The only review you need. I work all over the country and I can hands down tell you that Hacienda Ford is the best place to purchase your next vehicle. I don’t need a foot rub, donuts and pastries. I need a vehicle, so I need a good deal, and I can’t afford to waste any time. Time is money and their sales team know it. Ruben assisted me with ordering a vehicle, answering ALL of my questions, and choosing every small detail to create a vehicle that’s customized for me. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process; as my vehicle was being built, shipped and delivered. Ruben had given me a maximum time-frame of delivery and it arrived sooner than expected. The vehicle arrived exactly how I had ordered it, no small changes or some petty adjustment. Luis, their sales manager, sat with me and worked out a game plan that would best fit my budget and how to approach the credit application. Their finance manager Rick, contacted Ford and got me the lowest monthly price available. I literally sat there as he kept crunching out figures over the phone with the Ford rep. He then gave me a time frame as to when ALL the paperwork would be ready. I left to pick my kids up from school, received the text from Rick and literally showed up to do 5 minutes of signing. Even after the sale, Ruben stayed in contact with me, even showed up to quicklane, to check up on the grill guard that was being installed.

Absolutely loved my service adviser, Vivian. She kept in contact with me the whole time my truck was in for service, and kept me updated on progress of the parts that needed ordering, timetables, and price.COVID made some very necessary parts very scarce - or just flat out unavailable - to complete the repairs in a timely manner. And this unfortunately lasted for a while, but when the parts did come in the service tech got my truck fixed and running smooth; like it just came out of the factory. 😭 it was so beautiful.

After a terrible experience at another dealership I was hesitant to order a vehicle as I had originally planned. I decided to try again with a different dealership and submitted my order to Hacienda Ford. Within 24hrs my order was placed and I was on my way to getting exactly what I wanted. The entire experience from start to finish was a 1000% better than the previous dealership. Hacienda Ford provided fast and friendly service with complete honesty and fair pricing. Im now driving my custom ordered vehicle and paying precisely what I had targeted for my monthly payment. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and will soon be purchasing another vehicle from them for my wife.

Overall, it was a great and fast experience. My salesman Nico was great about helping me custom order my Maverick (which came out very nice) and getting me the information I needed. Only thing I wasn’t pleased with was Hacienda wasn’t honoring any normal rebates but I was still able to obtain a good price on my vehicle and at the end of the day I am pleased and will do business with them again in the future.

I absolutely dread buying a car process but Hacienda Ford made it easy to test drive and paperwork process was a snap. Spent about 40 minutes in the office signing paperwork and that’s it! Convenient and friendly staff. Victor Tamez was a joy to work with and he went over car features and sent me in my way.

I decided to buy my first car with hacienda and I can truthfully say it was by far the worst experience Ive had I wish I just went with a cash car at this point. When I got to hacienda I sat and waited for almost 8 hours the first car they were going to put me in had its check engine light on before they brought it out to me the second car they put me in broke down and left my 4 year old and myself stranded not even 3 months after having the car. I got the car in February of this year and its now late October and I have yet to receive my plates even after Ive contacted them multiple times its always busy and you can never get through to anyone. I reached out to them about just buying the vehicle back and it somehow lost over 10k in value in less than a year. I contacted the better business bureau and they never responded to them or me about any of my concerns about the vehicle.

I expected if anything to be there all day waiting for a response but it wasnt. We told him what we were looking for and he found it. Definitely recommend this place

The mobile service worked out great for me. I’m working from home and I had some airbag recalls on 2 vehicles that needs to be done. They put me on the schedule, they showed up on time, and got the work done quick. Abiel and Rick were great, and even answered a few other unrelated questions I had about my vehicles.

They told us it will not affect your credit at all we assure you of this. lies my credit score went down ten point. when I called them to find out what happened they told me I knew better. They took forever with my car to get it fixed. I was very unsatisfied with the tracker system to check the status and it said the job was completed and ready for pick up and then later discovered that it wasn’t ready for about another 2 days. My question is why have a tracker to check the status that your car is ready if you aren’t going to have it ready in a timely manner. Receiving these alerts gave me false hope and interrupted with my daily plans. Word of advice, please be accurate and don’t give people false hope.

Three weeks to repair. Broken promises and no sense of urgency. No loaner program and I had to mention some form of compensation for all my Uber rides. Second Ford Dealership, Mission Ford, and now Hacienda with unbelievably slow service. Hacienda fixed the problem, thank you, but Mission Ford just took my money. Honestly, if you can make it to another city do so.

Took my truck in for transmission and oil leak, i expected the bill to be ridiculously high but was surprised by a very affordable price, communication between desiree my advisor was great, and truck was about a week in the shop, running smooth now im very happy i had never used hacienda before for my truck repairs and am very happy i went with them this time. I had a scheduled appointment (via phone call) at the service department to take in my husbands car for a recall at 10 this morning. I show up to the service department and nobody acknowledges a vehicle pulling in. Then after waiting for about 10 mins, one of the staff comes out of the office (after seeing me pull up) and is discussing how he was recently exposed to covid and was worried, on his cell phone right in front of my vehicle. (Oh and he wasn’t even wearing a mask, so he’s about to expose others..) Finally, he acknowledges me and tells me to walk in and so I do. Then I’m told they’re not going to be able to take in the car today because they have sooo many vehicles. If that’s the case, what’s the point of an appointment? There’s literally no point. Like customers have lives and schedules too. We can’t afford to be waiting around for another day just because it was Ford’s fault in the first place. Then, the person I spoke with stated it was because I booked an appointment with the app instead of calling. There’s so many things wrong with that statement I’m not even going to get into. Then, my husband goes in person and asks them why they can’t take it in today.. and they give him the run around too. Until the mechanic mgr. finally says he’ll take it in today. I call the service department about 7 mins before they close literally for one question.. they answer and then hang up. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT GO HERE.

I have dealt with Hacienda Ford for over five years and every interaction has been superb. They are always professional, efficient and friendly. This trip was to repair my cars transmission. It was a very complex repair. They did it perfectly and kept me informed as they were progressing. I will certainly look for my next vehicle there.

Worst service department ever! I took my truck in 2 times for the same concern and they could never find whats wrong with it even after I told them there was a service bulletin for 1 of the concerns. I also have them exact details on how to duplicate the concert and the service writer said that they didnt have time to do what I told them. Never again will I buy another vehicle here.

Poor customer service....I’ve already purchased 2 vehicles recently and will look elsewhere in the future. I purchased an 2017 f250 in February with extended bumper to bumper warranty....I noticed a few things wrong with the vehicle and brought it up to the attention of my salesman Vinnie.... he said yeah just bring it in whenever you have time... not telling me that I only had 30 days or I was gonna be charged.... so I was in no hurry... figuring I had the “bumper to bumper” warranty anyway which I also found out doesn’t cover what the name of the warranty states and wasn’t informed... so I had some time when another problem arose....I took it to you guys and charged me for a trim piece on the back window that was there when I bought the vehicle.... then I had a mirror issue that I had to leave the vehicle there 2 days with Vivian just to find out after I paid that she ordered the wrong part and if I could take time to come in again next week to get the right part!!!! ... talked to Mr. Gibbs.... his hands were pretty much tied what kind of Mickey Mouse business are you all running over there.... I would not recommend you guys to anyone else.... that’s just bad business.... sorry

The car buying experience was great, but bought s ford 2021 F 150 not even two months ago already have to replace windshield washer hose the the service department giving us the run around having my husband drive around without wipers then went to get it serviced because the part came in then for them to tell us its something else. Then we have to wait additional 10 days for the other part to come in. Money on top of money. !!!!! This is how they side hussle people instead of servicing the inconvenience for free.

Very sad to update this review with the news that the car is leaking transmission fluid again. Called Ford service Dept last Thursday and left a message for Marcie to call me, but no call yet. We drove the car for 2 weeks, left town for 3 weeks while it sat in our garage and saw fluid on the garage floor a week after getting home. Will call service manager tomorrow.We took our C-Max Energy to Hacienda Ford because an independent mechanic changed a transmission seal twice trying to stop a leak, but was unsuccessful. I called first and spoke to Marcie, who told me to ask for her when dropping off the car. I did, but they wouldn’t get her and assigned Vincenti to our ticket. A week later, they call to say the same seal needs replacing and when I object and state that I think there may be more of a problem, another week goes by before they order the seal. Now it’s on back order and my car won’t be fixed for over a month. They won’t let me have the car back and they won’t give a loaner. I was told other parts were also ordered. But the estimate was $342 and it would be no higher.The part was delivered on schedule and I was told only the seal was replaced. When I asked how much, I was told $420. I objected again and reminded him of the quoted estimate. He put me on hold and after a few minutes, came back and said it was $342.Dropped it off June 1st and didn’t get it back until July 14th.

This was the first time I have ever gone into a dealership, the only thing I liked about this place were the sales reps there, they seem like cool people. Unfortunately, when I went to trade in my car, they took an hour and a half to at least look at my car. We had negotiated to a fair deal on a car, and they told me to come back the following day since it was closing time. I went in the next day and they had sold the car I wanted.

I recently bought a car and it was the worst experience of my life, i had never experienced this in my entire life. I had asked for the discount that was being advertised on TV they said they had not heard about it, so i thought maybe i was wrong because how can i know about and the salesman there not know about their own product they are selling. I asked them that i would sign the contract but if i would locate the TV add they would honor it and they said yes. The next day i brought a recording of the add which it stated that they would pay the vehicle tax but they said that because they had given other discounts they could not give me that one. They basically lied to me just so they could close the deal in a very dishonest and despicable manner. They also told me they would not honor my military discount but when i asked them they said they would another despicable and dishonest way of doing business. I have concerns in the way they do business especially the people they prey on that do not know the rebates that are out there. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and would STONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY YOUR CAR THERE

Worst experience ever. Customer service was worthless from the service advisor Vincent to the manger Eric all the way to the dept supervisor Jason. I just hope I don’t have issues with the repair work they did because I never want to come back to hacienda again not even to their sales dept. the only positive thing about the whole experience was the last person that attended me when I picked up the vehicle. Very understanding young lady.

No stars. It was an awful experience. They had my truck for over a month and kept lying about when my truck was going to be done and didn’t answer my calls and wouldn’t return my calls. Robert Cantu is the man I was dealing with and lied about what the price was on replacing a sensor on the bumper. Had to contact Ford directly and still, they took a week after that, because their “ Ac machine” broke and took 2 weeks to get a new one or “fix” theirs. Never buying or taking my vehicle there again. Side note my cousin had the same problem with Robert Cantu. He said 2 days for a job that should of taken 1 day they took a week and a half. I guess the longer they keep the vehicle the more money they make.

Hacienda is a good dealership but very bad customer service, took my f-250 to the service department and was told by the advisor my truck was supposed to be ready on 2/19 but told me the “Part” was suppose come in today? but due to the weather all the roads are closed ? I find that hard to believe. Is this how they take care of their customers? This will be the worst experience I’ve had their. Will definitely not go back to that dealership again.
