Got my windshield replaced that day I called. Didn’t have to even set up an appointment. Called got a estimate right away and quick speedy service. Very friendly and SUPER affordable!!! I had called a different company and got an estimate it would cost me $624 called these guys and it cost me half the price as other competitors!!!! Paid $300, definitely worth it. Dropped off my car this morning for a windshield replacement and install. They had my car for about 5 hours. Tony told me I had to pay before they did the job. 5 hours later, came to pick it up and the windshield install was poorly done. They didn’t even seal the top correctly and left multiple gaps. Disappointed and upset.

My car was broken into on a Sunday. I called over 20 places trying to get in that day but the glass I needed was hard to get. I called budget glass and Toni answered quickly. He told me that he’d look to see if he could get Sunday but wasn’t sure. He was the only person I talked to all day who took my information. He called back very quickly, unfortunately it had to be Monday. He texted me a few moments later letting me know he had found the window for about $50 less and offered it as an option. All the way through the process Toni was nice, friendly, and casual yet professional. His tech David had the window installed in no time. Absolutely recommend these guys. Small local shop been around for 20 years.

I loved the Excellent customer service. I called them from having my windshield cracked on the freeway. They had what l needed at a very good price. I arrived with my 2019 Ford Escape, the windshield was cracked on the driver side. I was very impressed, as soon as l pulled up, they had the windshield out, went straight to work. The technicians who worked on my vehicle were very courteous, efficient, professional, and friendly. I will definitely recommend Budget Auto Glass to friends and family.

While they did come out on a Sunday to repair two windows that had been vandalized, one window had a defect and the tailgate window is not tinted like the original. When I went in to replace the defective passenger window, not only is the tint off, the surface is wavy in appearance and now the door rattles when closed. AND there’s still a bunch of glass in the back of my car that was “all taken care of..” All for around $800! I’m afraid to go back because Tony will likely give me a hard time/joke around/be defensive, and I don’t want to have to keep going back if the job isn’t done right the first two times.Will not come back and don’t recommend this business.

Great work from Budget Auto Glass. They did an awesome job replacing the windshield in my 2002 Mitsubishi Galant. The window looks nice and clear, even while driving into the sunset. Its much better looking than the old cracked windshield I had on there before. Tony also went above and beyond to get my old and cracked roof moulding to stay firmly in place. The company my insurance uses not only quoted me a price that was $100 more but they also didn’t have availability until a week out. After looking at reviews I called Budget Auto Glass who offered to come to my house within a few hours and quoted me a price that I could actually afford. Budget Auto Glass customer service was excellent! Very friendly, and professional! While working on my one vehicle (window replacement), I asked they look at my truck window (was having trouble going up and down). Although, they didn’t have the part in stock, they ordered it the same day for me and came out the next day to install. The service and pricing I received was excellent! Moving forward, I will only use this company. They have a lifetime customer!

WARNING! HIGH ALERT!READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS SHOP. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews that were posted by the owners and employees that work there using different names and google accounts. Don’t let them scam you. They will respond with a lie and an excuse. I highly recommend you calling other shops first because I found out that this shop has higher prices than others. I was in a hurry so I just stopped by because this was close by then after I dropped off my car I started calling other shops and every single one quoted me a lower price. 10 minutes after dropping my car off I was still there and as soon as I told them that I just called other shops with lower prices they immediately started taking the broken window off just so I wouldn’t change my mind and go somewhere else. Also the tint they used turned purple and started peeling off in less than 2 years while the tint I got on other windows that was from another shop still looks new. They used bad quality tint. After picking up my car I spent hours cleaning broken glass from inside my car. I have absolutely no reason to lie and this is the truth and nothing but the truth. I wouldn’t spend all this time writing this review if I was happy with the service. Crooks.

Highly recommend Budget Auto Glass! My passenger window was cracked by something on the freeway and it began to spider within minutes. Budget Auto was very upfront with me and honest regarding the type of window my car has and that it would need to be ordered. Other places I called tried to sell me a used window from a salvage yard! Budget Auto had my window ready to go the next day and they were more than happy to drive to my office in UTC so I didnt miss time from work. It was truly service with a smile and my window was installed in less than an hour. Talk about painless!Budget Auto Glass also replaced the windshield on my car about a year ago. They offered same day service and the prices are reasonable. Windshield is still in great condition.If you are on the fence, give them a call!

Well, $427 for a 2007 Toyota Camry windshield repair is definitely not competitive with the market. And having grease put onto your inside roof that wont remove when I tried to clean it wasnt helpful. And they even left glass all over my dash and front seats that I didnt notice until I was bleeding on my drive home.Maybe I was happy they helped me on a Sunday, but maybe I should have waited until Monday and deal with someone who might have a more professional team that helped make sure that the drive home would not result in cut hands and messes to deal with.I had to pay out of pocket because my insurance wouldnt cover it. He did throw in new free wipers and tried to be helpful. I dont think he meant to do poorly, but maybe thats what he has to give. Ill never know, because I cant afford to go back.Update: It gets worse. I discovered that they didnt even put a molding around the windshield after the installation. I have an exposed edge subject to weather conditions which will degrade the windshield until it falls off on its own, and Ill have to get another windshield.If thats a ploy to secure my repeat business, it is not going to work. Never again.

Super quick repair. They first offered to drive to my house but told me it was going to be easier to come to the shop Incase there was more problems with the regulator, since my car was recently broken into. Met with Tony! Super nice and walked me step by step about how they were going to fix my car door window. In and out in less than 30 minutes! Only $150 to fix my window, compared to what other stores were offering me.

Budget Auto Glass is Amazing! After a hard workout at the gym I returned to my car to find that some jerk had smashed my back passenger window. I clearly couldn’t ride around with a broken passenger window. My husband looked for a place that could fix the window immediately and he found budget glass. Tony and his guys were super friendly and helpful. They told me to come right over and had my window fixed within the hour. I will be returning to them to have the repaired window tinted.
