Im crazy for Good Day Energy Chocolates. You would too if you cant drink coffee and enjoy a little caffeine burst. Also, if you LOVE good chocolate like this. I cant find this product on the shelves anywhere else. I guess thats the best part about this WONDERFUL place. All the unique, quality products they have to offer.
First time shopping here and was very pleased! Store is clean and well organized. Great selection and fair pricing. Friendly and helpful staff
I have not been shopping in person much because of the pandemic, but when I have gone to Whole Foods, I have been very comfortable shopping there. The carts were cleaned after each customer and there was always someone at the entry way to make sure that people were following the rules about wearing masks. Once in the store, it was as clean and welcoming as always. The quality of the produce was superb and the shelves were well stocked. I do suggest that it you are looking for for ready to eat foods, you need to shop early in the morning because their sandwiches, salads and snack items go fast. It seems like they are made in small batches so you can count on the food being fresh.
This is a fantastic location. The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. There is a good selection of meals and desserts to choose from.
Store was clean bright and fresh! Produce was plentiful and invited you in! I wanted to spend hours going through the various exotic fruits they have in for the season! Seafood looked good as well as meat and I found everything I was looking for. All that i purchased was to my liking and what I needed. My only criticism is that the staff was a little chilly but I can deal with that for the quality in the store.
The other day I accidentally dropped $30 worth of apples onto the floor. I quickly picked both of them up and put em back. Hopefully no one saw me.
Great Whole Foods! They have a lot of selection of pre made, salad bar, and hot items including fresh sushi! They also have freshly made frozen take and bake for many of their baked goods. The store is well kept and as a lot to choose from. I love coming here for a quick, fresh, on the go lunch.
This is a fantastic location! Great place to get groceries at a reasonable price and fresh baked goods.
First time here and the staff was very friendly and even with a line they get you through very quickly! We will be back many more times, gray place to go if you would like allergy free fresh baked goods!
Produce good. Still pining over the purchase by Amazon. Ever since quality and variety of items in store has decreased.
Convenient location. Rude staff.
Carolina reapers were ordered special for me. And that made me feel special. Not going to lie.
Whole foods was good! The poor cashiers are back to having to wear masks again one of them told me she was most likely going to quit if she had to wear a mask anymore! at least youre not making us wear them!!
I love Whole Foods it is all the healthy food and ingredients you can’t find at the basic grocery store
When I was there a middle aged woman bagged my groceries. She reeked of perfume and within minutes of smelling it, I was thrown into a killer migraine, it was difficult to get home. When I get home I find every single item I purchased was now covered in this scent, including my produce. I had to spent a half an hour cleaning and rinsing the food just to make it edible.Youd think a business based around health foods would care enough to require their workers to not wear perfumes. Instead, I have to suffer through what will be hours of a migraine because of this lack of consideration.
Smell good inside, but not my kind of grocery store.
Wonderful selection of everything-great fresh veges/fruits, large vitamin selection, terrific bakery and best of all -courteous service. Their staff is always so very helpful. I enjoy shopping here. I like the layout, its easy to find things-and store is very clean. Ive shopped here since they opened and never been disappointed. They deserve a 10. Thanks for your service!
I come here to get food for lunch. They dont have the salad bar or hot bar open again yet. I enjoy their chicken salad and snack pack with cheese, crackers, strawberries, and grapes.
They have good covid protocol here. Registers are separate by plexiglass and the employees wear masks. They have good produce and meat. Prices are ok.
Super clean - mostly tried items from the deli and they were all great.
The old lady in the check out counter showed attitude. Did not line at all her behavior. One star.
Great breads, love the olive oil bar and the Amish veggie stand during summer
Found what I needed. Staff was very helpful.
Trash company. They refuse to pay their workers workmen’s comp for accidents that happen at work, withhold pay checks and don’t provide pay stubs when they pay cash under the table… just wow. Ethics must not be Whole Foods strong suit and their management is an absolute mess. For that: I’ll never shop with Whole Foods again.
Very fresh fruit and vegetables, very clean and well kept store, courteous and kind employees! A pleasure to shop here!
Good location, good quality products, but somewhat limited in variety. Their commitment to small and/or wholesome brands is admirable but also restrictive and more costly to low-income consumers. Glad to have them around as another option to Big Box stores, though. (Even though their corporate ownership dwarfs most traditional local Big Box retailers).
Called to have fruit biscotti held for me & the young person in bakery was so cheerful! Long way from minnetonka but much better service than the one in Mtka!
I used to eat at the food bar & deli 3-5 times a week for the past few years. There is a noticeable decline in customer service.Today was the last straw. For the past month the express lanes have been closed. I simply cannot wait in long lines of grocery shoppers while on my lunch break. I asked if I could checkout in the customer service line and I was told no. I expressed my frustration with having to wait in a long line on my break, and the response was, “well this isn’t a fast food restaurant.”Update: Three weeks and 4 visits later. Same thing.
This is my least favorite of the whole foods in the area selection isnt as big as Minnetonka, uptown etc. Still good but not the best.
Spouse was not greeted by cashier and cashier was upset my daughter went back to check price of item. Upon further review my spouse needed prime app for discount, which we have as prime subscribers. but cashier was just completely rude with responses vs helping. This is not our first experience with rude customer service at Edina MN store. Cashier was so rude my spouse just said cancel order and walked out!!Amazon/Whole Foods team monitoring bad reviews: Don’t respond with your contact us and tell us more standard response - fix your customer service issues at Edina MN store - that’s all you need to know!!!!
I went to get Sandwich 🥪 Meat from the Deli to finish up the sandwiches Glenda 🥪 😋 🙃 had made for me. She started th
Not enough stars for the holiday grapes! 🍇 👍
Good for small shopping trip nice produce
Its the heart and soul of our community!
Lobe the variety, clean and well stocked
Love their self serve lunch bar
Pretty good here, they sell out their fresh deli super early in the day though.
Absolutely delicious vegan bakery items. I had a chocolate covered donut and a blueberry scone.
Great produce and beer selection.
Always love this grocery store!Friendly staff and very helpful.
Everyone was friendly and wearing masks.
This is the second and last time we are going to take our chances ordering fresh vegetables from Whole Foods. I mean really... you would think they would go out of their way to find the freshest vegetables if you are ordering sight unseen but in both cases what we got were items like you see below. Squishy, bruised and not even close to what any normal person would have selected if they were in the store. And certainly not all three! The store itself is fantastic but guys if you are going to offer home delivery that needs to be just as exceptional as your in store experience.Edit: I am referring to 3 zucchini that I tried to add photos to review but never works. I do see they are in the photos section with all other photos if you want to check them out.
Its a decent grocery store. A bit expensive but worth the price
Always happy to have an opportunity to shop at Whole Foods when out of town.
Store was screening numbers upon arrival.Had plenty of fresh products.
Staff was friendly and it makes a big difference when they hand out their mask to customers as sometimes I forgot mine! The only store that offers that and I’m very pleased with their services! One of our all time favorite noodle Koyo organic ramen is not longer available! Please bring it back!
It has good stuff
Very good customer service and selection. The only things that bring this rating down is the long lines/checkout lane layout.
The cashier waved me over to expedite my checkout. They had a great selection of cheese including taleggio. Everything was clean and the team were actively sanitizing contact points.
Better organic food choices. but majority of the items are too costly to afford. The prices here are inflated even in comparison to other Whole Foods Market stores and less discount options even with Amazon Prime.
Good store. Incredible butcher counter with happy, helpful staff. Great selection in the hot bar and salad bar.
Very clean location, and the long line moves quickly thanks to some solid customer service. Great deals for Amazon Prime members too!
All you can ask and a bag of organic chips
Quality grocery at a good price.
Great customer service!
Great grocery options if one can afford to pay a little more to shop at Whole Foods!
Nice store, but to expensive in my opinion. Also, the girl behind the ice cream counter was rude and insulting to my intelligence.
This is my favorite Whole Foods location. It is currently lacking the thing I love the most, the salad bar and the hot food bar. Obviously we know this is due to Covid19 restrictions but it is sad that I have not been able to visit the salad bar in such a long time.Everything else is awesome here too. The fresh juices & kombucha they sell are some of my favorite products. The meats and produce are amazing as well. Overall, Whole Foods is a great place to shop and this is my favorite location to shop at.Thank you Whole Foods.
Pricy but still terrific nevertheless. Tough to beat Whole Foods.
Great meat and produce. A bit pricey but if you have Amazon prime, you can save a lot.
Great place to get your chickens chopped.
They really need to get a handle on these lines. The amount of time I shop should not equal how long I wait in line. The line always starts somewhere in the section with the endless nightmare of vegan cheese. Awesome products. Below standard customer service.
I just love Whole Foods💜
Really clean. I could find vegan cheese and butter and other things there. The prices are good also.
I love Whole Foods and have gone to the Edina location for several years. Most of the staff is excellent, but they do have a couple of people that should not work there. Two bad employees can really hurt a business and they have that element.
I hate to say it. But everyone was in fact nice and helpful...
Whole Foods Market is a wonderful market, quality products, helpful and friendly staff. I absolutely love shopping at Whole Foods.
Rude and obnoxious employees. Do not like the atmosphere.
I go there for sushi, - the best!
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in the store I was harassed about wearing a mask I didn’t have it over my nose because I cannot breathe very well and I was harassed at the checkout counter..I was harassed when I came into the store their attitude was absolutely horrible the girl didn’t want to check me out because I didn’t have the mask over my nose and I told her I couldn’t breathe well. This is a mandate not a law there is no law stating that you have to wear a mask anywhere??Look up the legality’s of what a mandate really means?? and the staff was absolutely rude.I will never spend another dollar in Whole Foods as long as I live.
Convenient location!
Love Whole Foods!! Great selection and service
Best Whole Foods in twin cities. It’s not crowded and well stocked.
Great organic and vegan selection if products!
I love shopping at whole foods with the natural and organic foods that they offer but their manager or whoever I wish I could get his name who stays in the front of the customer service most of the time is purely rude! Apparently he was asking a question and it happened that it was me but I was on my phone trying to pull the Whole Foods QR code and he commented in front of everyone “everyone heard it besides the person I am referring too” what is up? If you have a question for me don’t yell from 20 foot away and expect a customer to answer you..
Too expensive, but they have some cool hot peppers.
I love this grocery store. Great healthy, organic options. I love their meat department. If you have a Amazon prime account you can get extra deals
Pretty good. Currently during covid they have too much wasted space in their unused deli hot bar and salad area.
Wow, wonderful place for organic healthy foods . Additionally, lovely environment.
Over priced items.
Very knowledgeable & helpful gentlemen in the Specialty Cheese area.Found every thing we needed.
Good food, good people, good COVID precautions
Delicious food items to enjoy and theres specialty things, like fancy soaps, womens clothing, vitamins, and many organic choices.
They have pretty good selections for organic vegetables
Fresh food, great service
They have great food. They enforce the mask policy too.
A great store for organic foods. Perhaps not ideal for later in the day shopping because stock appears to be almost depleted by then.
Great customer service and ambiance. The parking lot can be hard to navigate if you go at a busy time. Love the produce, snacks, dips, and frozen food section!
BULK SPICES For cheap. Nice lunch options
My daughter went to Whole Foods today and wasnt able to wear a mask due to a health condition. The staff wouldnt allow her in even with a face shield. I am very surprised at this. What happened to alternative face covering? What happened to the executive order saying you cant stop people from coming in?This is a terrible experience.
Crowded and the worst place Ive ever been to for disrespect of proper covid behavior. Ill stick to other health food stores where people arent crawling all over each other. If you want covid, go there.
Busy but very helpful staff!
