Went to the AT&T on aero drive and they were rude and didn’t help me. I left and went to the El Cajon one and they were all so helpful and nice. Cameron was the nicest and helped my daughter and I upgrade our phones and told us about the promotions going on and helped save money. Nice costumer service.

Quiet, fast. One check lost in mail so went to pay second bill only in store, but they took out 2 months from ATM. Expensive TV for seniors and a two year contract if I change anything. Mostly all Ads on TV. I can see why people are quitting.

There was just one employee and about 3 people waiting. He worked fast and was able to get to everyone. I was surprised to just see 1 employee the day before the huge apple launch. He was really quick at saying hi to everyone and let everyone know that he would be with them shortly
Moved to a new place and needed to set up internet fast enough to run our ring camera system, tv’s laptop’s, etc. Amber greeted us when we came in. Amber was very professional. She helped us set up an account, order a modem, and thoroughly showed us how the AT&T app works to pay our bill, track our order etc. She helped set up auto pay to save $5/mo on our bill each month. The modem arrived within two days as she said. She explained to us how to set it up, so we could do it ourselves. It took a few minutes to set up. Internet connection runs great. Thank you amber for helping us set up internet we desperately needed. Amazing customer service!

The manager, Anthony and the female were very rude. They dont listen, neglect your needs, are unwilling to amend their mistakes, seems as though they want to make a fast sale then rush you out so they can hang out!
This store is declining. Used to be fast and efficient!! What happened?? Now you sign in and no one looks at the sign in.. you complain when they take other walk ins first, and you wait more. If you bug someone enough, they will help you, but they are no longer knowledgeable about products and plans. They cant answer your questions, or answer incorrectly. Buyer beware!

Very good experience I had a real hard time dealing with getting a new phone over the phone with AT&T and online going into a store and dealing with a nice gentleman in the store was a better experience. They need more help in the store the gentleman was by himself and had other people waiting until another employee showed up thats the problem with this country everybodys trying to do stuff online and its not working. The customer service online sucks dealing with a person face-to-face with a handshake is always the best way I wish companies would recognize that.

Poor customer service!! We have been dealing with a dispute about the bill for two months to find out that they overcharge you for three months before they charge you what you agreed to AFTER you sign up. Ive called for a month and a half and received no return phone call from the District Manager. Our bill better be credited for the three months of overpaying!!!!!!

I just signed up with att&t me and my fiance came in a few days ago to make a payment and the girl was so rude and obviously my phone was shut off so I couldnt call att&t she said they dont take payments and said she couldnt help me but gave me a phone number to call .whats the point of having att&t stores if they cant calm for me since my phone is off to make a bill payment and they cant take my payment at the store either ??

I went to this store 131 Broadway ste #2 to pay my bills and I sat there along with several other customers for exactly 3hrs. Lisa was very professional she made sure everyone was taken care of one lady stated she had been waiting over an hour before I got there 5 people waiting patiently! and who hired Andrea to be the manager she was very unprofessional talking about the young lady lisa who should be the manager, as she sat with her two homeboys laughing and being unprofessional just taking her position for granted if I was the boss she would be fired she was socializing being a teenager with her guy friends it does not take 4hrs. To ring up a customer who has the phone they were buying and you ring him up and then you sit back down with them and laugh and talk about customers loudly and you talk about your employee loudly Im listening to these three unprofessional fools something is wrong with the person who made Andrea the manager it aint right. Good job lisa you were very professional you should be the manager and she should be fired for taking advantage of her position!!!!!!😡 and taking advantage of you its not right...

Specially a lady named Casey in retail department.she is slow and unbelievably clueless about how the AT&T works...It’s my last time I’m coming to this store. Unbelievable...

Had to wait awhile. Only 1 representative available
So I went in the store and asked for an LTE GoPhone simcard for my HTC One, they said my phone wasnt capable of being on LTE with the pre-paid plan. That only the iPhone 5 could. So, I asked them if they could switch me to their pre-paid GoPhone service. They gentleman at the register said I have to be with at&t for a full month before I switch. I work with wireless service, I never heard such a case for porting over a number. 3-day is max. I walked out the store with nothing accomplish. I called customer service the next day, they switch me to GoPhone $60 monthly plan with LTE enable on my HTC One. Either these guys were rookies or just lazy to help out. I read tech blogs on my spare time so I knew my phone was compatible with there LTE pre-paid service. Just speaking with them made me feel like I have more knowledge than their employees. Mediocre service if you ask me, I would recommend calling at&t customer service then asking these guys anything.

Never come here. First of all the attitude they have is literally disgusting. I asked several times how much my phone bill would be and they said $180 and I get chargered $320 like HOW ? and when you call costumer service they hang up. Hate this place
12-5-2016 around 12:00pm Waited 30 min. while other customers contemplated shutting off their services, when it was my turn to be helped I was helped by the manager and he was very short and rude with me. I was there to set up new service and phone he offered to two choices one plan with 3 gigs of data and one with 5 that is it he said one or the other, his attitude made me not want to do business with At&t I have had an account for 14 + years and I hold a lot of shares in At&t,I am very disappointed. Nice clean space. However too many of the items on display are not real products. Just dummy units with a photo attached to face to make them look real. They should all be real in a proper store. Also no Pixel 6 to look at...its out and I was hoping to see it live.
