Welp what can I say about this store first off I have a bigger foot I went there hoping to find a pair that fit the dude said “You have fat feet you have to order them online nothing here will fit you” I was hurt and felt disrespected and then I got kicked out when I said excuse me what’s your name sir he flipped his tag so I did not get his name he is a tall African American man do not go here

Good sales, helpful staff, and a solid selection. Beyond that, its exactly what youd expect.

Sometimes the staff is nice, but most of the time they show 0 interest in your needs and almost seems like youre bothering them when you ask them if you can try on a shoe. Not the kind of service I am looking for when I am going to pay top dollar for sneakers.

I like Foot Locker, have bought many sneakers here and will continue to do so. But why are sneakers so expensive? Lol . Thats a general question to ask stores lol

We have a survey coupon, but we were told we were not allowed to use !we asked why, they said for certain shoe, they don’t take coupon, we understand that .however, my friend just bought earlier today in this place, same shoe and use the coupon, and as I know, champs also take coupon for this one . Feel bad for this experience, similar situation happened before just cannot stand it any more, please make sure be fair to everybody

I worked at Footlocker for more than 11 years and was so disappointed to come in today and not even being acknowledged Christian though it was more important to be in his phone than to actually help any on the clients there. I had to go to him every time I needed a size and the worst part is that he was very quick to make sure he got his commission at the register even knowing he did a horrible job helping us.

Love this place. Awesome selection, the music being played is always awesome. Awesome staff 👍.

Its like any other Footlocker. The variety is okay. There is a lot of push to sell accessories and other shining items but you gotta do what you gotta do. The shopping experience was okay. Nothing bad, nothing good.

I dont like shoes opposite from all women so frustrating all my life nothing so poverty-stricken to the death I dont like shoes because only rich people two hundred shoes so much for what???

Went in for a specific pair of shoes and found them right away. Matt was awesome and found exactly what I was looking for in no time. So happy with my experience.

The female manager was so disrespectful, she had the biggest attitude. Please train your staff to be a bit more professional, this is customer service!

Ive always had a great experience coming into the store the managers and staff are wonderful one of my favorite stores in the whole Mall and thank God theres nice people in it.

If I could give zero stars I would. They backdoored the shoes I reserved today. I’ve heard their employees talking about it before so I’m honestly not surprised. Don’t even bother entering raffles at this location. Will be submitting a complaint to corporate.

I bought shoes from online footlocker website and try to return in store ... The manger of store says that I cannot give you return receipt because online purchase is not on his system. Even he got lot of attitude. Doesnt talk with you nice. The worst customer service I ever saw. I will never buy from footlocker anymore.
