This is great place to visit any wire/wireless devices repairs. I went for my iPhone get it repaired . They given warm welcome for customers and response is very very prompt about the phone . The lady in the shop is very experienced and identify the problem with in 5 minutes and took 15 minutes to fix that . Now I am very happy that my iPhone is back to work again. Thanks to A TO Z

Great place to go! I had an issue with my iPhone 8’s camera stabilizer that wouldn’t allow me to take focused pictures. Super frustrating. Best Buy next door wasn’t able to help me and quoted that it would cost a lot and take a few days...However, Jose at AtoZ Wireless was super helpful and had the part on hand! Dude opened my phone and switched the camera and fixed it! Super friendly guy and fun to talk to! Also very knowledgeable about what he does. Great place! Will be coming again if I need more phone repair! 👍🏻

Took my phone for battery replace, he said he can do it quick. He asked me to leave my phone there and return within the hour. After I left my phone for an hour and returned there just to find out that he did not have my battery. Would NOT return my phone unless I paid for the full repair since he claimed he had ordered my new battery!! This people are scammers. Had to dial 911 before he agreed to return my phone!!!

Walked around the mall getting quotes for repairing my iphone 6s screen and this location was the cheapest by far. The staff was really helpful, I believe the girls name was Tracy. I even was able to purchase a tempered glass from them, at a very affordable price, and the best part is that the staff installs the screen protector once the phone has been fixed. Definitely coming back!

I am so happy with the service! My S8s back was cracked. So we went in. And in 20 minutes. The phone was repaired! These guys are amazing!

Brought my phone in to have the charge port repaired. They said I had to replace the cellular and data antenna in addition to the charge port as they were on a single part. They cracked the screen in the process of the repair and charged me for a new screen, although they claimed to have given me a good price on the new screen. The new charge port worked fine however now it randomly drops calls and can barely connect to a Data Network. Took it back in four separate times and one time an employee admitted they used parts from her broken personal phone to make my repair. T hey also pointed out after the repair that the key feature of the phone, the waterproof aspect, was forever destroyed. Spoke to the owner / manager and he admitted to using the employees personal parts during the repair but still refused to refund my money. Sleazy outfit. UPDATE challenged the charge with my credit card company. They lied and sent pictures of someone elses phone showing water damage to the credit card company to avoid refunding my money. These guys take sleaze to a whole new level

My phone was not charging and was completely dead. I took it to irepair a few shops down and the guy played around with it and tried a new charger port and a new battery and said my phone was completely gone and that it was basically a very expensive paperweight. But I wanted a second opinion. So I took it to A-Z wireless holding on to any hope I had. They gentlemen there did the same thing and replaced the charger port and the battery. Nothing. But he wouldnt give up. He kept trying and trying and trying. And then all of a sudden, it turned on!!! I just needed a new battery. That was it!! A new battery and some TIME to charge! They guy at irepair just didnt want to wait a couple minutes to let it charge and almost had be convinced my 700 dollar phone was a lump of coal! Im SO GLAD I decided to try A-Z Wireless. He didnt give up! Thank you thank you thank you!

So we were there a few months ago to get a screen fixed and unlock an iphone. Ok everything was $90 flat. So perfect! Now of course I have the same thing happen again to my screen and its locked so I call a day before to check the price again and she quoted us $90 again. So I bring it in and Sarah says $109 plus $25 to unlock it. And we told her thats not what we were quoted. So she says $90 plus tax. Ok Im not making a big deal about the tax part. But be more professional and stick to your words Sarah!!! So no I would not recommend to anyone this place. Apparently they can charge whatever they feel like. So heres your 1 🌟 for fixing my screen because its not even unlocked like u said you would do.

My experience was horrible. I would give this store a 0 for a score. I paid $10.00 for a screen protector and it fell off within 2 weeks as it did not fit the screen which I explained to the Indian man from India. The manager then hung up the phone on me also an Indian man from India. Worst customer relations, service, skill level of any store I have ever been to. Finally I never got a refund as the manager would just hang up on me before I spoke my request.Go to A to Z wireless in Mission Valley! They are excellent!

These guys are awesome !! I have an LG g4 phone in which the headset pin was half broken into the headset jack because of that i couldnt use my headphones. I searched online and called many places but many of them said you have to replace phone or you have to spend $55 to get new jack. I called prior to my arrival and was quoted a price on a battery - when I arrived, the battery was marked at a higher price, however they honored the price quoted on the phone and replaced the battery for me.

They broke the back of my phone and was not going to tell me until I asked him to put on the 20.00 screen protector I purchased along w/the 115.00 repair.

My son cracked the screen on his Note5 phone today. He was quoted $85 by Zach to repair the screen and he agreed to this. He came back a few hours later and Zach told him that while taking the broken screen off, he (Zach) broke the Liquid Crystal Display by accident. Now the manager named Tyler tells my son that it will cost over $300 to repair the phone and that my son has to pay for the damage THEY caused. My son protested and they reduced the cost to parts only for $200. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I have called them twice and no one will return my call. They finally answer the phone and Im told that the manager has gone for the night and there is nothing they can do for me. Why would anyone do business like this?!

Terrible expirience i brought my sons i pod here to be fixed and after one and a half months got it back more broken than i gave it to them. i opened it up to try to fix it myself since they said there wasnt anyway to fix it. i found several parts stolen out of my i pod.

The service is terrible and they dont accept returns or exchanges. The case turned white to yellow whithin days and they still wont replace the case.
