Convenient and quick service. I opted to drop my car off before 9:30 am and it was ready for pick up at 10:15 am. I went through my insurance and only had to pay a co pay. Safelite made this process easy and hassle free for me. Definitely recommend.

Customer service is great here! May seem pricier than the competition but so worth it with their service. Repair man even cleaned all my windows and replaced my windshield wipers without asking and no extra charge. Always have to appreciate someone that goes above and beyond what is requested of them.

Had a broken windshield, called insurance company and they set up an appointment at this shop. But apparently it was not actually an appointment. It was a drop it off and leave it all day thing. I was waiting at their front door when they opened, I was the first person there. My plan was to go for a long bike ride while it was fixed. But I realized that I might have to ride home and get car later. So after about 2 1/2 hours of riding, I needed to decide if I was going to go home or back to the repair facility. I looked on my phone for a number to call, could not find one! Even on the safelite web site. So I figured that by the time I got back it would be about 4 hours and they probably would be finished or finished soon. I get back and they havent even touched it. Other cars are being worked on but not mine. So now Im tired and dont want to have to ride another 15 miles home so I just take the car. What I dont understand is why I did not have an appointment to start with.

I cant say enough about this place - I had such a great experience! I came in with my son to have my windshield replaced on my Explorer, was greeted professionally, told how long the replacement would take, and given an estimate as to the cost. I was very impressed with the professional manner and great customer service - HUGE shoutout to Benjamin, who was the technician who replaced the windshield itself. He was extremely nice, and it is evident he takes pride in his work. My car was vacuumed when I got it back, and he even did a minor repair on the drivers seat free of charge! I will tell anyone who asks to go here and ask specifically for Benjamin - Im in customer service myself, and was honestly pleasantly surprised how awesome they are here! Thank you so much!

30 minutes, fixed the chip, and cleaned the inside of my windshield. Excellent service.

I had my windshield replaced on a truck. Online scheduling was easy and truck was done within 2-hour estimate. However, after I got home it took almost an hour to clean up all the remaining shards of glass from my seats, cup holders, door pockets, floor carpet, and climate controls. Since the technician used an air compressor to help “clean up” at the service center, I even had to clean glass off the back seats of my quad cab truck. You would think a company that deals with glass daily would be able to do a better clean-up job. I don’t even want to think about how much glass may possibly be down in my defroster vents.In comparison, I had a windshield replaced on a different truck by a locally-owned shop a few years back. Zero glass in the cab; it left cleaner than I dropped it off.I guess Safelite lacks pride in ownership.

I went online and got a quote for $309 set up the appointment. The day of the appointment They said the cost was $490. This is very wrong! I canceled the appointment. I will not deal with them again.
