I think I finally understand why so many people talk so badly about Walmart. Customer service is the absolute worst. Wasnt so bad when the prices were cheap, but now that theyve gone up might as well go somewhere else to shop. I know they one person wont make a difference, but I wanted to share cause Ive been shopping with them for about 30 years now and its very disappointing to say the least.

Had a great experience tonight. I forgot my wallet but was able to use the Walmart app and a few other apps to pay. It was amazing!!! Tech at its finest!!!

I have never been at a nicer Walmart. Every single person in here was standing by and ready to do what they could for you. everyone greeted you. and everybody was so helpful and pleasant and polite and had such wonderful manners. my hat is off to the manager of the store

Honestly this is the most unprofessional and disrespectful place. Employees never seen to care to help the costumer and they are very rude. I never EVER like to post bad reviews, but honestly this store needs to check their management. Incredibly rude attitude come from the supervisor and managers. I can totally see why other employers seems not to care about costumers.

Its ridiculous how only self checkout is open on both sides and the lines are endless. Common gets some darn registers open!! Where are the employees or managers at its only 8:30 pm!!

I bought a dollie cart and charger cable, wasnt not a big chunk of stuff but the experience was nice because I searched online for dollies in several places, and the best choice was in my neighborhoods Walmart 👍🏼🎶😉

Very organized has more stuff than my local Walmart. Wished they had more school supplies such as planners and binders. Decorations for school classrooms.

Usually has everything you need. But, its very packed at all times of the day, unless you show up at 7am.

Everybody’s experience could be different and this one is mine. They have everything you need, what I like about this store is that it’s close to work and close to the dorm when I used to be a college student. Good for college students and good for work if you are in the middle of an emergency

Very nice and clean. Need to open at least one actual cash register. I bought lots of stuff and it took too long to scan it myself. This was at 8am. More mens sport shorts needed. Thanks.

I love this place. They greated me with a smile and very friendly. And when I was leaving they told me thank you . Their cashier were very polite friendly and respectful.

Waited 38 minutes in check out line. Only 1reguler register open . Trying to force everyone to check out your own grocerys.customers service is not thier priority anymore. . They need to open registers with employees.

Compared to others I been this one needs help. Some parking lot maintenance would be useful. I would say more helpful and friendly associates but, again this is Walmart after all.

Mostly clean and organized. Still needs more attention to certain details but good for the most part. Safe place to shop also, employees still wearing their masks after the governor decided to reopen to full capacity and make mask wearing not mandatory.

Its a normal walmart, the $40 bed sets are good and they have body pillow cases hidden somewhere in the store for $5. Pretty nice.

Walmart definitely needs some cashier assistance but other then that very clean and can always depend on Walmart to have what I need and for cheap!

I found most of the things I was looking for, except for James Strawberry juice.Ever since I arrived this town I go to this Walmart several times per week.I love this place, is so cal.ed. neat and nice employees..!!!

Wal Mart employees arent always well liked, however this was not the case for yesterdays experience. Two individuals went out of their way to help me pick put the best candy for my students. Not a big gesture or anything, but when you have a bad day its nice of people to help out even if its just a fist bump and a smile.

Its awesome but need more registers open. I like shopping there, its my get away place lol

Dont even bother calling this place, apparently they dont pay their employees enough to answer a phone, and such a place cant be supported. Happens on the daily, youll find yourself calling multiple times on your free time just for the phone to automatically hang up on you after 10mins. Then youll go ahead and call every department in the hopes that you can speak to someone just for no one to answer you. This is very unfortunate, and unprofessional in their part. Its extremely frustrating, and by far this is the worst WalMart in the McAllen/Edinburg area when it comes to calling them.

Great store! Many items to choose from and the place was clean and organized.

It gets the job done for things you might need, from the typical range of foods, electronics, clothing, furniture, and so on in one place. The place is clean, fresh, bigger, and has a KFC inside the place. (Which was recently installed since like early 2020 or so?) Though not really diverse, it is certainly something cheap and covenient of a supermarket.

Waited in jewelry department over 20-30 minutes, so many associates passed and nothing. Called on the person I’m charge of jewelry three times and still nothing. Horrible horrible horrible! Bad service! Even by calling to the store to let them know we have been waiting for assistance, no answer! Ugh HORRIBLE!

Walmart needs to have more cashiers! There are 20 cash registers and only 3 are attended by employees. It’s ridiculous that what was supposed to be a quick 10 min trip to Walmart turns into 45min or even an hour long trip.

Their checkout machines are in bad need of maintenance and servicing. The employees and management dont listen very well. They hear what they want to hear. I did get the issue resolved, but Im tired of going through this everytime I go to this Walmart. I will not be returning.

The curbside Pharmacy Sucks. They have available parking spaces but wont answer the phone or put you on hold for a long time. So you still have to walk inside the store to pick up the prescription. Useless Curbside.

I came in to get some tires installed 94 bucks for all for came in at 2 30 pm I left at 7 45pm they dont have a lobby to wait until its done the guy sed 1 hr came back 2 hrs so I started to watch them all they did was move the truck from the middle lain to the right lain no tires installed not one nor balanced by 6:30 ...keep in mind I had kids and family with, this is getting frustrating it was a 1hr job 3 kids 3 adults just standing in the middle of lains. Worst service i have ever had from Walmart slow 🐌 workers and how can u have a tire and lube shop with no lobby no chairs nothing.. bring chairs and food cuz this people dont care about service its about their paycheck an hrs

The usual. You go in for M&Ms and you come out with a lawn mower and a BBQ pit.

I find it disappointing that Wal-Mart has 20 cashier slots and they let the lines of people pile up at self-checkout. The line on both sides of the store stretche to the back and they still refuse to open up them up.

The manager in charge in the evening of 10/13/20 was great. As soon as the register line got long she immediately called people to open registers. Thank you for that. Too bad I didnt look at her name badge to give her proper recognition.
