Friendly associates clean environment fast service reasonably prices

Showed up at 7:56 on a Sunday and they close at 8 and the girl who was working locks the door so no one else can enter. I understand you close at 8 but then that means your doors should be open until 8.

Jonah the stocker basically scolded me that only two jugs of water per customer but then Karen the cashier allowed a pregnant women get more than two then when I brought it to her attention she shamed me for asking for fairness. I also have a justifiable reason for needing more than two jugs of water. We are all going through this chaos of no water anywhere or online.

Its usually pretty good customer service. But if the truck comes early, theyll they block the entrance way before 10 PM. Allowing them to lock the doors and even if you were rushing to get there before 10pm they wont let you and move out of the way on purpose so you cant see them. Its happened on several occasions. Just frustrated they dont stay open until 10pm.

Return policy; they dont stand by it. Family dollar return policy states; If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchased at a Family Dollar Store, please return the merchandise to any Family Dollar Store within 30 days of purchase. With original receipt, items will be exchanged for other merchandise item(s) or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. I tried returning and they said that because I used coupons they wont give me a refund. Mind you, I used the digital coupons from their own app.

There cashier are rude. The whole time he is checking me out saying “I wanna go home” rolling his eye. Hope y’all find better people!!!!

Found what we needed at a good price

Great customer service, store is always clean and, usually open during the holidays. They always have great seasonal decorations on a deal. Also has water mill outside.

Went to see if I could find some 50% alcohol but didnt find any at this Family Dollar Store. Hope that the store does get a supply of Alcohol. Did find other items that I needed.
