Beverly is AWESOME. She is great at the desk. Great with customers. Can multitask like a mother ahhaa. Ive been helped by her multiple times and each time she has been polite, thourogh and fast. Thank you

Went to purchase a hotspot. Was told that after 30GB that it would just slow down. Got home, and in less than a week, it was used up. Store would not issue refund for lying about the product, which I had to call Bell Rd Metro PCS to contact this store since this store doesnt answer their phone. Had to contact corporate to get refund and report employees. Oh, and they overcharged us... corporate had to dig and find that out. FIND ANOTHER METRO PCS STORE!!!!!

The ladys were nice, but seemed to not really have a whole lot of knowledge about the products they sold and were not very happy, there body language was very unenthusiastic about helping me get in to a phone that would meet my needs and didnt care about what those needs were, just wanted us to buy and leave, at least thats how I felt.Me and my friends are all very friendly and easy to talk to so its not like we were unapproachable, or anything just the opposite actually and the two ladys were both very Young and clearly didnt want to be there so my suggestion is to maybe get some more enthusiastic employees who enjoy working with the public, cause these two girls definitely dont!On another note I love metro pcs its a great deal no matter how you look at it! Good phones and a great price and the coverage is really good too! Very happy with service

No one answers the phone! I called for 3 days to find out if they had a phone there before driving out and no one ever answered. I went into the store and asked why they dont answer the phone and she said they have a new number, BUT she didnt even know what the number was. THIS IS A CELL PHONE STORE, its pretty easy to find that out, call your cell phone from the store number!! They did NOT have the phone after driving all the way there but she said it should come in at 2:00 and she would call me. No call. Not surprised!

Consistently poor service at this location. VERY poor customer service, interpersonal and social skills amongst the staff. They seem to be want to be ANYWHERE except performing the job they were employed to do. These observations are based on approximately 8 visits to this location. (I work approximately 3/4 of a mile from this store, ergo, that is the only reason I for said 8 visits... In a word... HORRIBLE!)

Called this location 5 times, the phone rang and rang and would eventually hang up every single time. Called their location on Grand to see what was up, and immediately got a busy tone, so I figured they were ACTUALLY busy. Called another Grand location and immediately they picked up their phone. Asked the guy what was up, if their phone was broken, and he stated that he did not know but that this location doesnt answer the phone for them either.I was supposed to get a call YESTERDAY (1/25/18) about a Stylo 3 Plus that was not in stock Tuesday when I was in store (1/23/18). The kids that were working there were pretty unprofessional, but polite enough. Slightly irritated that they decided to play music over the speakers right when I was in the middle of a phone call, though.Save your time and spend an extra couple of minutes to go to another nearby location.

Back on May 29th my wife and I purchased two phones from the MetroPCS store on Bell in Surprise. Did not like the customer service that we received. My wife noticed by the time we got to our truck her phone was malfunctioning and overheating. We went to our local store that we have gone too many of times on Dysart and Waddell. And worked with our normal Representatives. Celeste and Elvira helped us out got another phone for my wife. Had an amazing rapport with us their way to pick up the new phone for us. I will never go to a different Metro store for anything. The store is clean, the employees are knowledgeable of the phones and service plans they provide. I cant brag enough how much Celeste and Elvira helped us out thank you so much.

Do not believe any negative reviews on this location!!!!! They have went over and above expectations every time i walked in thier door... Today Varo went to the extreme to help me out. This young man deserves a raise!! Thank you again Varo! You are awesome!

I like the customer service here the other one in El Mirage I wouldnt ever go there they commit fraud Ive been hacked every time I buy a phone there after about five phones Im sure its them. Who ever owns that shop should be investigated by THE B.B.B. at the very least.

Most recently I was forced to pay for a phone that was lost (2 months) while waiting for a replacement that never came....of course no credit for being a solid paying customer for the last 6 yrs!

I came in here to start service with this location and the customer service here was horrible. Two young kids that had no care to help us or explain their service or plans with us. After looking around I go back to the counter to find one playing on there phone. This was horrible service
