Car shopping is the worst but they made it easy! Had a few bumps in the road but they fixed the durango up for free, gave me a loaner and it was done in a timely manner. Bought a car off them had it deliver to me in Texas I explained I had miss placed my title and needed some time to get it in the mean time we experienced one of the worse ice storms in Texas history and COVID still has all dmvs crazy right now so instead of calling and understand the owner of the dealership me Cody foster him self called and told me I had two days to produce a title or he will take legal action exactly what you tell a customer who just bought a 80k+ car anyways I said do what have to hung up and with in 3 minutes he had his buddy call me from the police station as a scare tatic I take it after Cody told me that the title depended on weather he could pay his employees or not don’t start a car dealer if ONE deal gonna destroy you bottom line I’d stear very clear of this place and there sketchy owner take your business to huffines better ppl cheaper deals

Came to buy a used truck today cash in hand, drove from south Wichita, 5 mins from getting off the turnpike you have to buy the SUV. There was supposed to be a package deal with a suv no problem . SUV nowhere on site . I said it kinda hard to buy something when its not there so I can check it out . (Sales manager stood up got cocky said we dont have to do business. Better yet were not doing business .Get out of my store) !

Broke down on a road trip. Luckily Codyfoster buick GMC was there to save the day. 10/10 recommendations to anyone. Where other mechanics failed they succeeded. Thank you guys. Will be buying my next truck here guaranteed.

Had to have body repairs done after being hit. They did a good job. I just need to co tact them because they replaced my headlight on the drivers side and now my parking light doesnt work. Im confident theyll fix the problem. Very nice and helpful staff!

Buick was offering a great rebate on the car that I wanted. The dealership made that deal even sweeter with an additional discount. We were treated very courteously; the staff was up front and honest. We appreciated all they did to make the deal work for us.

My wife and I had a really great experience here. The salesman and finance guy were both really laid back, good people. We were used to everyone being so serious and stone-faced in the car buying process before we went to John K Fisher. Our salesman and finance guy were both very easy to get along with, and were good at doing business while having some fun. We drove away with a vehicle, and it felt like we were just hanging out with some buddies. We drove from Hutchinson, and will be driving to El Dorado for our future car purchases.

I am thoroughly disappointed. I came in to get my radio looked at & was told there was a fix. It cost $70 just to have nothing fixed & the men were extremely rude to me. Of course, i’m going to say i was charged extremely high & treated without respect because i am a woman. I tried to go one more time to see what could be done about the two pieces that go around my rear view mirror. The man told me he would look into it & give me a call back. A month & a half later, i called & asked what was going on and was told they had the piece and simply forgot to call me. Weird, right? When i came to pick it up, it was just handed to me so i left. A few days later, i got a letter in the mail for ANOTHER $70 receipt. I was told they were around $5-10 so of course i was okay with it. Not only were they over $20 EACH, but i was charged a labor fee as well—which i stated earlier that i simply was handed them & left. Terrible service & experience overall & a whole lot of wasted time & money.

Drove all the way there after calling the day before just to find out that they sold it two days before. Total waste of time. Their advertising is just to get u in there and try to sell u another car for a worst deal.

My family went to John K Fisher on Friday March 24th to look at a specific vehicle. Upon arriving and inspecting the vehicle we found it to have 2 warning lights on and they didnt know why. Who tries to sell a vehicle with clear problems in the first place? They assured us that they would put it in their repairs department on Monday March 27th to find and fix whatever issue it had causing the lights to be on. By Wednesday March 29th we had not heard back and called that evening, about an hour before close, to be told that it still hadnt even been taking back to repairs yet. They would call us when it had. We gave them yet another 2 days and my husband called on Friday March 31st- a week from our initial visit, and was told by a different sales representative than the one we had been dealing with that yes it was back being inspected but they didnt have any answers yet. We gave them the weekend and I called back again on Monday April 3rd to be told by our original representative that no, the other guy on the 31st lied to us, its still not even back with the repairs department yet. Today is now Friday April 7th, 2 full weeks from initial visit and we havent received a phone call back. We have already purchased another vehicle elsewhere. I understand that we were not in the market for an $80,000 car- but we worked hard to save up to purchase the $10,000 vehicle that they had and clearly they had absolutely no interest in our sale. Pretty poor salesmanship on their end, when someones trying to hand you $10k and you cant be bothered to do anything about it. It could have been a very easy sale to make and they completely disregarded us. Dont waste your time here.
