Ive been here several times, and the sales lady is very kind. The products she recommended were perfect for my skin- no redness or inflammation.

The lady there in Aritaum in this Hmart in Edison, wearing Cartier bracelet, is very snobbish. I asked her for suggestion for a cream and she suggested I use isanox (an LG brand). When i said I don’t recognize that Korean brand she showed me pack for a split second and asked me to recognize. It was just the logo and not name so I couldn’t recognize. With absolute rudeness she tells me “if you don’t recognize this brand you don’t know popular brands in Korea!!!!” Hellooooo yes! I don’t recognize that and I don’t think that brand is world famous- I can’t even remember what that brand was. But what I do remember is you as a lousy brand who shouldn’t be trying to sell anything.

The staff is so sweet and helpful. My skin is very sensitive and the worker helped me pick out some products that wouldnt irritate my skin. Extremely happy with my purchases and will continue to come here.
