Let me start off by saying thank you Zena and Tony you guys are awesome. Had Issues with my insurance company Zena handled everything fixed our window and broken mirror with no with questions asked. A 1auto glass is very professional very honest and hands down the best in San Diego would Definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

EXCELLENT tint shop. They were able to squeeze me in this morning without an appointment and finished EXACTLY when they said they would be done. They did a excellent and clean job on my tint. The staff here are also very friendly and courteous. Good customer service here. Would recommend to anyone looking to get tinted windows or other windshield services.

Ony was the best! Most places wouldnt accept my car cause its a 1996. But my car is cleaner and has less miles than a lot of cars out on the road. Tony explained that to me about the dirt and dust in the window sills, until he saw my car and said we shouldnt have any problems and that they could do it. The tint job is amazing, Tony was very knowledgeable about the different tints they offered. PLUS THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT ON THE SAME DAY WITH 3 HOURS NOTICE!!!! I will forever be recommending my friends to go here! I will be back for my future cars!

I called around noon on a Friday assuming I was making a reservation for the following week. But they got me in to get my windshield replaced the same day! The called me shortly after dropping vehicle off, the windshield they had for me had a scratch on it & they couldn’t use it for liability reasons. So the tech ran down to Chula Vista for me to pick up a new windshield, and still managed to get it installed by closing time. They said they would have stayed open after hours if need be to finish the job. A1 Highly recommended!

To capture the full experience I want to talk about the hospitality, the quality of work, and then the service. Arriving at A-1 I was greeted with warm welcome and like a member of the family. I was asked about my well-being and checked on throughout the visit. There was wifi access and a very comfortable lobby area.I went to get my windows tinted. The staff explained the different types of tint and what effect each would have on me and while driving in the sun and how certain tint reflects UV Rays and to which degree. This was explained in a very comprehensive way and I walked away with a very good understanding.Once I chose the tint that I wanted the service was very fast and the most professional that I have seen. The team walked me around my vehicle to ensure that I was satisfied and explained what to do to ensure the best quality in curing the tint for the days that follow. I was given contact information if I had any questions or needed a free follow up if I was concerned with any issue on how my windows turned out.I am very happy with A-1 Auto Glass and the amazing service and I recommend them to anyone needing anything glass fixed on their vehicle.

Went in to get a couple of windshield chips repaired and it was so fast. Literally in and out! Great customer service.

Called around a lot of places and a1 quoted the best price best my tint. They did the job fast and it was extremely well done. The quality of the tint is better then what the dealership had available. It was computer cut so it fits perfect with no gaps. It really enhanced the look of my car. After they were finished they explained my warranty and the details of the tint and insured me if anything goes wrong to give them a call back and they would take care of it, much better then just handing me the keys and saying Im done. I paid exactly what I was quoted over the phone and they had a comfortable lobby to sit in while I waited. Im glad I chose this place and would highly recommend it if you need a great tint job or any of the services they offer there.

Brought in my 2020 bmw 530i for a rock chip in the windshield. It was a large chip that they said would be hard to repair but they would try their best. Amazingly they were able to get it repaired. Yesterday I got a rock-chip in my windshield that was so bad, I wasnt sure anybody could fix it. I went to A1 and they werent sure either ---- yup, it was that bad. Most shops would have said Wow, thats bad! Youre definitely going to need a new windshield . But Eddy at A1 took a few extra minutes and worked some magic and saved my windshield!Skilled and experienced technicians who can work miracles on a difficult repair is good, but a shop that is honest enough to let you go home for $35 when they could have easily charged a lot more for a new windshield is really great! Based on my experience yesterday, I can definitely say that this is the glass shop I recommend if you are anywhere near San Diego county.

These guys are great! I have a BMW and The trim around my front windshield totally deteriorated and needed to be replaced, and they were able to do it in like 25 minutes, but if you have to wait; They also have Netflix ready to go in the waiting room! The work was done well and they are very professional. I had a great experience.

I drove all the way from San Diego to get a windshield chip repaired today and had a great experience! Only $35.99 for chip repair, and they did an amazing job. I was in and out in about 25 minutes and the chip is pretty much gone! I was amazed!

Went back and forth on a few places in town to tint my windows, extremely impressed and happy I chose A1 auto glass. I was actually next door for smog check and just went in for a quote. 10 minutes later Im getting ceramic tint. Very professional and upfront about costs/differences Im glad I finally pulled the plug on tint. This was on presidents day weekend and I had work but they accommodated for me so that I had my car later that day.It has now been 5 days since the tint was applied and it looks spectacular. Not a single bubble on any of my windows either. The heat difference inside the car is enormous, Id bring my familys cars here to tint.Honest, friendly and professional, Id absolutely come back.

I’m working delivery during the pandemic. A rock chipped my windshield. This shop told me I could come in right away and they fixed the crack in less than 20 min for less than $40. They have excellent low rates on windshield replacement too if your chip or crack can’t be repaired. Great service, good people. Highly recommended.

Nice cozy little shop with professional staff. I notified the shop that I needed to reschedule my appointment over the phone, from there I was told to just bring my vehicle in the following morning. Showed up when they opened at 8:30 and Ivan was quick to jump on my vehicles windshield replacement. Him and the rest of his team finished the replacement in a half hour so I was blown away by how fast it went. The replacement comes with a lifetime warranty so if any issues happen to show up all I have to do is bring my car back and theyll repair/replace the windshield for free. Everyone there was nice and professional so I definitely recommend this location.

I went to repair my cracked window. They repaired the crack within 20 minutes. The crack looked less noticeable than when I arrived. Great service.

The only place I could find in San Diego/el Cajon California to replace my 1965 Ford F-250 front windshield. I have a really hard to deal with chrome trim around the window and nobody was willing to do it but them. Great customer service and came out amazing. A rock got kicked up by the car in front of me this morning and left a very small chip in my windshield. I found A1 on the internet and called and spoke to Eddie. He told me to bring my car in. I thought for sure he would recommend I spend money on some preventative service, but actually he didnt. After he looked at it he told me just to keep an eye on it and if it starts to spread bring it in. That seemed truthful. Id recommend this place.

A huge rock got flicked up from a big rig on the 125 and smashed my windshield.I called a couple places and A1 Autoglass gave me the best rate by about $100.Why I would use them again:1) They answered my call on the 3rd ring, no long holds or waits2) Anthony, the guy who answered, was very polite and helpful3) They were able to schedule to meet with me the same day, and gave me a nice, narrow time window (as opposed to cable companies and their 12 hour time frames)4) He gave me a bottom-line quote, right off the bat. These guys completely dropped the ball. I was scheduled for 330 back windshield replacement on my commercial vehicle (i emptied the truck to make it easier for them) I have been waiting around since 3:00 p.m. and I call them at 4:00 p.m. to see where they are and they told me I was supposed to show up at the shop. I wasted my evening waiting for a mobile service that assumed i was driving in. I also called for a replacements and a window tint which they said they would not be able to provide unless my truck was alredy there. So even if i go now, my window would not even be tinted yet. I feel like i was lost in the woodwork and forgotten. This was not the experience that I first had with this company and will hinder if i ever go back or reference them to anyone. At this point, if getting your window replaced is important to you, I would choose somebody else.

They replaced a cracked windshield on my F150. They told me it would take 90 minutes and they finished in less than an hour. Good service. Good price.
