Quick service like most post. Asked for full service. Windows were streaked from the squeegee, same bugs that I arrived with were still there when I left. Filled the window solvent tank when I returned home. They turned the vacuum on but that’s about it. Oil drips not wiped up. Makes me wonder if the oil filter was actually replaced. Oil looks clean and almost to the full mark. At least they took the time to check all the boxes on the inspection sheet. $73.00 well spent…..hmmmm

After getting my oil changed on Monday, I found myself on the side of the road 5 miles from home. My car started making a horrible noise and the oil light came on. I called Pennzoil and without much discussion they sent someone out to my location. The guy was able to get it fixed and I was on .my way in no time. He apologized repeatedly. The guys were professional and owned up to the mistake. Thankfully there was no damage to my car. They offered to wash and clean my car. Its nice to see good customer service and taking responsibility! Thank you!

The staff at Pro-Lube in Effingham is amazing. You can go a lot of places to get your oil changed but you will not find another place in town that cares this much about you and your vehicle. They are super friendly and I know that I can trust what they tell me about my truck. I don’t trust either of my vehicles with anyone else.

I was traveling through, on my way to visit family in another state (From Michigan), when my air stopped. I was actually on my way to auto zone to try to fix the issue, but I saw this place first. Pulled in and they fixed my air and it’s colder than ever. They took extra care, took the time to rule out any other issues before they diagnosed what was going on. They are so warm and friendly. I wish I could go to them every time I needed help. I 1,000,000% recommend.

Even at other quick oil change places out of the Effingham area, I’ve never spent less than 15 minutes in the bay. I swear, it was 5 minutes at most and that includes running my card for the transaction. It’s the perfect place to go on your lunch break for high quality service at an unbeatable price. Got to Pro Lube 20 minutes before closing. Needed a belt changed. Travis got the oil changed and the new belt on before closing time 👍. All the employees informative about the belt.

Friendly, helpful staff, moderate prices on oil change service, but they use high quality products. You can choose from basic service or full service which includes a vacuum and windows cleaned. So fast! Drove in the bay, sat in the car the entire time, paid the guy, and drove out, just great service!

We have taken our car here a few times and they have ripped us off twice now first time they didnt change our oil filter and today they broke the oil filter cap forcing me to by a new one I wont be taking our car back there

Over priced was charged an up charge on my filter ended up paying 41.45 for a basic oil change that even dealerships do not charge that much for a five quart oil change will not returned and would not recommend this place to anyone else just an overall rip off

10-15min MAX. Stopped in on my way from Colorado to Pennsylvania to get an oil change for my 2013 Escape. Synthetic Blend came in just under $40. The men were fast, efficient and friendly! Would stop by again but Im not from the area!

Extremely fast and exceptional service at a very reasonable price. They didnt try to push anything on me as far as checking other fluids or new wipers like some other places. I told them what type of oil is in it and that all I wanted was a basic oil change. No questions asked. I think this will be my new place to go for an oil change from now on

Passing thru with another 600 miles to drive early this am. Oil idiot light unexpectedly came on. Unexpected as I still had another 3000 miles before synthetic oil change expected. I couldnt pull the dipstick out to confirm oil level. It was rusted in place, likely from salted winter road driving.Stopped at Pro-lube for assistance. They already had two customers, but checked out and resolved my problem immediately, then wouldnt accept payment!!Im very grateful.

Just took my diesel truck for an oil change. While in the bay, my brand new truck mysteriously sprung an anti-freeze leak. Looked in the parking lot where I was parked for 20 minutes prior to pulling into the bay and there was nothing on the ground. Got home to discover a pin hole in one of the hoses. Go figure! Wasnt there prior to pro lube....Dishonest a$$holes! $122 for a basic oil change and some anti-freeze??? And to add to it.... the owner just calls me and says there is anti-freeze in the parking lot where I was parked and calls me an idiot. So now they are liars and harass people for not liking or agreeing with their dishonest service. Dont go to this place! BTW, the lady ahead of me mysteriously had issues with her car not starting after she pulled into the same bay. My good buddy 😏😏😏 Duane offered to charge her an additional 40 bucks to clean the posts on the battery. ATTN Duane.....

Fast oil change. Go to Wal-Mart, wait 3 hrs. Go here 15-20mins tops. The staff is nice and the manager isnt below hard work. Tough crew that gets the job done!
