt work. I was told that if they resend the item, it will just do the same thing. Why advertise & sell it? Horrible service, terrible product! Buyer beware! Never will buy from them again.

I canceled my order they have the slowest curbside in history. Found same product somewhere else and faster.

I typically do not write negative reviews but this place was horrible and FYI - buyer beware. If something you purchase from this company won’t work for you they charge a 20% RESTOCK FEE for all returns.The item I purchased ended up not working for my vehicle even though the description said it would. I had to wait for them to review my request to return the item and after I received confirmation from Fedex that they had received the item I had to wait another 2 weeks to receive a refund which I repeat was minus a 20% restocking fee.If you do purchase from these jokers (which I DO NOT recommend) and find you can’t use the product resell on EBAY.No one can afford to be price gouged especially right now.

I hate to write bad reviews anywhere, but I had purchased some angel eyes from these guys, and they were all good till the led lights just started going out and would not turn on. Three of the halos would work but one died completely. Unfair that they do not cover these types of mishaps and only limit their products to a 90 day warranty. I tried reaching out to them over the phone and the person speaking didnt really sounded like they cared which made it worse.

I ordered a hyper flash fix for a 7440-style turn signal bulb - not only did the product arrive three business days late, but it did not even fit in the housing that the website says it was meant to. How hard would it have been for the company to test their product compatibility with all of the bulb types they mention? Its ridiculous. The company also takes no accountability for their error and makes you cover return shipping. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Really cool place I found from my friend. First time visited to just check it out and get to know the place. The employees are friendly and chill. This place has the best prices for my replacement HID headlight lightbulbs. Absolutely do not buy anything from this company. Here is why. I live in two locations. One house in NC and one house in Oregon. I ordered some LED lights to be shipped to my Oregon location. But my billing address is NC.So, they require that you send photos of your credit card, front and back, and a photo of your Govt issued ID. If you feel that this is a trustworthy company that you would actually send your information in that manner, then be my guest. But I think its cheap, bad business, and in no way, do I feel that I would trust them to destroy or store my information in a way that is comforting. Its ridiculous.So I bought my LED turn signals bulbs from another vendor. That actually did not require the photo taking of my personal information.

Bought a set of drl for a 2012 Mazda 3. Product was sent without the screws needed to secure it to the vehicle. I contacted them, was asked to jump through hoops in order to get a return authorization, and had to pay the return shipping. When they received it the charged me a 15 percent restocking fee with a lie that the product had everything it needed to work.These people are liers. They obviously need the money more than satisfying their customers.Buyer definitely beware!Buy from a reputable company.

Purchased the Xenon White High Power 18-SMD-1210 LED Licence Plate Lights for my 2013 Honda Civic EX and Wow they are better than I expected. Easy to install, looks great, makes me want to drive at night just to show them off. Buy them, you wont be disappointed.

I ordered some new DRLs and was super excited to get them. One light didnt work and after problem-solving for a few hours I had to send both lights back with the promise to get sent replacements. Instead, the RMA department made a mistake and refunded me. So now I am out the cost of shipping the defective product back as well as now having to purchase them for a second time without the discount code which prompted me to get them in the first place with the hopes that both lights work this time.

Lots of Subaru accessories to choose from all on display so you can check stuff out in person. Customer service gets an overwhelming thank you from my end - Jackie youre awesome. Exchange process was simple and quick. The only problem was going into the shop and seeing all the parts on display made me want to buy more.As for the part itself, I got replacement fog lights and a wiring harness for my Crosstrek which easily fit as expected. The new fog lights are yellow glass as opposed to the stock driving lights which are clear plastic. They add some flare to the look of the car and are exactly the look I was going for.

Very bad experience with this company. They had a DHL express 1-3 days shipping option on their site which I paid extra for and was sent a tracking confirmation for Fedex ground shipping to Canada. When I inquired about it, they informed me that they no longer deal with DHL and I would receive my order via FedEx international priority. For some reason I received another tracking number that said it was being shipped by fedex ground once again. Contacted them again and they said I got a new tracking number because the driver had already left for the day and a new one has to be issued for the next day delivery. (I have never heard of a new tracking number having to be issued for each day a driver comes to pick up the item) obviously a tracking number was cancelled and reissued by iJDMTOY. Then they told me that they couldn’t ship it by fedex international priority because costs were too high after telling me that it would be since they no longer deal with DHL. This shipping option has since been removed from their website. I’m glad they were able to cancel my order and refund my order because I didn’t feel like they were truly honest with me.

Purchased hid lights from this location. Staff was very friendly and patient. I was very undecisive so they were able to test the bulb brightness on their machine. That was very helpful!

I bought a light for a 370Z (replacement for the plain reflector on the rear bumper). The light was shipped on time and looked great. It fit well etc. When I hooked up the light according to the instructions on their web site the backup light would not work. I tried a redoing the wiring, changing the wiring etc ad no go. I took the light out and hooked it directly to a 12V battery and still wouldnt work. I emailed them (thru amazon to start then directly with them) and after a number of emails they sent me a return authorization. The thing that really burned me is they required that I pay for the return shipping. It is a defective part and now is going to cost me bout 16.00 to ship it back. I have to pay 16.00 for 3 hours of work that produced absolutely nothing. Thanks! Great customer service?
