Would be a better place if the owner son wasnt running the place or even around. The staff and salesman are awesome.

I had an urgent need to repair a tire. I called ahead to see if they could get me in and was told to bring it on in and they would take care of it. They were waiting for me as I pulled in and got my tire repaired in less than 10 minutes. This saved me from so much hassle and I was able to make it to my commitment!

They were not open with me about my cars issues and how long they would take to fix. If they had told me when they took it that it would take more than 3 weeks to fix I wouldve been fine with it. Instead I called them every day for them to tell me the same thing. Always pushing the goalpost further ahead while never telling me what was going on, until finally I took my car somewhere else and had it fixed and back to me in less than two days.

I specifically asked for Destination AT and they put Transforce AT on my truck which are junk tires! They think they can screw people over, not me, I’ll be sueing if they don’t make good on this!

Kiel is a good person.He goes above and beyond.

They were able to help me get back on the road quickly and reasonably.

Did my wheel alignment for my Dodge Charger, people was so nice they actually care about my car, they made sure my alignment was properly done. I would definitely go back to this place.

In the middle of a move from NH to MO our 6 year old Yukon towing our aluminum trailer started shuddering. Jonathan & Kiel quickly took a look and determined that we had a transmission issue. They recommended the local transmission shop. While they couldn’t tackle our problem, they were quick and accurate in their diagnosis.

This is a great place to do business. We were driving thru from out of town and realized we had a valve stem leaking on a brand new tire and new valve stem that was replaced just 8 days prior by another tire company. I called this place on a Saturday 25 minutes before close and they told us to come in and they would get it fixed. Not only did they stay open late for us but then they didnt even charge us. Everyone was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend this place if it is local to you. Its hard to find good customer service these days and these guys went above and beyond. Thank you Wabash Tire for helping us out.

Currently in town visiting my family, had a slow leak in my driver side back tire. Walked in to these awesome gents who were friendly and incredibly helpful. They were able to get me in almost immediately despite what appeared to be a busy workload for the day. They were beyond awesome and got me back on the road again. 10/10 would recommend these guys to everyone! Thank you for your awesome work ethic and customer service experience!!!!

Great place for service!! We are from out of town and blew out a tire on our trailer. We stopped at the closest tire shop along the express way and they were incredibly rude and said it would be at least 1-11/2 hours before they could get to us. Then we called these guys and they were incredibly friendly, helpful and worked us right in! Would recommend this place to anyone!! Thanks!

I had Wabash Tire and Auto service my Jeep today. I received it back less than an hour ago at my place of business. Supposedly they had looked at the battery and the starter, yet when I walked out and tried to turn it on it wouldn’t even turn over (even after a jump start). When I called and asked if someone could take a look I was told it was too busy over there they didn’t have time and suggested I jump start it. I let them know I had tried to jump start the vehicle to no avail and they told me that would definitely make for a bad experience. They of course still weren’t willing/able to even attempt to fix the problem that they left me. Couldn’t imagine a worse experience in customer service than being stranded a block from the service center in sub zero temperatures after literally JUST getting the vehicle back and being told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it after telling them about these EXACT same issues. Couldn’t be more emphatic in my suggestion to look for a different automotive repair provider than Wabash Tire and Auto.

Thank goodness for Wabash Tire & Auto Repair! Great service and timely. Just starting off on a long trip early in the morning and my tire goes flat. Feeling stranded and hopeless but they took care of me right away and set me back on the road!
