The place is really messy. The office staff isnt real friendly. Management should invest in good hands free phone equipment, the ladies are constantly on the phone.

CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKING. These people at the El Cajon store are down right rude! Another thing, the people answering the phones do not keep each other informed, Ill say I spoke to so and so, and they would say they did not inform me They do not have the customer is always right or sure, no problem philosophy at this place.

Came here as a referral, horrible customer service. Took all day instead of the hour I was told and now that I’m home, my back windshield wiper was put back on upside down. Also, all of the old black sealing from my broken windshield was left on and is visible around the new glass. Was told to bring my car in and it would be done within the hour. Hours later, still no word, so I called in to see if it was ready yet and was told that the person working on my window repair did not know how to do it. This made me feel very unsure about them finishing the job. I was told he stepped out but would be back to try and figure out my back window. I knew they were closing at 5, so at 4:40, with once again no phone call, I called and was told it was not ready but that they would be open tomorrow. Very confusing and misleading information when 5 minutes later, I was called and told to come down and that my car was now ready. Needless to say, it was a very frustrating experience and my back windshield wiper was put back on backwards!

Actual work was excellent and quicker than estimated. But waiting room left a lot to be desired... could use remodel AND air conditioning was not working on one of the hottest days this summer!!!! Not the way to treat customers!!!!

The tech did a great job resealing the seal around my windshield.

Made an appiomt Saturday when they opened and was able to get in an hour later for a chip in my husbands windsheild.The person before us was an hour late so they stopped working on their car to get ours done.We were in and out in 20 minutes and they found another chip we werent aware of and fixed it for no additional charge.

Scheduled an appointment and got a no show. When I called they hung up on me 2 times, the third call was closing. Thanks for the pure unprofessional service, you could have just called and let me know you couldnt make it. Horrible customer service.
