Long wait and rude employees. The service staff were rough with my car. I regularly used Jiffy Lube in Missouri and never had a bad experience in the past, so this has really disappointed me.I will go to Take 5 next time and I suggest yall do the same.

I ithought everything was fine until I got home and notice that I had an oil leak. I took the vehicle back and talked to Ricky the manager and he found the problem and completely redid the oil change and fixed the problem with no charge. he also went above and beyond by providing me with a free oil change on my next visit to Jiffy lubes. So impressed with how they handled this. Definitely recommend them. They can be trusted to do the right thing.

Having a customer( young lady) signing an over price agreement and they when she provides the $60 advertisement coupon, you still get $98.OO…It was very deceptive and dishonest….The coupons and offer you promote are very deceptive

Tell you one price and charge another. Their adds are a bait and switch.Dealer charges $43.00 for the same service. They charge $60.00.Most places will do it for 1/2 that.I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANY REASON...

Excellent crew! Professional, friendly and got the job done on my car as a morning walk-in with no appointment! The manager was super cool and accommodating.

I specifically ordered red calipers and was not ordered what I had a long conversation about with 2 of your mechanics. Then I was told I would be called once they were ordered and only charged for the parts, still await a call from a couple weeks ago. I continue to go here because of one of your employees who was fantastic with customer service, cant recall his name but he knew me from my red Volvo (I note drive a Jag). Im disappointed with the mix up, lack of negotiation (which the one guy did well and have me the military discount plus $50 off my previous brake service), and not receiving a call back. Im not the best paying customer but, I am a loyal customer. Its upset to think I may have to find another mechanic because of so many little things.

I just moved to the area and needed and oil change and was happy to see a jiffy lube in Edmond since Ive been going here for over 15 to 20 years. The service was far from great when I first pulled in the manager greated me and directed me to where I needed to go another guy came out and only said hello what do you want? Like maybe work on that. They came in twice to ask what oil change I wanted and to try and change my air filters which did not need replaced badly and Id rather do it somewhere else just personal choice. However they dont take you out to the bays to talk about what they did and to show you that your oil is filled and cleaned that was really disappointing. No coolant was filled nor was the washer fluid which f they have done back where I used to live not a huge deal I keep them in my car but for 58 dollars I expected better. Im defiently thinking I need to find somewhere else to go or a different location because this location gave very poor customer service.

Everything was quick and easy. A little expensive. On one car i did an oil change and new battery and it was 350.00

Ive been going here for years, some days are better than others. This particular visit they forgot to vacuum my vehicles floor, which comes with the oil change and didnt provide me with my next visit reminder. Some days are just better than other days. I just need them to stay consistent.

I have added a star because of our experience today. The guy on duty (Jason, I think) is the one who last time tried to make up for our previous bad experience (and fixed the leak, no charge). Today he was on duty, and even though we didnt say or hint at anything, he remembered us and made this visit super-fast and super-good. This was going to be our last visit to Jiffy Lube (we had a voucher to use up), but I think well keep giving them a shot. Thanks Jason.I have had decent experiences here, but today (July 8) was not one of them. Guy named Blake and another long-haired guy with glasses, Ricky, I think, were disrespectful toward my wife, wasting her time by not calling her when the car was ready as agreed, and then snickering for some unknown reason when she finally came in to pay and pick it up. Weve been gong here for years: Will look for other options. UPDATE: My car is now leaking oil and fluid after having them change the oil and do service on the fluids.

I went in for an oil change., in my company truck. I was on the clock and in a bit of a hurry, our trucks are maintained by ARI Fleet Management, well ANY TIME you take a fleet managed vehicle to these places they take thier sweet time and get them for EVERYTHING they can. Nothing was explained to me as to what was taking place, I knew nothing of the additional services that were performed on my truck. Granted, its not my money Im spending, but I drove this truck everyday, and need to know whats being performed on it. Not a good way to do business in my opinion.

Very unprofessional. Told me to wait and they were short staffed waited 30 minutes to pay and had to ask to pay then couldnt find my invoice and tried to charge me more than the quote. Rude people the entire tire. When car given back they rolled down the driver side window and the rubber seal came off. She just rolled my window up and said oh sorryWill not be back ever

When I get the oil change in Company VanThey just changed the oil. I ask them rotate the tires.They didnt. Tires pressure still low, I added air in the tires. They didnt checked the air filter. Changed out the wiper blades. I was happy with your store in Edmond, Oklahoma.

I went in to have my break fluid and transmission fluid done. They said they needed to change a belt as well which I did not ask for and they tried to charge me for it. They also did not fill my brake fluid all the way up, causing increased wear on my brake pads.

I had to find a last minute oil change and they were amazing! I could not afford the oil change for my type of car, but thankfully they gave me a discount from their website. They were quick, friendly, and very helpful. I definitely recommend coming here!

A tech said he put air in the tires; he did not. I had to return about 30 minutes later, and the manager did. He was apologetic. Later I checked the radiator level; it was very low. The windshield washer container was low; as was the power steering level, (but maybe adequate). Same with the brake solution. I didn’t ck the transmission level; I can only hope. The manager was eager to satisfy me, but I couldn’t trust the techs.This is the 4th time I’ve tried them; they’re about 9 miles from my house. Sadly, I won’t be returning. Even the reminder sticker was done wrong.

Went in for a basic oil change, ofcourse it cant be that simple. Got the bill had add ons I did not ask for. Tried to upsell me tires and the wrong ones at that and an over priced brake fluid replacement. While typing this review I am now waaiting for air filters I didnt request. Will not be using this company again or at least this location.Update: Manager Rick is a joke giving me refund for the air filter I never asked for and couldnt figure it out nor seemed to really care.SECOND Update: Received a call from the manager Joy who informed me the refund could not be processed and they would have to re run the card, asked if I could come back said it would have to be a different day and I was unavailable. Again said that I requested it and when trying to dispute that she procceed to get loud and argue that I did. I asked someone else call and hung up.Just to clarify I asked for an oil change and oil filter replacement .

Very professional, quick and good price

The tech was rude, didnt know any prices and had to go back and keep asking . I had to bring up a special they were running on a radiator flush along with an oil change I saw online. Then the price was padded high by over pricing the oil change. Wasnt really a deal at all. So I asked if they would match quick lube oil prices. He scuffed and said no..you really want to take your car over to them? They hear nothing but bad stuff about those guys. He said he wouldnt send anyone over there. Meanwhile the garage door was opened and it was cluttered with piles of stuff and disorganized. So I Googled quicklube and they had a 5 star rating. I told him I would pass so he again scoffed at me. I went up the street to quick lube off of Danforth and was very pleased with the service and how professional, organized they were. Got me right in and did what I needed at a better price.

Techs are really nice and knowledgeable! Usually pretty quick, the only complaint I have is it seems every time I go they seem to break something! I took my Jeep in there and they messed up the drain plug to the oil pan and then made me drive to another location 35 minutes away to get it fixed. Another time I took my other vehicle in there and they changed my oil, the next day I went to pop my hood and my release lever was broken! So not bad people just seems to be an issue!

I have used for three autos I have always considered the jiffy as my local gas station something from days gone by where I felt confident that I was getting a fair deal. They have always checked my cars whenever I showed up. I have given them 5 stars and forgiveness for the times they fell short.

The workers were great and completed my oil change in 10-15 minutes; however, the store did not enforce their mask policy. There was a man sitting in the small waiting room who wasn’t wearing a mask, even though there were signs on the door stating that patrons have to wear one.

Excellent customer service! Our technician, Chris, went over & beyond to explain things to my daughter regarding how to care for her new car with routine maintenance. Even after we left the lobby, he saw me talking to her in the parking lot & came out to help set the electronic reminder on her dash. Plus, a great price for the service we received! Thank you!

Had my brakes inspected and they replaced the rear ones, they topped off my wiper fluid free of charge and offered suggestions for further routine maintenance..Solid work, effective communication, informative, and same day.Would recommend and I will very likely go back if/when I have car problems in the future!

Stopped in between jobs to get a quick oil change. Employees were friendly however my vehicle has grease zerks and they were not filled and had to wait over an hour since they did not have a simple Ford F-150 filter in stock and needed to shuttle one in. I will not be returning since I paid full price, no “Groupon, coupons, etc.” and my truck was not fully serviced.

I went in for an oil change, told two separate workers I also needed my tires aired up and my car had a leak that needed fixed.I show up after to pay, guy at the front had no idea it had a leak, or about the tires. he went to ask his team, they said they noticed it but did nothing about it.its either awful communication among the workers or sheer laziness.

I was in a bind and needed a fast oil change. They got it done for me and even used a filter I provided. However I thought the old filter was leaking and after the change still had a leak. Asked them to check it and they said it was just old oil. They failed to notice the oil cooler was leaking. Good for oil changes not sure about other issues like oil leaks.

I returned home after my oil change and break service. My vehicle sat in the driveway for 24 hrs, I took it on a quick errand and saw that the engine was running hot. I checked the coolant and it was empty. I checked the driveway and there was no coolant leakage. They forgot to fill the coolant and in return almost damaged my engine. Glad I noticed before the check engine light went on. I will not trust this place with my vehicle again. If you cant even remember to fill the coolant, how can I trust anything you do with my vehicle. Goodbye. Forever!

I showed up to jiify lube and, by the time I parked,a tech was ready to greet and assist me. I spoke with Chris who was informative about what jiffy lube does and why. They located a leak i had known about for a while and managed to fix it for a great value. Will certainly be returning thanks to this teams excellent service.

I do not recommend it. At least not this location. Mechanics were good, but manager spent almost an hour in the bathroom. He had register codes and no one was able to cash out.

Mike was very nice, and had excellent customer service. He was very upfront with what I needed done, nothing extra like the other mechanic shops will try and get you with. Everything was done in a timely manner. I had all 4 tires replaced, rotors and brake pads put on. The prices aren’t to bad as well. I will be coming back to this location every time I need an oil change or for any other reason! Thank you mike for your excellent customer service!

Would give them no stars but not an option. I took my car there for an oil change, normally would do it myself, but had just moved here and didnt have my tools handy. They tried to tell me my cabin air filter needed to be replaced since it was dirty, funny thing is my car doesnt have one. Everything was good when I left but when I went to do the next oil change myself, I found out they rounded off some of the corners of my oil plug (which entailed me buying a special socket just to get it off and a new plug), put on the wrong size oil filter and not to mention tightened it so tight I had to pretty much crush the filter to get it off.

My husband and I have been using Jiffy Lube at 2nd and Boulevard in Edmond, Oklahoma since 1986. They have always been a very professional company....even though we don’t see the same faces over and over there. Usually the managers don’t change as often as the employees do. We’ve always been very pleased with the service and they will give us a discount for being loyal customers. Good job Jiffy Lube! 👏🏻

The service was horrible I have pictures of oil all over my driveway and Im afraid my car may have problems now, if someone doesnt do anything I will go to the Better Business Bureau and small claims court.

First time using Jiffy Lube,in a pinch car away from home. Prices way too high and oil selection limited to pennzoil,great if your a pennzoil person

8/29/20 i went to Edmond, Ok location on 2nd street i was the 2nd person of only 2 customers there. I brought my 2017 Lincoln Navigator to get oil change and tires rotated. Brought my own Motorcraft oil filter for them to use. First off they used my filter and gave me no money off the total for doing so, then we go to the sloppy workmanship on leaving splashed and drained oil under vehicle to the point i had to take to car wash to clean underside of it. I have changed the oil myself on this vehicle and you have to clean the drain trough after draining oil or its a mess. Then the shop guy tried to talk me out of rotation of tires, saying i didnt need it, even though it had been 8000 miles since last doing so.Now we get to the fraudulent up sales of your shop. I watched, as what i figure is the foreman of the group, went to customer in front of me and pulled him out to up sale items he might or might not have needed and now it was my turn. First off was my air filter that had some black soot residue on top edges of it but the pleats were clean, i can see possibly replacing that but no big deal, next up was the rear brakes. He has his handy brake measurement tool and shows me that mine are in the red zone, almost to bare metal and needs immediate attention. At this point Im 100% certain he knows Ive never worked on a vehicle before. I told him i was very surprised that the rear would wear out before the front and would let him know about that and set appointment later. I went home after car wash and proceeded to remove rear brakes anticipating doing a brake job on rear. I removed both sides and the pad material was over 1/2 thickness of a new set of pads, so then i thought well maybe he got front and rear mixed up, so i removed the fronts and same thing. At this rate my brake pads will last another 50k miles. This guy hit up every customer that was in getting an oil change on items that they supposedly needed. Im my case i was going to be charged $300 for a brake job i didnt need. I will be posting this in public forums and i suggest you either do some retraining of your employees or have lawsuits pending in the future for fraud.

I’ve been getting my oil changed at this location for about 4 years. After my last oil change my car started leaking oil. I took it to another auto shop and was told that they stripped something on the plug and that the oil plan would need replacing because of it. I took my car in yesterday to jiffy lube for an oil change and for it to be fixed but they said the issue was something completely different. (My guess not wanting to admit that they were the ones that caused the leak in the first place). I paid $400 for this “fix”. When I picked my car up it was still leaking oil worse than when I first brought it in. I brought it up to them then was told that the plug was the issue so they changed it. I’m still not confident that the issue is solved since the oil pan still hasn’t been replaced but I refuse to pay another $400 to fix an issue that they caused.

They did not come out to talk to us at all about our car, they were done in 15 min. and I am not sure they actually did the oil change. We should have watched them. There wasnt even a sticker on our windshield. They didnt offer any other services.

Prefer no stars. Very iffy. Took intake out for oil change. Why? $72 for 99 pickup. Dealership price. Even though i called first quoted 27.99.

Oil change is more than advertised. I told them I did not want my cabin air filter or my engine air filter replaced but they did it anyway. I told him I could not afford to Have that done. He then told me he didn’t want to dig the old filters out of the trash and that he would give me $25 off. That was more than I could afford but I did it anyway. But today I just checked my cabin filter and not only is it super cheaply made, but it’s also broken.

If I could rate them higher I totally would. They are so nice! I’ve been to them three times now and each time I’ve had no complaints. I live an hour away now but I still make the drive because I haven’t been anywhere better. The people are great and the prices are very affordable.

Don’t go to the Edmond Jiffy Lube unless you are just fine with the employees and all of the customers in their extremely tiny waiting room not wearing masks or social distancing. Best to wait until COVID is over!

In my opinion when an employee of Jiffy Lube a customer service person speak to you about an oil change they should relate to you there prices of the oil changes and how much it could cost with additional added oil to your vehicle upfront before they take your keys and change your oil and before they looks on the computer and sees all of your information from previous oil changes and asked if you like to have the same motor oil brand for your oil change, and you say yes. And he tell you that it will be 10 to 15 minutes But failed to tell you the cost of the oil change before they do it. But leading you to believe that the cost would be similar to the last oil change and come back after the oil change is completed, and say they usually use 5 quarts of oil with normal changes, but my needed 1 quart of oil added to my vehicle and reply to me if you don’t have a coupon he can use a $10 coupon to take off the total amount Of $91 to bring down the cost of the oil change to $84 after state law and local taxes is absurd and crazy to me that any oil change on a small vehicle or a Chevy avalanche truck like mine. It shouldn’t matter if you’re using conventional oil or synthetic oil it should never cost that much, and His only excuse was that jiffy lube prices had went up on the oil changes. All I can say is that believe me if he would’ve told me that my oil change would’ve been $91 before he change my oil in my truck I would not have got an oil change there even with a $10 off coupon.

Got my car in and out no waiting for an hour for something. Asked me if I wanted it replaced if needed. No bugging me about it. The price was good.

I was lied to. This site has a corrupt manager. I went in for an oil change and also I asked to have my tire plugged because there is a slow leak. He said there was a nail in the side wall that couldn’t be replaced. He recommended that I replace the tire, no, that I replace both front tires and that if I did he would throw in a free filter. I checked with my husband who said not to buy new tires but that he would check them when he got home. Turns out there was a nail that was easily fixed at an honest location for $15. Husband was irate I was lied to and called to speak with the manager. The manager explained that they were slammed and short staffed and there must have been some confusion. I was the only customer there until my car was done and I saw 4 men in the garage. This same manager now lied to my husband. They have lost our business. I would like a refund on the “service” provided.

I will never go there again. Everything they told me was wrong was a lie. What they said about my brakes being ok was wrong too. My back brakes were toast and I had to replace them quickly. My advice--- find somewhere else because you cant trust what they say

I asked for signature service oil and filter change. I always got this in Tulsa and was charged around $46.99.I go to check out here and they charge me $78.99. I asked why such a big difference and the sales guy there said the one I went to in Tuls is probably going out of business but I’ll give you $10 off. I said that’s still a $20 difference . I commented that I would probably not bring coming back if that is what the charge will be and he literally looked at me in the face and said Don’t!I wasn’t being rude I think I have a right to question why so much. I could even tell the young gentleman that checked me out seemed a little embarrassed and apologized over and over.I always had such great service in Tulsa off Union St. but I’ve moved to Edmond, OK. This was at the location on 2nd St. I guess I’ll find a new place.

This Jiffy location does a fine quick oil change, but the last 2 times I took my car here for an oil change, neither my cars windows were cleaned nor the floor vacuumed. If you care about getting anything else other than the oil changed, Id probably recommend another Jiffy location over this one.

Always a great job at this location - 2nd & Boulevard in Edmond, OK. Best service! Friendly crew. First I took my wife’s Caddy for an oil change, then I went back for an oil change with my old show car - a “66 Mustang. “Joe really helped me with tightening a few screw clamps, he noticed a leak in a couple gaskets. He was really helpful! We laughed when he was explaining “points” to one of the young guys! Joe will be my go-to Pal. I don’t let just anybody work on it!

Spoke with Jack, he was very kind and extremely helpful. There was a very minor discrepancy with the bill and Jack took care of it right away. I am very pleased with my service!!

I remember when Jiffy Lube was a great place for service. Now it seems service is the last thought. Sure, they will change your oil. But as far as letting you know about the rest of the fluids or anything else they have done its your best guess. When you pay for a premium Signature Service you deserve to know what fluids were low and topped off, did they add air to your tires? Etc. Nope. Wham bam thank you maam.
