Kathy took care of business. She was straight up on fixing my phone sim card problem in a few minutes. Next time i will without hesitation go to her for my phone troubles. I did spend a week on and off calling, waiting for service at another boost store, never again life is precious. Kathy is my go to person from now on. Best of all they had inventory in stock.

Called to try to replace my sons phone these people price gouge like crazy then was asking me for personal information over the phone and wanted the pin to my account! Oh no somethings wrong here I would not dare give someone my personal and confidential information! These people are a rip off trying to charge me $150 more for a phone that’s on line for $200 less Smdh! Jesus fix it!

I went in there because I was having issues with getting my cell phone activated I bought it off of a third-party and the guy that was working there basically told me that I wasn’t gonna be able to activate it on the network and my only option was to buy a new phone he pretty much was just trying to get a sale because I just went home and called boost Mobile and they had no problem with helping me out with activating the phone he either just was incompetent or was just trying to upsell me either way they have to put better qualified people there that aren’t going to use shady tactics just because they don’t want to go through the hassle of trying toHelp somebody with activating the phone and just because they didn’t make the sale of the phone they don’t feel like helping

Girl was sweet...but watch the numbers game with them. They say they dont have things they really do to bump up the dollar amount.

Lesly was an attentive representative who had answered all the questions i had. She took the time and had the patience to assist me. Honestly, best service i have ever gotten in this location. I will be coming back soon for new deals! She definitely deserves a promotion and a raise.

I called the store to ask for a price on a phone, as I was porting over from t-mobile & the girl gave me a way higher price then it should Of been, I had already made previous calls to other stores for pricings & if they had the phone in stock, but this was the only store that had it sadly! the Girl said the phone was $100 when it was suppose to be $50 to port in! SMH they are ripoffs they wanna get double of the price! Good luck on your next purchase,After I asked the girl for her name she hang up! Bad service

It took a while over 2 hours to switch our 5 lines from MetroPcs to boost mobile but Lily remained helpful regaining our account number and pin that I had trouble remembering🤭 Very pleased, The tall gentlemen as well here took their time in helping us making it easy to switch over instead of telling us to call customer service ourselves saved me a headache !! !

Love coming to this location went in for some technical help because I didn’t know what to do and the lady in there was so helpful took my two tablets as well they are not even from boost had problem with YouTube and she was very nice to help me out I’m definitely coming back best customer service

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE GOING TO VISIT THIS BOOST STORE!! The women at this boost tried to sell me a SIM card and monthly payment plan for $130. They rip you off and try to rob you when you’re trying to make a purchase. DO NOT GO HERE!! They will tell you an accessory is more than its actual price.

They helped me with the problems I was have with my phone service and they where really friendly.

This is probably the worst review Ive ever written. Ive had my phone for less than two weeks and initially it started acting up but I figured maybe it needed a system update. So now we are two weeks in and I have a driving job that requires me to get from point a to point b to do deliveries. This phone is so terrible and the reception is so god-awful that I was unable to get my job done in a timely manner. Every time I turn around Im using 3-g even though I paid for unlimited. Its a nightmare and I either get another phone since its past the seven-day return. Or I stop my service. What a joke this really irritates me.
