Purchased an item from them through eBay. Item was purchased at the same time as a few other items, all through different sellers in a single order. All items shipped out, then I get an email that the shipment and order through this business was cancelled because of an error in shipping address (the shipment was already verified through UPS). Confirmed that the email *they sent me when they shipped* had the correct address. Looked again and the item had been relisted at a higher price.

Ordered some Godspeed MonoSS coilovers from Coiloverdepot from these guys. Unfortunately the front right shock was busted after much diagnosing. Contacted the online seller first and then finally contacted them. Simply told them the details and sent the proof of purchase and they gave me 2 replacement shocks for the warranty. Service was great, no Issues on my side.

I bought a set of godspeed mono ss coilovers fron these guys. One was messed up I put in a request for a return that was approved. Sent in all the coilovers for a refund and once they arrived told me they were denying my request now. So now I dont have the garbage they sold me or a refund. Real class act.

So I ordered the rev9 coil overs for my car from these guys and paid about $850 and the rear shock was blown and makes a huge loud noise. I took it to a mechanic shop and paid for an inspection just to find out that the shock (rear passenger) is defective. When I asked what the issue with the shock was he explained how the shock moves slower then the rest and that the fluid in the shock it self may be the issue.I contacted these guys and spoke with someone who identified them selves as “Paul” who basically told me that there is nothing he can do for me and that I was screwed because I ordered them from online.When I asked to speak with his manager or supervisor for the shop he conveniently told me that they were on lunch (great timing)When I had explained that I live in Canada and that I’m even willing to pay for shipping again as long as they hold up their warranty he again said that there is nothing he can do and is not willing to help.So when I said so do I have to leave a google review and explain to everyone that you guys are ripping off customers who are paying $850 dollars for a faulty product he said we look foreword to your google review.So you better get ready to hear from me and read all my google reviews Paul cuz I’m gonna bring your 3.4 star rating down to a 2. (Hopefully lower)I will legit post a review every single day until this is resolved.To anyone who reads this DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THESE GUYS THEY ATE TOTAL RIP OFF AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE.Thanks Paul :)

Purchased on ebay, item damaged in gsp, ebay refunded, wanted to buy another item, they blocked me from buying and messaging them, great business, do not use as they would probably block you if you have a problem with an item

Worst place to buy parts really expensive and cheap brands and cheap customer service by a guy named Bryan I bought a turbo a week after the turbo shaft broke asked for warranty cause it come with 1. Year and they make it impossible to get warranty they ask for shop id ase certificate mechanic info tax id number if you dont have one of them then no warranty do not buy from these cheap parts definitely not a performance parts

Ordered an $590 turbo kit from E Bay.There were missing parts and no hard wear in the box to put it together .

My friend bought parts from here and the parts ended up being scratched and kinda defective. When we went there they gave us a back and forth wishy washy attitude. THEY DID NOTHING to help us.
