I really appreciate the service, the lady at the front at the store very sweet, patient and professional, help to look around and find exactly the item that I want . I went in to the store to look for some items for my vacation . I was going to lake George . As soon as I walked in everyone was so nice and helpful. They helped me find the best outfits and accessories. The whole vacation I was being complemented on my clothing. I love this store and highly recommend shopping there. Great clothes . Great costumer service and great prices .

I go there all the time. They have women clothing only. Accesories and little selection of shoes are also sold here. They have a great selection of dresses for formal events or any social event. Very recommended. No plus sizes though.

I went to Kara store in Menlo Park to select some cloth . by the time I want to fit them, they told me the fitting room is closed . The two girls in the fitting room didn’t allow me to fit in my selection saying we are about to close!!!!! . It was still 30 minutes left to close the store. Very disappointing

Cheap fabrics, trashy styles, awful return policy, rude staff.We were in the store a 15 minutes before closing, yet theyd already closed the fitting rooms. Worse than that, at 9:20 they CLOSED the gate at the entrance, totally, down to the floor! As the staff member raised it we assumed she was opening it for us. After all, she was looking right at us, but she began to lower the gate again right as we were walking beneath it. She nearly hit us on the head!

Decent clothes...every once and a while I can find some cute pieces. However the customer service sucks ! They need to hire new employees, they give the wrong information, very unhelpful and nonchalant . The manager is really nice and helpful ! I would suggest they hire new employees !

Worst costumer service, when you walked in they dont even acknowledge you. They have two registers, but only one in service with 2 sales associate at the same register. But yet 6 costumers waiting to paid? ..... why there are 2 register there for? If the other sales associate wont even bother to used it. Two or three people left from the store because it was a very long wait to paid.

I wish I could rate this place with 0 stars, HORRIBLE customer service, the girls there apparently hate reír jobs because they are the worst at treating people . My husband had bought me a dress at this place, when he brought it home I notice the dress was dirty and just in bad condition . So Monday morning I went with the receipt dress with all tags and everything and explained the situation, the lady call me disrespect names, when in all reality my husband was the one to be taken advantage of, how can someone sell a dress in a co diction like that he didn’t notice it but I’m pretty sure the cashier had to notice all the things that were off with that dress . Anyways all I want it was an exchange cause I thought it was maybe an honest mistake from their part, but after how they treated me I want a full refund . I already called my American Express credit card and report them to the BBB ! If I was any of you with bad experiences like mine I would do the same . Never in my life i experienced a worst customer service, beaware of stores that have no refund policys, im thinking they know how bad their products is that they make sure you get stuck with something shity from their store . i will say this has to be the worst store in menlo park mall, also triple check what you are buying here they tend to sell used clothes, and then when you notice it its to late because they wont work with you at all ...

The clothes has really bad quality, i bought a dress and when i got home i did notice it was dirty it look like soemone wore the dress before, went to return it and they did nothing for me only treat me really bad, i dont recomend anyone to even walk in this place, i made a complaint to the better business bureau i highly encorage everyone with bad experiences to do the same . it seems like this store is a scam and it shouldnt be open for business

I go to menlo park mall all the time and i believe they have very decent stores however this one has to be THE WORST !!! THE CLOTHES MAY LOOK FASHIONABLE, but the quality is horrible and like mentioned before in the coments i bought something i was in a rush, then when i got home i had notice my dress was ripped i went to return it and they were super rude and did not help me at all . DONT DO IT, you might as well just go to forever 21 the quality is 100 percent better .

I don’t understand they can be in business, but I don’t recommend this place at all
