The doorknob on my back door locked on its own and the window had to be broken to get inside. SMH. I took the panel here on a Monday and the owner helped me out. He was a very nice man and provided excellent customer service. The glass for the window was tempered, so he had to order out for the glass. He told me he was discounting the labor, even before I told him I recently became out-of-work. Im not sure if this was legitimately a discount but I appreciated it nonetheless. I was called to pick up the window on Saturday and everything went as planned. People who complain about this business probably go in with a bad attitude and some sense of privilege, so when you do that, you get what you give in life. I would support this local business again if the need ever arises.

I didnt actually purchase anything through them but I called and inquired about a 1996 Montero vent window. I could not find them anywhere. Liz was a great help and found 2 windows of different tints and could have them by the weekends end and at a reasonable price! Super satisfied with their customer service. Would recommend to anyone to even just inquire.

If I could give a 0, I would. We had windows replaced in the home we just bought. Several of our windows have internal panes. One day after installation, the internal panes fell in one of the windows. I have called weekly, emailed, and contacted them on their website for the past 3 months. They have completely ignored my requests, even when I have spoken with them directly. We will get back to you. Worst service ever!! Big ugly window with a fallen pane in our home.

This is the best place to get glass for your home or Auto

Unreliable. Unprofessional. The installation was rescheduled 5 times (once because the guys lost the measurements so they had to come back to re-measure). When they did install the glass, they forgot a piece of the hardware and said they were going to come back. The next day I used the shower and it leaked in a least 4 places it should not. After four promises that they will come back to fix the leak and install the missing bracket, they never came back. In fact, when I texted asking for a date and time that they would would back, I received a threatening response so I told them not to come back. In the end, I told them we were done and I had to find someone else to finish the job. Now I am left with a leaky shower that is missing a bracket!

I happen to know A-1 Glass CoIs under new ownership, and has been offering top quality service since the transition took place.Will most definitley be recommending them to friends and family.
