I stopped by today at y’all dealer, I drove 2 hours and a half, and by the time I got there I dealt with Kevin. I made an appointment and everything, and I had an online appraisal certificate and I was told to bring it for in person appraisal. I came in, Kevin just look it around without paying to much attention to the car at all, he let us wait there and he was just hanging around doing nothing. Our online appraisal was 88 k, and he come and say I can only give u 71k. I been trying for a while to buy an s class and I was convinced today it was the day, but I got so disappointed with the service and appraisal. My questions is why online it says 88 k and in person 71k. The car is on perfect condition, no scratches or dents, is certified by bmw until 2023.P.s don’t cheat on people and make them lose their time for no reasons

We could not be happier with our experience at MBOKC. We have purchased or leased several vehicles there, and have enjoyed each experience. They are the best to deal with and no other dealership in the past has come even close. We personally work with Cynthia McCoy in sales, and we absolutely love working with her. She really looks out for your best interest and needs. We usually work with Michael in service, and he is awesome, but all of the service advisors are excellent to work with. And Tim in Parts has always taken great care of us as well. From new mats, to fancy key chains, or the occasional tire replacement, he is very easy to work with and fair on pricing. And if you ever need some great photos taken, check with their photographer, Abraham. His work is excellent, and he has helped me on a project outside of the dealership as well.

My daughter just took her Mercedes to this location today. We were on the phone. The 1st gentleman looked at her and turned his back and didn’t say anything. Luckily Gabriel saw her and asked her if she needed some help. Two days ago she had already been there and pulled into service. The service advisor named George took two pictures and told her they would email her. No visual inspection of the inside, just two pictures. Have not received the email yet. Gabriel took 5 pictures sent it back with a low appraisal, however I’m grateful he helped. I’ve been a service advisor and mechanic myself for years since 1993. Doubt if we do business with this dealership at all.

My wife went up to OKC for business and her S class hit a pot hole on the highway. She drove her car to this location, which we have never been. John the service advisor, was above and beyond helpful and make her at ease and took care of her tire for her. Very impressive service as we are from out of town. My AMG GLC has been in the dealership since July 5 th of 2021. A leaking radar detector was blamed on a wiring harness issue. 1-2 weeks to fix the car . 3 months later the car wiring harness came in and now I am told it is going to need another custom part that service neglected to order. OKC Service tells me 6-8 weeks but Mercedes USA tells me 8-12 weeks to get the second part in. Seriously 6 months to fix a car and order parts in ? The service manager only started updating me after calling Mercedes USA’s customer support. Great carwhen it ran and will be my last Mercedes. Kia would have given me better service.

First and foremost Ekema Gabriel is EXCEPTIONAL! This is my first Mercedes and I looked at MULTIPLE dealerships. BMW, Porsche and Volvo to name a few, most of which did not have even minimum knowledge of their vehicles! Gabriel was a breath of fresh air and he was not only knowledgeable but patient. I had fell in love with a particular car that sold before I was able to make it back from an unexpected trip. The hunt was on! He and his manager searched diligently to locate an extremely specific car with a list of very specific features. I received updates all along the way. When the big day was finally here, he then came in ON HIS DAY OFF to insure everything was perfect. These are just a few of many highlights to their overall performance. The sales manager, financing, every department really from Start to finish. Even AFTER THE SALE! Mercedes has given me so much more than just a luxury vehicle. It was a luxury experience!

Needed an emergency repair for my Sprinter RV while I was traveling and they were able to work me in. I arrived at 7:30 and was out by noon. They even installed a part for a recall that I wasnt even aware of. Excellent service plus their waiting area is awesome. Even got to ride the Peloton bike in the exercise room while waiting. Highly recommend this dealership.

I have had the worst experience with Mercedes service center Jesse my service advisor is so rude, judgmental, insensitive to customers and very short with me. We have had 3 different encounters and yet they still keep him as my advisor I was quoted one thing and explained to him and he pretty much called me a liar a few bad apples can ruin the bunch..I wish I could get the same respect as the rest of the customers who use their services..

I would not recommend calling to ask about a vehicle they have posted online. First they tell you yes it’s available come on up. Then when you make arrangements and get almost there, they call you back only to say the used car sales manager says the car your interested in looking at is a piece of junk and he’s sending it to the auction. Well there’s a better way of doing business in my opinion, don’t post that vehicle online. Not happy with the text from the dealership later. Hopefully this isn’t typical.

While on a road trip, we discovered a broken brake light. We got off the highway and in desperation drove into the dealership explaining our issue and that we didn’t have time to make an appointment. The staff is so warm they made us feel instantaneously welcome and started working on the car right away. Within 10 min everything was fixed and we were ready die the highways again !!! All this while there were atleast 4-5 other customers like us alongside . What a great example of customer service ! This is why we love our Mercedes!

If I could give them no stars I would. Highly recommend you read reviews in the past. They have a history of shady pricing. They advertise a price online so they can get you to call the dealer and then change pricing. One of the managers (Andy) told me he would price match if I found a similar unit which I did and did not keep his word.I have text messages and emails confirming. Once they saw I was serious about purchasing unit they raised the price of the suv by $5,000.Be careful with this dealer. Highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Great overall experience! Selection and customer service was amazing. Although they didnt have the color of the model with the trim package I was looking for, they quickly acquired one from another dealership before I left the OKC dealership. They even came and picked me up from 1 hour away so I can drive the new car home. Great customer service!!The only down side I experienced was it took a week to get the car to the dealership and it was missing a front grill badge. The car was 5 hours away and I feel they couldve moved more quickly to get the car to the dealership selling it and once it arrived the front grill badge was missing, I feel this was the fault of the other dealership not ensuring the car was complete for delivery.James took great care of the process from start to finish and made sure I had everything I needed, was comfortable and happy with the car. After the purchase the exceptional service did not stop. I still receive calls/text about how well I am liking the car and that if any issues I had they would take care of everything. Ill be back to get another car there and I am recommending Mercedes Benz of OKC over all other authorized dealers.

Bought a used SUV I understand it is sold as is but you would expect them to at least check the car for the basics such as oil level and anti-freeze, the types of areas where there is a possibility of basic problems. I am a DYI person so changing the oil and adding anti-freeze is not biggie. The brakes were on metal (front). My option is they didn’t do anything to it except wash it and place a for sign in the window.In other works no basic checklist was looked at. I am happy with purchase, but don’t expect them to really look for anything wrong.

I called service department and asked how to go about ordering a chrome letter for the back trunk of my car. Tim said he had the exact letter I was looking for so I stopped by and matched it up and the font was spot on so he allowed me to have it. He said when it was originally ordered, 4 months ago, the first customer only needed the numbers so he held onto the letter figuring someone would call in. That would be me :) and it was the exact letter I was looking for. Thank you so much Tim. Customer Service at this location is fantastic.

Great selection, top notch service and our preferred dealership in the Metro. Wed purchased from here when we moved here a few years back and were quickly reminded what we loved from our first go around. Everyone at the dealership seems to legitimately care and they dont merely get into conversations for the sake of seeming friendly. They opened themselves to our kids and actually interacted with them as opposed to just tolerating them. MBOKC will continue to get our business and well refer anyone we meet to see what they are missing.

Its a car dealership with beautiful cars, and very kind salespeople who are willing to help you get into a car. But the service center is subpar and the car I purchased came damaged from the factory and required multiple returns to the service center before they would fix the problem despite having it pointed out to them, the problem being an electrical box hanging in front of the break pedal. The car also came with a slightly cracked gear shift which the service center replaced, no problem. The wash job they do after service is also sort of lackluster. However this place gets props for having very kind employees who were very nice by accommodating us with a rental while our Smart was in the shop for the second time.

I had a wiper that broke and Nick as per the norm got me in with little of no notice, got the part and EVEN put it on. You can’t beat that kind of service. The service team there is too notch and the reason we keep buying Mercedes Benz. George is our favorite service manager, the technicians are great at what they do, Frank ensures our loaner is cleaned and ready for us... I could go on. Jared, helped us with our recent purchase and was very knowledgeable about the cars and very helpful! Overall the best dealer in OKLAHOMA! I aked them for help to buy one quarter of engine oil for my 2016 Sprinter. They said they dont sell it. I beg the guy so he brought oil which is not approved by Mercedes for Sprinter with DPF. He went back talk to a technician and then he said that ESP Mobile Oil has been discontinued by MBenz. That lie was produced by Master Technician. I have 2 Sprinters but now after that Yugo like experience I will consider my next work horse from Ford. Shame on MB.Update.Now in their response they are trying to play not understand card. But kept insisting my Wife was incorrect is what we both were told in regards to appointment time (10 am 3-24-20) and cost of what we were having done ($600 difference). He got a well deserved butt-chewing. Which was of his own doing. Something needs to be done with the customer service aspect of this employee.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a GLA250. She lives in the DMV metroplex and had spoken with a dealer about the vehicle. She asked me to test-drive it and give it the once over that coming Saturday. During the test-drive, the dealer didnt say anything to me. I generated conversation by asking questions. He wasnt remotely interested in selling me the vehicle. The next day, my GF filled out the credit application and received her approval shortly thereafter. (her score is impeccable otherwise, we wouldnt be there). That Tuesday, she received a text message from the dealer telling her that the car had been sold on Saturday afternoon. I returned to the dealership on Wednesday to a sales manager informing me that it was still on the lot and had NOT been sold. After giving him the details of our botched transaction, he called the dealer we interacted with and was informed that someone else had put a deposit on the vehicle Saturday afternoon. That was news to me, because neither myself, nor my girlfriend were given that as an option even though we had interacted with the dealer before it was test-driven/sold. To compound our frustration, he never tried to suggest another vehicle. He never called her and let us know anything. Even though she completed the application the next day and had a hard inquiry on her credit. What kind of salesperson doesnt suggest an alternative vehicle, and is content with saying, Youre car sold have a good life? Ill tell you: A salesperson who isnt interested in making that sale with you! So, we contacted a dealer in a nearby state and arranged a sale AND delivery to her house on the East Coast!!! Ill be damned if MBOKC ever gets a dollar out of my family!

I bought a 2017 SL550 from long distance since I couldnt travel to OKC due to the pandemic, dealing with Anthony Heflin of MBOKCs internet sales department. Everything about my buying experience was top notch. I asked Anthony to make a video of the entire car from all angles with particular emphasis on the operation of the convertible hardtop and it was done promptly, assuring me that all was in good working order.The car was delivered by truck, on time and in perfect condition.A few weeks later I noticed that there was no passenger side floormat. I notified the dealership and they promptly sent me a new set of matching floormats. Everybody on the transaction was a winner.

We bought a used vehicle from Mercedes on 05/28/2019. We had Amie Price as our sales rep. Lets me start off by saying Amie was GREAT. She was very friendly and easy to work with. Awesome sales woman! Having said that, I have to state terrible treatment buy the financial person, whose name will be withheld. First, we were paying for the vehicle outright cash/check, so no financing would be required. He started to ask for all this information that is required when someone applies for a loan! We were like why do you need all this information we are buying the vehicle outright. He came up with some story that its policy and needed to see if we were on some Do not sell to list! So we argued with him about this because we felt he didnt need to run our credit nor did he need our SS#s! Additionally, the vehicle we purchased was $14K so we felt that he was treating us poorly because we were not in there buying a $50k + vehicle. My wife and I almost walked away from the deal but we did get it done! Anyway just wanted to point out to Mr Finance guy that both my wife and I are educated with Masters Degrees and have GREAT paying jobs but we dont feel like we need to own brand new $50k+ cars and we really dont appreciate being talked down too!

The Mercedes-Benz dealership of Oklahoma City is hands down the best Benz dealership I’ve had the pleasure of bringing my vehicles to be serviced. I have been going here since 2014. I recently got stationed in Texas, but still bring my car here for repairs and regular service. I have been to other Benz dealerships and none of them can compare to this one. I have the best customer service experience every single time I come from my service coordinator (Nick was great my last visit) all the way to getting into a loaner (Frank is AMAZING every single time!). Above and beyond when it comes to customer service! I purchased a Audi S5 and my sales person Jeremy was courteous, professional, informed and very transparent. Jeremy Jackson was eager to make sure the entire buying experience was handled without any drama. He handled every one of my concerns in a timely manner. Ron in finance was personal, professional and there was zero pressure on any extras offered like extended warranties or other product services. Bottom line? If all dealerships followed this model then purchasing a car would not be such a poorly rated consumer experience.

No loaner horrible service I highly recommend if you can go to Tulsa to Jackie Cooper. They replaced my radiator but broke my air conditioner and wanted me to pay an extra$2000 to fix it when it was working fine when I took it in. Once again if you can go to Jackie Cooper in Tulsa.

I did not have a good experience here. I went by because I and now the owner of a gently owned Mercedes SUV. Before I went to the dealership, I called and spoke with Jesse. I made an appointment. When I got there, Jesse told me I was there on the wrong date and I had the wrong appointment. He indicated that my appointment was supposed to be at Somewhere between 8 a.m. And 4 p.m. The next day. I told Jesse that that was incorrect, and he was the one that I had made the appointment with. I was having a problem with my tailgate locking. I asked Jesse for estimate. He called me back that afternoon a couple hours later with the estimate of about $400 for the part. That was two weeks ago, and he was supposed to call me back With the amount that the labor would be. I have yet to hear back from Jessie. . I wanted to build a relationship with this dealership as the relationship that I had with the Dayton Ohio dealership and the servicing of this vehicle was exceptional. I am quite disappointed with Mercedes. I feel that he did not treat me in a respectful Manner and was dismissive of my need for service. I would appreciate if someone would call Dennis In the Dayton Ohio dealership and speak with them about the relationship that he has with this vehicle. The vehicle was in the name of Clinton e yokley. I feel that Mercedes does not want or value my business here in Oklahoma City.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff: Dale in Sales and Brooke in Financing.I never felt haggled or pressured into a vehicle or purchase. I had to return to work after the test drive and they detailed and filled up the car before I even committed to the purchase. I have owned Mercedes cars for years while living in Atlanta. When I moved here my car was older and I brought it into Mercedes on several occasions for repairs. When I decided to get a new car, Ron White, was so easy to work with and helped me pick out the perfect new car. Since then, I have had several occasions to bring it into the service department. Jesse is wonderful. Along with the rest of the staff, they seem to all work together to provide the best experience possible.

We had great service from our salesperson Jared filip. The best car salesman we have ever dealt with. Dealership was very very nice. Excellent service. Went to buy one smart car ended up buying two smart cars. Worth the drive from Kansas to purchase the cars. So glad we went down there to look for a car. Customer Service was excellent! I was greeted and acknowledged by everyone I came in contact with. My service provider, Kristina, was awesome. She kept in constant contact with me and answered all of my crazy questions. All promises were kept. My car was ready at the time I was quoted, and it had been cleaned thoroughly. Also, several MB Employees followed up with me within hours of my service, to make sure that everything was okay and to let me know I could reach out to them anytime. I loved my experience there and will definitely be back.

Best car buying experience ever!!! Extremely pleased. Very fast and efficient. Did not have to spend 6-8 hours at the dealership like other places AND I didnt have to show my ugly side (like a lot of people do when buying a car). Irving and everyone at this dealership were extremely helpful and polite. I say we send all of todays teenage boys to this dealership to shadow for a day to learn manners and how to treat a woman!!! Way to go guys :)

I bought a E350 that I love! I could not find another one like it in the entire city. Prices are very fair and I cant say enough about how great Dale was. He was very understanding of any issue I had and stuck with me until I could buy the car. His knowledge of the cars are far better than any other dealership in the city that I had dealt with. He introduced me to everyone I need to know there who could make my experience that much better. He had my car washed, filled up and he even stayed until after close to show me everything I need to know about the car. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car. My experience was great. Jared and the others were all very professional and enjoyable to work with. Historically, I have dreaded car shopping, but Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City completely changed my perception. The negotiations went flawlessly. I felt like we came to the fairest deal possible in just a few minutes. Then signing the paperwork was incredible. In stark contrast to the one to two hours it has taken me in the past, Brooke only took about 15 minutes. Then Brandon helped me get comfortable with all the new tech features. Since I have had my Mercedes, they have continued to take good care of me. I would highly recommend Jared, Brooke, Brandon, and the entire team.

This guy had me drive all the way from Tulsa told me we had a deal got there decided to up the deal $1000 was a gift for my mother I borrowed the money to buy it and didn’t have the extra $1000 so drove back to Tulsa said I’d be back tomorrow and he sold car tried to sell me used version for same amount take the extra drive to Dfw the made me $5000 better deal and delivered car after I Explain how upset my mother was
