Purchased a new Mazda CX-9 with added mud flaps. The panel the mud flaps are attached to are now way out of alignment. Service technician and service advisor both accepted this as normal. I did not. The BO Mazda creed displayed on their window states they pay attention to detail. These are just words, as my new CX-9 must come back on another date to make things right. Also, is it normal to get a vehicle back much dirtier then when it was brought in for service? No paper floor mats or disposable seat covers were used.
Frustrated with the lack of communication and customer service at this place. There’s a stigma about taking your vehicle to a dealership and for good reasons. Didn’t tell me what was wrong with my vehicle, just did the work. And haven’t told me if it’s under warranty or not, meaning I might have to pay for a service I didn’t want from them. Then as I call, I’m waiting for over an hour just to speak to service personnel.
Eric is trying really hard and Im really happy with his patience and time
