This is a great store, employees see you looking at the furniture and right away they go ask if you need any assistance or have any questions. the dressers are a good price and very pretty. I love all the Christmas and all the other season decorations!

Big Lots retail stores have many choices of household items, cleaning and pet supplies. Bed & bath along with food. Yard decor and holiday season decor. This location has furniture selections. Television stands fire place display. Friendly employees at cashier station. Hand sanitizers at counter. Not crowded, easy shopping 🛒.

You can literally find everything here from Doritos to furniture, I got my wifi a new dinner table set, very good quality and at a great price.

Love Big Lots in general but this store is always way too hot!! I would spend more time shopping but after being there a little bit i have to leave cuz the heat makes me feel sick. :(

Well....today went in there to shop ...first I want to say I love this store.....I love Ana the nice lady who is helpful and very kind who works there......i must say this......i dont like the remodeling of the store.......very inappropriate.........and.....WHAT IS UP WITH AIR CONDITIONING.....THAT STORE IS HOT HOT HOT.......WORKERS AND US SHOPPERS WERE SWEATING LIKE OMG............I asked about the heat in the store and that one of the workers said they have contacted the proper people to get it fixed....and nothing has been done.........think about your employees and shoppers...my gosh...the older folks who cant walk to far a get overheated quickly ....please fix this issue.......I just know someone will call the news .......thanks

I dont go here often but enjoy walking through all the aisles, and usually find something to buy. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Can find good deals at times. They dont have the many different close outs you could find back in the day. Toy selection has shrunk. So has automotive. Some prices are higher than other stores. I like their furniture department.

I went to biglots today. I didnt like the way they moved the registers. It is to crowded not enough room to pass if you are next in line. We were not able to social distance and the registers do not have enough counter space to place your items on. Plus manager was rude!! I like biglots but wont go again if the registers stay the way they have them set up. Its to crowded for me.

Management argues with customers over coupons that are advertised on big lots own website. Since this has happened at more than one store, either management needs training or some dishonesty is occurring.

Very helpful Joe was very courteous help wrap the sofa and sanitized it they had more selections that at other Big lots I had seen

Good prices and products

Went to go look for some Vanilla. Found some here for 96 cents, so I bought 4 of them. I loved that price for each bottle of vanilla. Its cheaper than at HEB. They also have other items on sale every week.

Very friendly staff and they have a little of everything (canned/boxedfoods, frozen foods, kitchen/bath/bedroom decor, furniture,etc.)

I loved how friendly they were to me. I went looking to buy 2 recliners and associate Ismael from furniture made it fast and provided great customer service. Later when I went to pick them up, the cashier provided great hospitality and customer service as well. Very happy with my new products.

Brought a kissing laughing doll. My Great Granddaughter lived it. Very clean and easy to walk through they isles. Entercom repeated few minutes utes to keep are distance - Covid19. All stores should do this. Customers can follow guidelines. Easy shopping!

This company refused to allow me to purchase items for my family because of discrimination. Ismael was very nasty towards me and my children. I will be reporting him to the corporate office. The harassment issue becomes a problem when supervisors do it and then everyone else thinks it is OK, and then also when everyone else stands back frozen and doesn’t take any action. This company has a responsibility to treat everyone fairly and to be aware that this is happening, even if it is not happening to them.

Gabriel (I think) was amazing! He took the time to help us through the process of making purchases for the non-profit. Never lost patience and saw it through to the end. Thats how you get and keep customers returning again and again.

Big lots means lots of stuff and good prices. Shop around though and Take advantage of their sales. That is where you get the big discounts. Some items are loss leaders buy those while you can, sometimes even if you dont need them because you can resale it on EBay and make a little.

Started off by having to visit the restrooms which were very clean, a plus there. The aisle were spacious and clean. The employees were welcoming and friendly. They had exactly what I was looking for and on sale, another plus.

You can still find some good buys here, but not as many as Ive seen in the past.

I always find great things at super low prices. Would give it 5 stars if the restrooms were a little cleaner but overall super friendly staff.

Big Lots is one of my wifes favorite stores to shop at. The variety is very good, and well priced. The plus for me are the recliners at the back of the store. Employees attitudes are usually friendly.
