I could not make an appointment for my periodic service - oil change, lube, maintenance check. I was told Trotter did not make appointments to this. I waited behind several others. This is below my expectations.I did get a form showing the work done, what was checked, tire depth, etc. This was above my expectations.The personnel I felt with were courteous and competent. This met my expectations.

Tim Wells is the best. He made it possible for me to get the vehicle I have been wanting for a while. He did everything on phone and got me the best deal I have had in a long time. He made it easy, took very little time and he even brought paperwork out to car so we could do as much as possible inside. Thank you Tim Wells for making this so easy for me. I wish you the best.

I have bought two vehicles from this place. Neither times did I have to wait as long as we did this time. It was very irritating because were waiting and no one is telling us what is taking so long. Finally, the salesman came out and said they were having problems with the VIN, but it seem like it took forever. We had an appointment there at 11:15 that day and left after 4:00. The salesman didnt even get a chance to explain the gadgets on the car; I had to figure them out myself. Im glad its over and I hope that doesnt happen ever again. I try to be patient but 5 hours is ridiculous.

Showed up for an oil change, without an appointment and got right in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Trotters Nissan maintenance team was awesome, from the receptionist to the mechanic very hard working and kind team. My car was analyzed and diagnosed in little time and worked on quickly. Lord say the same I plan to use this team again.

Been using Trotter Nissan for my oil changes for the past year in all my families vehicles. The do a great job and Im not sure you can beat their pricing! Im saving over $50 a change from my previous lube shop. This visit was a 4 star only cause they were extremely busy and had to wait a bit longer than normal, normally they would get a 5th Star!

Michael Parker sold me a car when he was at a competitor. When he moved to Trotter I followed him when my son needed a new car. He knows what I need works hard to get me in a car. We bought our car sight unseen new in 2011. Yes at that time it was under a different name. I took the car to the dealership on several occasions saying the transmission wasnt doing right and was told they have no way to check the transmission fluid. I still made appointments and complained and nothing was done. Now I am told the transmission will need to be replaced. $3500, half the value of the car. NEVER AGAIN will we buy another automobile from Trotter!

Had vehicle towed to Trotter Nisssn over s week ago and they’ve not even looked at it yet. WHAT A JOKE.Finally got vehicle back after 3 weeks, only to have it break down again. They replaced radiator and charged for Nissan part, but used o’Rielly parts. Will never take another vehicle there for service, much less buy one from them. Not saying O’Reilly parts are bad. It’s just the dishonesty of the dealer to do that. They’re ripping people off and do substandard work.

Service was performed on time and efficiently. Customer lounge was nice.

They are Wolfs dressed like sheeps. All they are worries about is making a dime. No customer service. While at the dealership got a call that my father in law was going in to the hospital. So we left and they kept called wanting to make a deal whie I am setting in a hospital room. As a side note we never have or will purchase a vehicle in El Dorado,Ar. Why would we when you can drive a few hours and save thousands.

Absolutely awful! This place will lie to you to make a sale. We had several issues with the purchase of our new car. Put down a hefty down payment and they still screwed us over. I will never ever again do business with this place. They have given the whole city of El Dorado a bad name with their ubreputable service. Because of how they treated me, I dont even plan to ever purchase a vehicle in this town again.

I was promised several services which have not been delivered, I was sold an extended warranty which Ive been told is worthless. I find it very disturbing that lack of integrity shown since my very regretful purchase.
