I’ve been wearing the same perfume for about 7 years. Just like several customers have stated, I purchased 2 bottles, one large size and one travel. The larger one seemed diluted as the scent was very weak. And never received the travel size. I emailed customer service and after multiple emails back and forth looks like they will not send me my $7 bottle . Even though I purchased from them before, the $7 bottle was too much for them. Never again will I purchase for them. Horrible customer service!!!!

The Perfume Spot - in August of 2021, I ordered some Lady Stetson online. Mybank account was immediately debited for the amount ordered. When I receivedno email confirmation, no product or other info, I emailed Perfume Spot. The emailsfew back and forth for a couple days. I was lied to twice - (1) I was told that my bankaccount had never been debited, (2) I was later told that I had never beencharged in the first place. The responder(s) were totally incompetent. At onepoint when I referenced the request number (that Perfume Spot assigned), Iwas told that the number was invalid. When I was told that my bank had beencredited, I asked for the date. I got no response. So on 9/13 I photocopied mydocumentation and prepared to visit the bank for a dispute. But I checked myaccount before I left. Good thing. I had been credited the correct amount.Unbelievable, and of course no apology or explanation.

Don’t bother. Ordered a high end gift set, perfume smelled rancid. Either counterfeit or so beyond shelf life it is no longer good.Just set fire to $100 I promise it will smell better.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 bottles of cologne and only one was in the box. The company will not send me the other bottle and are treating me as if I am wrong. I am out $40.00 and all I have to say is look at their Better Business Bureau issues, they are arrogant and do not solve any customer issues. I am unsure how companies like this one stay in business.

I was somewhat skeptical buying from this site and paying so little for a cologne that cost $50+. I just received it and it was well worth it. 100% the real deal. Bought Windsor by English Laundry. 1.7oz at a great price and smells great.

They said they delivered my cologne I ordered for my husband for Valentines Day it never showed up Ive tried to contact them and have had NO response these people are complete scam I wish I read these reviews before I ordered anything from them!! They have no problem taking your money but buyer beware you will never receive anything but they will tell you its been delivered and then ignore you DO NOT ORDER FROM THSE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

Very satisfied with Creed Irish Tweed .I had no problem getting my delivery on time . I never order on line because if somethings wrong it is hard to try to make it correct . I will continue to order my cologne from the perfume spot because if they do me right then I have no reason to look anywhere else . Keep up the good work

Just bought Liz Claiborne cologne for women....it is definitely not the real stuff...I have worn L.C. for years from Macys and the quality of the fragrance is wonderful and very long lasting...this bottle had no identification on it which should have been my first clue to fake product....fragrance is not quality and does not even make it through a couple of hours.....I would rather have paid the $40-$50 price and gotten decent cologne.....done with this company unless they stand behind their product and return my money and give me free shipping back !!!Wish there was less than one star to give.

Placed my order in the early morning hours on 12/23/2016...it didnt get to to FedEx until 12/27/2016 (and Im a repeat customer) and is not expected to get delivered until 1/3/2017 according to FedEx! A retail business who doesnt step it up to take care of their customer orders during the Holiday season (Christmas was on Sunday the, not Monday) is a business who doesnt need my money.

Almost ten dollars delivery charge for 1 bottle of cologne. It took over a week to be delivered to the same time zone. If you are going to charge for delivery, at least expedite for that price.

Buyer Beware!!!!Ive placed a few orders with the company with no problem. The most recent order= epic fail!! The companys system changed the shipping information (state) in the system. The customer service representative argued that it was my fault and hung up the telephone when I asked for her name. I have not received the merchandise, they dont know where it is, and Im being charged for it. I do not recommend purchasing from this company! Stay away!!

I ordered Polo Green Mens cologne after receiving a fake cologne on ebay. I saw The PerfumeSpot on the web & they sounded legit. So I ordered the Polo Cologne it came wrapped in the original box but when I opened the box & removed the cap I knew something seemed off. I spray the cologne & even the scent was off. Ive been using this cologne for over 15 yrs so I know the scent. My wife even commented that it didnt smell the same. Stay away from this company Try a different online company

BUYER BEWARE!!!I purchased cologne as a gift and received A damaged product. I immediately notified TPS via email requesting instructions on return and refund. I was told they do not provide return labels and it would take up to 30 days for a refund to be issued after they receive the return.I argued as to why I should have to pay to return something that was damaged and could not be used, I sent them pictures and they stated that they would offer a “courtesy” 10% refund.Outrageous!! Will NEVER EVER use this rip off company again!

Very disappointed in the product I received. Took me three days to reach someone in customer service. They said I could return the product and be charged a 20% restocking fee, even though they through it away. I asked for a supervisor and was told the same thing. When I told the supervisor I was very disappointed in this because the product is awful and not holding it’s scent. She hung up on me.

The perfume I received was fake. The bottle was also leaking. It was an ordeal speaking to someone in customer service, tried calling many times and never got an answer. I finally got a answer by email. I mailed the perfume back and Im still waiting for my refund. Dont waste your money.
