I called Kalidy Kia for service on my 2015 Kia Soul, that was having an issue, I was worried it was a thrown rod or bad bearing. Spoke to Parker in the Service department. He was beyond helpful. We discussed the issue, he arranged a tow truck to get the car in Stillwater, OK, and get it back to the dealership. He tried to get the Bearing wear test on Friday 10/22/2021, but couldnt beat the clock. He did call me to let me know it would be tested on Monday. Today he called me about 3:30 pm to let me know that the vehicle did have a bad bearing, and that it is covered under the extended warranty offered by Kia. In almost 40 years of driving, I have never had a service advisor treat me as well as Parker Stell has done for Kalidy Kia. His level of professionalism is unsurpassed in my 40 years of dealing with cars. My vehicle will be repaired under warranty, which will entail a new engine. Parker was up front with the fact it could be 6-8 weeks before we get the car back due to supply chain issues. This is acceptable to me, as it would have been easier for Parker to tell me it is not a warranty issue and force me into a difficult situation as many other dealerships tend to do. I will definitely come back to Kalidy Kia and Parker Stell.

Outstanding customer service!! Dale made me feel like Ive been a customer for years and it was my first visit. I will definitely be returning for all future vehicle service. They offer a shuttle service and the gentleman who drove was such a kind person who genuinely enjoys his job :) Top notch business!

Got an oil change and tire rotation.. I was in and out quickly. Staff was very courteous.

Was interested in buying another Kia until going to Kalidy. Use to be alot better. But not anymore. Poor service. Workers unfriendly and act as if they dont like working there. Also could never get anyone to call me back from the service department. Bring Kyle back!

Best service! The staff were incredibly friendly and informative. Got swindled by an oil change company who overcharged and incorrectly changed my oil! These guys fixed it and told me exactly what was wrong!
