Two weeks ago we went into the Verizon Authorized Retailer to get some pricing on Two phones. My husband didnt care for the prices. So we left and went to T Mobile store where we ended up getting two phones where we already had accounts with. People at the first store were still friendly and happy to help..But was very Happy with our second choice.
My wife had her S9 cell phone screen crack today. So, Im looking as what to do? I had called the store in Parkway Plaza, 771 address, and Paul answered, Hes fantastic. Our conversation and suggestions, went like this; do I have the phone fixed, just place a screen protector over it, or replace the phone based upon type and cost. Fixing the screen... estimating about $100.00. Screen protection between $35.00 to $65.00. And replacing the phone $375.00 to $1,000.00, wow big difference. Currently from Best Buy S20 FE 5G, runs $350.00 till 12-9-20, than $550.00, from Verizon store $750.00 with no deals now. This shows how awesome Paul is and whatever way I go hes willing to help out in the process. Paul can write the book on Customer Service, I would tell his management to listen to Paul and his team. They keep customers and to come back for great service. Thank you Paul.
Awful place I was disgusted at the customer service. I ordered a phone online to get curbside pick up. I was promised the phone within the hour only to be told 3 hrs later I wouldnt be able to get the phone that they where closing in hour and didnt have the time to help me. I walked over to Best Buy got the same phone in less then ten minutes popped my Sim card in and I was set..
I had the best experience at the Verizon store at Parkway Plaza. I recently changed from AT&T after 15 years. I wanted to be added to a family plan and my brother first spoke with Jeffery over the phone. My brother said Jefferey was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all happy to help him. He urged me to go to this location because the service was above and beyond. I had the exact same experience working with Anthony and Jeffery in person. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and best of all... positive and a pleasure to work with. I am extremely happy with the service my brother and I received at This location. Paul was great he made sure we got it right before we left. Verizon was really giving him trouble over the phone but he fought it thru and we are happySo after we received our first bill we realized we got sucked in, over charged and led to do a lot of calls to Verizon. I went back to see the person who sold the phone to us and they removed me from the store. Be careful this store will sell you items and mislead pricing and to straighten out you need to make a phone appointment with Verizon probably took two weeks of calls but we finally got it resolved. The store priced us out a phone $479.00 but it was only a $179.00 phone we paid tax on it and were told we would receive a 150 credit towards phone, boy were they tricky. All in all Verizon’s main office took care of us.
Paul was awesome helped me choose a phone best for my needs. I chose the Samsung galaxy Note 10 Ultra. Great guy great service.

The service is great however switching over from one company to Verizon is expensive. I switched from Sprint to Verizon and if Sprint would have offered what they recently offered before I switched I never would have switched from Sprint because of the high cost however Im with Verizon now so I have to make the best of it.
I had the same phone for over five years which was slowly dying on me. Going to a Verizon store has been dreadful in the past where I have to wait a long time, and the associates are not always knowledgeable. This time I went to Victra in Parkway, Plaza and it was a total different ballgame! The guys there were very helpful, very knowledgeable, totally hooked me up with discounts, I didn’t have to wait, they transferred all the information into my new phone, Uploaded the apps that I neededInto my new phone for me, and answered all all my questions! Definitely a happy customer!

My experience with Jeffery Ribera went above and beyond any of my expectations. He literally handled my 82 year old dad that can’t hear and has zero technological skills with compassion and unlimited patience.We found that we a had a major security issue that caused my dad to be locked out of his account and he didn’t have a phone. My dad has many medical issues and can not be without his phone. Jeffrey spent over 6 hours speaking with every department within Verizon...fraud, transfers, core. He did not give up on me. He finally pushed through all kinds of transfers and resolved my dads account issues. I left extremely satisfied. Thank you Jeffrey!!!

I went out of my way to get to the store an hour early before their posted closing time only to find them closed. Why not stick with the business hours posted on the site and as their voice message states when calling the store number?
I called to see if they would make sure all of my content from my old phone that stop working was backed up so It could all be transferred to my replace phone that I have been paying for insurance since I bought it. And they told me there was a $29.95 transfer fee!!!!! but if I went to a REAL Verizon store that it would all be done for FREE!!! It would most likely be a good idea to go to a Store! This store is ran by a C0. Called ( Victra ) so not even a Real dealer. I dont think that they care about the customer as much as they do the MONEY!!! Happy Trails
I dont know why there are so many low reviews. My sister and I recently (10/18) went in to get her phone upgraded. We were instantly engaged with a team member, Jeffery. Dude was really cool in explaining to us ALL of our options as well as answering all of our questions. It was a very painless process, we were in and out in about 45 to an hour with a brand new iphone 8. They were even able to throw in a free! otterbox case for the phone. Tell me who else wouldve done so, Ill wait.10/10 experience!
This place is BS. This year I went in a couple days before Father’s Day and they had a deal going on. Which was buy one get one free. So my wife and I were going to trade in our phones towards the phone that wasn’t free. We told the guy we wanted our phones go towards paying off the new one. After getting everything done the guy said he’d hook us up with some accessories. Also that we’d have to wait serval billing cycles to see the promotion on my account. I waited 5 billing cycles and nothing. I got back in to find out our phones were used to pay the accessories that I thought were free even after explaining I wanted to use the phones to pay the new one. I’ve been told they’ll call me when they hear from the district manager and I have not gotten one call. I had to go in every time just to try and get an answer. It’s been 7 months now from when we first got the phones. Never again will I trade my phones in. I would never trade two phones for $600 in store credit for stupid accessories that are overpriced 🖕🏻
Had the best experience here! Ive been so disappointed every time I have gone in to upgrade my phone that I was really dreading going in to ask about it, but Sandy took such great care of me! She went above and beyond to give me an awesome deal on my upgrade and then even got my payments down significantly. Shes the best. Would recommend her to anyone looking to get a Verizon phone.

Well...so much for this store front for Verizon. I want to upgrade but after reading all of these reviews, I am considering moving to another carrier. So sick of getting so little for paying so much. To be honest, I do wonder if there is such a thing as a good Verizon experience???

Horrible experience I went there 2 months ago to change my plan end up leaving there with a tablet which I didnt need just to get my bill lower however they forgot to explain to me that they signed me up for a 2 year contract only to find out today when I called to disconnect my phone service went to the store this morning around 11 am to ask to speak with a supervisor he want there they asked me to come back in an hr went back 2 hrs later well supervisor was busy with another customer which he wanted me to go back later I said no I got time I can wait .. after 30 min waiting for him and speaking with one of the employees well he sends one of them to tell me to just take my act info to send an email to who knows who for I dont know what.. I didnt even have the chance to speak with a manager about my issue but he wanted to send email to his boss for who know what reason anyways manager was obviously too busy to speak with me.
I was on the store phone with customer service after porting my tmobile line to verizon because the store agent was unsure on how to handle the matter. There was technical difficulties that the representative was handling while on hold. As store closing hours were approaching, the lights were shut off and the gates went down. I was told by the tall blonde haired white agent that I had 5 more minutes before closing. As closing time approached, mall security was called. i was threatened to be arrested and put out if i did not end the call and exit the premises, all without a working line of verizon service. Upon entering the store I was not greeted and waited about 10-20 minutes before being acknowledged. It was a horrible experience here.
I was new phone and new carrier shopping today. The man standing in the doorway was ZERO friendly and even LESS help. I will go elsewhere, and so too bad. Was truly ready to purchase a new I-Phone and switch carriers as well.

They will trick you into buying their products, and give you false information with the purpose of selling to you and making money off of giving you FALSE information. I went into the store today at 11:30 to get help moving a sim card from an S5 to an S7. The person there said it could not be done and that Verizon no longer supports the S5. I already knew I just needed a different size sim and that most all carriers provide it free to their customers. The guy was rude, wrong, and must have known he was wrong or he was totally incompetent. I have been with Verizon for years and bought several high end phones from this location. Do not shop at this store. Go to a real Verizon store, they have one in Santee. I went there directly after visiting this store at Parkway Plaza and they switched the sim card in less than five minutes. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE

He put one of my accounts on a $5/month deal. WARNING - DO NOT BUY INTO THIS!!!! Verizon corporate saw what he did, undid the agreement and then charged me the $45. No one will fix it. No Customer Service (a joke) and not management at the store! STAY AWAY AND BEWARE OF WHAT THEY SUGGEST YOU DO ON YOUR ACCOUNT! Leaving Verizon!

Yesterday my sister who is hard of hearing went into this store when she lost her phone and left with an iPhone X she was helped out by Dalal who took advantage of her and charged $300 worth of air (telling her its this much to get a new phone when it isnt and giving free accessories to bump up her commission) otherwise known as fraud by the employee. She didnt know what she was paying for and said okay because she needed a new phone. When i went into the store today i reviewed our account before i spoke of this and noticed that to upgrade her phone there was only a $75 charge to upgrade her phone to the iPhone X and when i spoke of the air that was charged the employee there named Christopher Burke (he gave me his full name because he was confident that i was going to let this slide) said Hell no I am not dealing with this bulls*** and basically kicked me out of the store. When i asked him when his manager would be in he told me he doesnt know and when i asked when dalal would be in he said the same thing. The whole store is committing fraud and i would never go back there as they are a preferred retailer. Take your business elsewhere where the employees actually do the right thing and are actually nice and helpful by charging whats appropriate and i hope they get shut down soon.
They will tell you anything they can to sell you additional items. I was signed up for a 2 year agreement and charged for a device that was free. I am fighting these transactions with Verizon, if not my credit card. The reps will literally lie to your face to make a sale. If you go here I recommend getting everything in writing or they will take advantage of you.Thankfully if you call Verizon customer support and complain about your experience they will make it right on your account.

How are the Verizon kiosks legal? I went to the kiosk in El Cajon, California at parkway plaza mall. I went there because I wanted to open up 1 phone line with Verizon and was trying to get out of my last couple months of paying for 2 lines with sprint. They told me if I spent $180 Id get a free tablet and jet pack with my new phone. I get my first bill and its $400!!! and I had THREE lines open!! Then I get a sprint bill which they said theyd take care of and both of my lines with them are still open!!! I have FIVE phone lines and two $400 bills and aparently no one can do anything about it. Have spent 10 hours on trying to resolve this. So so sad I switched to Verizon. I had stellar credit, now its going down rapidly because I cant afford these bills, its the whole reason I went there in the first place. I was completely tricked into this contract. Worst experience Ive ever had with any company. And it might be a misrepresentation of Verizon but then SOMEONE from Verizon should be able to do something about it.

Its really horrible that you cant walk into a verizon store when you pay over 340 a month for your plan and get help with questions about upgrading. Horrible customer service. We just had a few questions and he would not even give us the time of day. Just kept telling us to go on line or call which we have tried to do but just get put in hold forever. Worst experience ever! I will never return to this store for any of my Verizon needs! This Verizon Authorized Retailer location has employees that have no clue what they r doing. At first it seems great but if u have to return for any follow up or have any issues forget it they cant help. If u call the store they WONT help u, they tell u to come into the store. They didnt have any stock and drove to Otay to get the needed phones so we had to wait around for about 2 1/2 hrs. (Otay is about a 30m drive each way). They ordered 2 phones for us, 1 was supposed to be in 3-5 business days and when I called to check on it they couldnt find it and would not look it up too track the order because they were in closing hour! The second time I called Elias didnt see it and would not access my account over the phone but I could call 611 from my phone. I called 611 only 1 phone was ordered I guess Sarintra couldnt handle a new service with 4 lines and ordering 2 phones. The whole time we were in the store Jarrett store manager was overlooking the transaction and helping the Sarintra assistant manager the whole time. Training is definitely an issue in this store! I went back in today to cancel the phone order and then all of a sudden here comes Jarrett ready to help and make things right. Come on Guy u had 2 phone calls to do this! And guess what, Jarrett and Elias still couldnt get it right they didnt even cancel my phone order! Never again will I use an Authorized Dealer location, you give Verizon a bad name.
