I had to pick up my car. Its been down for awhile.It took about a week and a half before they would even look at it. I was Not happy about that, but I know they are very busy. I finally got my car back yesterday. It now runs very well. Hope to sell it soon. Its too hard to find someone who can work on those kinds of cars.

It was a great experience...got in and out quickly for an oil change...would of giving a 5 but my oil filter wasnt tightened good and I had oil leaking in my Garage..took my car back and they fixed the issue with no problems..

The customer service here has changed since Karl Malone has taken over this dealership. People are allowed to be people and they are allowed to be considerate to everybody that enters this establishment.

It took me THREE calls to get an appointment. The 1st two calls I was on hold 15+ minutes each. Once I actually got my vehicle TO the dealership, it was seamless, but getting TO that point was ridiculous.

Seldom overly crowded. Staff and customers are just friendlier. Better meats than you can get anywhere else except maybe butcher shop. The pharmacy is where i do most of my business there 12 outta 10 stars,the crew there go above and beyond.

Recently had repairs to my Chevy done at Teague Chevrolet and the service staff Insanely efficient as I saw them working as a team towards one goal. From the time I got there until time I left I never once felt like the number that was on my key tag. Everyone was courteous and friendly and allowed me to be part of my process. Instead of forcing repairs on me I was allowed to have decisions. I would have to say I’m highly satisfied with the level of service and outcome of my repairs Big thanks to Vicki, Ryan, Daniel, Billy, and Steve.

I took my truck in and had a timing belt, water pump, valve cover caskets and the transmission serviced. A few months later I had to take my truck back because there was a noise coming from the timing belt area. They tried to charge me again for there screw up. While it was on their property I had several things stolen from my truck including a backup camera. They showed no concern. Well I have noticed that I’ve had to add oil in between oil changes. I thought it was a rear main but after a mechanic friend looked at it we discovered it was the valve cover caskets leaking. After $2,100 dollars my truck has been broken into and is leaking oil. Tomorrow I will contact them and a lawyer. I would not advise taking a wooden stick horse to these people. Several hundred dollars worth of stuff stolen and an oil leak is what I have gotten from them. No I will have to miss work IF they will make good on their work because this is my only vehicle. They do not care about you and will not do quality work.

I took my GMC here for electrical problem service. They ordered part needed. Service Mgr called & it was fixed same day of my appointment.

Hard to rate....On one hand, the service department is top notch. Excellent auto service and customer service. Always friendly.Now...the sales department...boy.How to say this kindly? The sales rep Jacob was terrible. He apparently had no access to the sales sheet, no idea on any vehicle prices and had the same response for any question asked:I dont know.1st rule of salesmanship: If you genuinely dont know the answer, simply say: I will find out.This guy just kept spewing out dont know answers to every question asked of him. Whats even funnier, is when we asked how long he had been selling cars...he almost replied with I dont know.Jeez...I cant help but pity the person unlucky enough to encounter this salesman.

Great service dept, and a bunch of Great people to deal with. Upon my arrival I was met by (2) salesmen and they asked if they could help. They offered to buy me a coke, coffee, anything I needed. I spoke extensively with the owner (Jeff Teague) and met his son who also works at Teague in the parts dept. This is just a really really great place to do business. Teague Chevrolet will ALWAYS have my service work done for me.

Took my truck in this morning, after scheduling my appointment. And here it is late in the day, no calls from service department, after calling them three times I was told theres nothing from the tech, meaning they bumped my repairs, something that takes minutes, will now go on for a couple of days. Every time Ive brought my truck in to this shop. Im never able to get it on the day I dropped it off. So, I got my vehicle back after two days in the shop, and not a single repair made, when I called the service rep, it was always the tech was doing this or that, but in the end all I got was piss poor service. This is what I get for buying local. Ill never make this mistake again

Took my car in to get it fixed and after 8 weeks of being lied to, making 2 trips in because they said the car was fixed, promised me that they would cut me a deal on the bill...what a deal cost me 10 more dollars then they told me!!! People do not use this place for a car repair!!! Big rip off!!!

I feel as though I was lied to. I was up front about needing a dependable vechile for our daughter due to her very rare syndrome. We were told we only needed a few hundred dollars to pay for taxes, title and licensing. A few hundred dollars to me means 500$ or less which we would be able to afford. When we get to the revenue off were told we need almost 1000$. That is in no way to me a few hundred dollars! Especially when Im on Social Security Disability!

Mr. Kidwell helped me and my wife get our new car to start our family at an excellent price! He also went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the whole process. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

The service department sucks! I asked them to change my oil and rotate my tires which hasnt been done in 10,000 miles therefore it needed to be done. I also asked them to check the filters and top off my windshield wiper fluid. They DID NOT rotate my tires, nor did they top off my windshield wiper fluid. Very unprofessional. This is why I drive two hours to Texarkana just to get my oil changed because I KNOW they will take care of my care. Teague Toyota is not guaranteed at all the take care of your vehicle atleast from the experience I had there.

Went in to get oil changed, First thing in the morning. The lady behind the service desk was very nice and she was also busy with customers.. The main operator kept paging service to get calls on lines one and two.. not sure how she could have answered when she was also outside bringing cars into the garage.. the problem was the lady working the counter was helping customers that were in line physically at the store before the calls were coming in and the operator continued to page service every five(5) seconds. I looked at my watch.. it was too the point of frustration for the current customers waiting for their vehicles, four(4) of us.

Several years ago, I stopped using their service department because they charged me to put my truck on diagnostics which I did not ask for. All they had done was blow a bunch of leaves off of my radiator because my AC wasnt cooling well.Recently, I had a recall on my seatbelt, called for an appointment, showed up on time for my appointment and sat in the waiting area TWO HOURS only to have them tell me they would have to order the part and call me when it came in. That was a month and a half ago. I called again this morning to find out why they havent called me for another appointment. The guy who answered my call said he would have to call me back. Still waiting.
