This is a very large store for south asian grocery needs. Ample parking space, easy access from Oak tree road, close vicinity to various other attractive businesses like multi-cuisine restaurants- chinese, Mexican, Punjabi, pizzas. Paan wala, swimming school, wine store.Here you can also get lots of brand selection for snacks, khakra, cookies/biscuits and dry spices/masala. One can also find pooja and ritual items. Even, I could find some popular mouth-freshener popular products of India. Friendly cashiers and staff.Improvements can be brought in for making the store more organized and attractive to give shopping pleasure.

Wish they are more organized, such a big place with lots of parking space but inside the store is not impressive.Also the greens were not fresh as we see in some other Indian grocery store.The good thing is less crowded!

I will give 1 star cause they sell expired stuff but that oy happened to once but still. And 3 stars cause they have decent products and helpfully staff. They carry cricket bats, and other indian sport goods. The food they sell are decently good too. Overall 3 out of 5 stars

I bought a chili powder from this store and it was expired. I called and spoke to a lady called Meeta, very rude and I reported this issue. Her response was we dont sell that. Not co operative, very bad response. I will never go to a store that sells expired product

Been a customer on and off. The only reason we may go there is that they are in the same complex as Mithaas, a staple for us and we are in a desperate rush.The store doesnt have much traffic otherwise. Vegetables are some what not fresh. We have bought groceries that were expired....and had a hard time returning out of the box spoiled items.The only good thing is that they have a big parking lot.

Watch out for expired inventory, double charges on credit cards and itemized receipts ..Total sham business ...Subzi Mandi or Apna Bazar are better options

An Indian, Asian grocery store in Iselin NJ which has all sort of veggies, snacks and kitchen items at great price.

As usual it is good coz u can follow all the social distancing protocols coz there is hardly anyone there

Price on the product is $1.49 (I thought that was on offer, because carrots were not fresh at all)and they billed $4.49,I checked after coming home. When I called them to note their mistake they said thats your mistake, if want want you can return with very rude manner

Large store bit spacious, less public in the weekend as well I guess. I been here on Sat and there were very less people inside the store. Varieties of snack options and other products too. I like it compared to other groceries near by. Best thing is u can finish grocery shopping and then go get kulfi /pan/ sweets/ chats/ meals/ liquor etc in the same building area. I always love buying beeda from there. Downstairs u have mithas and meal area.

A well maintained and reasonably stocked store. One will find all the usual Indian groceries at a reasonable price. The aisles are wide, the checkout staff are polite. This is where I do all my Indian shopping.

[updated]Although this store still has a lot of products and stock, we recently had an unpleasant experience here. We purchased some ice cream but didnt check if the box was sealed and only found out that the seal was off and the ice cream was half eaten (with a lot of frost on it) when we came back home. Called them up to inform about this and they are not ready to accept that this is possible. I did not even ask for a refund and was just trying to inform them about this and they just did not accept that this is possible. Will be going to near by patel store hence forth.[old]Our go to place for indian/general groceries. Huge store with lots of space and variety of products for almost all categories. Stock is some times low for some veggies. Staff is very friendly and helpful but only a few of them are present.

I Purchased in this store last week, in wheat flour and semolina there are bugs in these items, when i went back returned items and ask my money back the casher say we cant give your money back you can buy any thing else, but i dont trust that store anymore to buy grocery there. I request about the manager, no manager there and he said he has no idea when hell be back. I asked about owner and owner wasnt here, I have no idea how these guys are working there without owner or manager.No idea who give me my money back

Expired items are being sold here. We are extremely disappointed with this store.We bought organic items from here and when we came home, we saw MANY items were expired a year ago and they are still selling them in store. Because of the Covid Situation, we couldnt take leisure time to check each and every item in store and we have been buying in big quantities, but thats where the trust comes in.We called them back and told them about this and they refused to refund, we cannot go back to the store since we live 35 miles away and some health condition restricts us.It saddens me to faced this experience with India grocers.They do have huge organic variety of items that attracted me to go to India grocers, I used to go to Patel Brothers before, but now I will be going back to Patel Brothers if India grocers is not going to refund money.

Comn and cool place for peace

Just went there yesterday 9/7/2020. I bought a Indian mango juice (Frooti ) .Just when I came home I noticed it has an expiry date of 9/4/2020 and there are probably 100 bottles on there of same brand and could be of same batch...sad to see them selling expired products and keeping it in there shelf ....who would need to be blamed if someone could consume this by mistake....this was my first and Going to be last trip to this store

Good Indian grocery store located on Oak Tree Road in Edison. This grocery is quite large and spread out and very clean. I love that its well lit, cleanliness is maintained, and the aisles are organized. They store fresh fruits, vegetables, pulses, rice, frozen foods and easy to eat foods selections. They also have a very good collection of ayurvedic items and herbal foods. There is plenty of parking at this store and it is easy to access.

Really big store; essentially an Indian supermarket. Ample parking. Near to many Indian restaurants. Have been able to buy almost any Indian grocery item I need. Prices are good for the most part; some items I found are more expensive than nearby competitors.

Great product and clean store

Im surprised how this store in Edison is licensed without restroom availability for customers. The restrooms were locked, even employees can use only on request. When my elderly parents were in need to use restroom, employees suggested to ask their boss for key. The owner refused to provide key stating its only for employees. Ive never seen such a rude behavior from the owner to customer. I wish Edison township mayor runs an audit on all grocery store in Oak tree and revoke access for stores that are not customer friendly.

They are truly a one-stop-shop for Indian groceries (or groceries as we call it). Sometimes, there could be an occasional oversight with expiration dates. I would double check perishable items for the expiration dates before adding to my cart. That said, the variety is truly incredible.

Many varieties available of essentials including herbal and Ayurveda products. Very positive outlook of everyone.

Always like the cleanliness of this store. Not crowded like other Indian grocery stores on oak tree road. Wide isles. Ample parking. But choice of vegetables are very limited. Thats why 4 star. Not 5.

Spacious to shop around and they have most of the food brands. Specially, rice varieties are good. But not all the vegetables are fresh.

The staff of this store are very rude they do not care about their customers at all while we going in one customer was coming out very disappointed and saying they have over priced him by 75 usd.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop from this store

Very good place for Indian grocery. Reasonable prices. Aryvedic medicine also available. There are many Indian restaurant and fast food restaurants nearby.

We as a family visited this Indian Grocery store from Virginia on our leisure trip to New Jersey. We loved the store for carrying an array of products which were well stocked and organized. Staff is very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this store for all your specific Indian family needs. Wish we had something similar in Washington DC area.

Decent Indian grocer, with a good selection. Produce was pretty good, but not quite at the same level as the Patel Brothers place. Pricing was a bit better on some items here, though.

I used to go to only India grocers for all my grocery needs and then I was told by a number of people that it is expensive in comparison to other Indian grocery stores around and that you dont get very fresh vegetables here, so I decided to go to other stores and to my surprise the similar products that I usually buy were between 50 cents to a dollar more in other stores than here (not all but many) On the part of vegetables being fresher in other stores than here, that is not a 100% true either. So, I went back committed to this place once again. The reason I really like it is because it is so much more spacious than other grocery stores and no long wait at the check out. Everything is well labeled with clear price indications and there is no confusion. The staff is also very quick to assist you. The variety is good and the place is well organized. My review is not at all influenced and I will definitely recommend this place.

This is the only Grocery store you would ever need if you are looking for Indian Stuff. The store is like a large supermarket and has nearly every Indian item right from Fresh Veggies to Rice to Pooja Items to Indian Snacks. Just ensure that you check the expiry date of every product you buy as expired products are common in Indian Stores here. The collection of Pickles, Rice and Vegetables is widespread here.

I went to purchase grocery and needed to use the restroom.Restroom did not have toilet paper.Informed at the counter the lady said she is sending someone waited 10 minutes .Ask one of the employee he said the toilet never have toilet papers.nobody came then again went to counter to request toilet paper .Lady said we do not have public restroom.Its a big grocery story store where people spent 30 to 40 minutes purchasing and no humanity for emergency nature call.Nobody should go to buy this kind of place

Large indian grocery shop like most others in the area. Have most of the items you would expect to buy from an indian groceries. I found it slightly pricey than patel brothers and apna bazzar. Also the veggis were not very fresh.

Lots of organic fruits/vegetables. I buy my olis and henna there.
