I visited there today to get some groceries since my local L&B didn’t have what I was looking for. Now, since it is very cold out recently when I walked in I expected the workers to be dressed in jackets and the proper gear. But I was astonished to find that few workers were even ALLOWED to wear jackets. Which is completely unruly and definitely not safe nor is it creating a comfortable work environment. I cannot shop at a store that doesn’t treat their workers with decency. They need new leadership!

Lovely shopping experience, followed by a stroll along Centennial Parkway... beautiful scenery, landscaping, local interest, shops, entertainment, etc along the way.

Only place I get my sandwich meats from, Boards Head. I know that its not the only place that carries it but for some reason I prefer it here. Their $9.99 homemade orange juice is the beesknees!! Get u some, its worth EVERY PENNY!

The food court has a lot of tasty dishes and a nice salad bar. The wine bar upstairs is phenomenal. The grocery store has a lot of selections.

Love the mongolian stir fry hot bar, variety of bakery items, and meats fresh and lots to choose from. Staff friendly, upper level tables to eat at, always clean and orderly.

The food selection was very good, both fresh and grocery. I even found myrrh oil. The seafood salad and cookies were delicious.

Much too expensive for the quality. My colleague purchased a candy bar for me, and when it tasted strange, l found it was beyond the expiration date!The selection was poor! l couldnt find hint of salt Triscuits, and the cracker selection was terrible.This store doesnt hold a candle to 5he Highland Park Lunds.

Ran there for fruit, yogurt and sushi but it’s on Wednesday’s, nicely stocked produce are I even saw candies Salmon bites; yummy!

Have been in here before. Delli is good because you can grab the foods that you are craving, at the moment, get in-get out, and dont have to tip a server for lunch. When we both go shopping, lunch runs $22 - 28$ plus a 20% tip. $35.00. In Byerlys, it was $14.00. Ate out side and were gone. $21 buys a lot of fruit to snack on at home.😘

Its always a pleasure to shop here -- the service/customer care is outstanding.For example: today I was looking for vegan cheese and the employee I asked walked me to where it was located and then checked with another employee to be sure there was not another place I should check.

One of my absolute favorite places to shop! I scored big yesterday...the deli specialty cheeses were 25% off for Extras members with the added bonus of a very knowledgeable and engaging cheese specialist!

This Lunds is a rough one, just okay customer service, and difficulty maintaining stock. The quality of products produced are very good like any L&Bs, and the store is clean and well laid out. That being said the pandemic has had a lasting effect on the grocery industry, Im willing to give them some leeway in the current climate.

The employees are usually so helpful, & friendly. However, when I was at this store last evening, I did not even see anyone until I went to check out. I greeted the cashier. She said hello, but nothing else. The young man assisting her said, plastic or paper? I said plastic is fine. He never even looked up at me. I was quite surprised. I have been a Lunds or Byerlys shopper most of my life. My mother shopped at Hoves on 50th & France, which became Lunds. This store was as neat ad a pin, as usual. Not many customers were in the store. I did not have to wait to check out.

Nice store fully stocked with every delightful product except of course what I was looking for. Strawberries. Apparently they were shorted in their order.

My new hobby: Cheese!I was very disappointed in Byerlys cheese selection. There was a lot of expired product and product with no dates or prices. I was there on Feb 28th and they had some cheese with Feb 3rd expiration. (Look at the Greek cheese which is front and far right in the refrigerated bin. Right in the corner.)I found a few that were expired and it made my not want to risk buying anything without a date stamp so I went down the street to Whole Foods and gave them my business. Whole Foods had everything stamped with both date and price.

This is my favorite grocery store. The food is great quality and there is a lot of variety.

Always excellent selection of terrific food items and great service. This is our go to grocery store. We especially like the local, seasonal fresh foods and the deli especially the cheese selections and the roasted chicken. We appreciate their safety measures to minimize the risk of COVID-19.

Bought flowers that were crushed. Went back and got a second bunch that had been frozen........ the initial response from the manager and the Bachmans people was horrible. I have been going to Lunds and Byerlys for 45 years and have never been so disappointed 😞

Legitimately my least favorite grocery store in MN. Especially compared to other Byerlys. They have a small selection of goods. I went in for ingredients for a single dish, a mushroom pasta. Poor selection of mushrooms, incredibly high priced, looked for Bucatini pasta, nope not that either. Just 40 options of the same noodle type. They were out of the cheese I was looking for too. Failed on all three ingredients. No lobster either for the next nights dish. Nothing against the staff, just bad stocking decisions.

I love coming to this location for the simple fact that all the employees have outstanding customer service, especially Kassie! She rocks!

The produce is good. They have food choices that are fabulous and are not found in other stores. The biggest problem with this store is that the food is priced much higher than other stores. Consistently Target has the same food at much lower prices. I will stop in and buy a few items typically items on sale. I will never do my full grocery shopping here. Doing that is throwing money away.

The store manager was helpful. I pretty much stick to Lunds in Minnetonka. I actually went to this location to visit the US Bank. The teller, Maybe 65 70 was very rude. Ill never be back to this location. She actually upset the man in front of me too. Time to retire if you have to argue and be rude to people.

Twenty years ago this was one of my two regular grocery stores. Yes, its been totally rebuilt into the smaller format Lunds & Byerlys. I sort of miss the older, larger format store. Friendly, helpful employees.

When Prairie Stone Pharmacies were close din Lunds, PRIVATE medical information (prescriptions) were sent to Walgreens without permission, likely in violation of HIPPA regulations. I suspect that Lunds even made money off selling all the clients of Prairie Stone to Walgreens . When trying to call the management numerous times, no calls were ever returned; executives always away from the phone, in a meeting or out of the office. Never have had a call back. Lunds is not customer oriented and that is why even though I live 3 blocks away, Id rather drive farther to other establishments who respect medical confidentiality and value their cusomers.

What a fantastic grocery store. I have never been to a bad Byerlys, but I think this one is my favorite. The salad bar has so many great choices of fresh greens and perfectly cooked meats and seafood. They have more fun/healthy toppers than whole foods usually does, and the dining area is very clean and quite expansive with the bar area upstairs. Its the perfect place to enjoy a quiet lunch or quick bite after work before picking up groceries all in one stop. The staff here are very friendly and cheerful as well.

This Lunds & Byerlys is wonderful! I love the Hot bar. If you are ever in the mood for comfort food there is always something amazing so you dont have to cook dinner, plus they have pizza and Italian, and Big Bowl as well as their regular deli salad choices etc. Their prices are not cheap, but sometimes its worth the cost.

Ive lived all over the Twin Cities and have pretty much shopped at every Lunds. This is by far, the nicest one in the cities - and to be honest, the only reason why I miss living in Edina; no longer being able to shop here for my groceries. They have a very good selection of quality beef, a robust frozen section, lots of spices, an amazing bakery and deli, etc. The store, both inside and out is also always super clean. The sale prices are also unbeatable - for instance, if I recount, every Wed, you can get a pack of 12 Charmin toilet tissues for $5! Thats something that not even Target or Wal-mart can match.

Prices keep going up and service keeps going down.

This isnt a normal USPS drop off. Ive been disappointed twice when Ive come here to drop off packages and turned away. First for brining too many envelopes and today because they only take envelopes. Dont waste your time.

Great lunch atmosphere with lots of options. The food is reasonably priced and there are plenty of Asian, Italian, American, sushi, and coffee options. There is seating on the first and second levels. The second floor has a pleasant wine and beer bar that is quiet even at lunch time.

I love this place! Its the epitome of one stop shop. Great customer service, a wealth of variety, Chinese,sushi, Italian, coffee shop, salad bar...a real bar, grocery shopping, banking...and more.They bag your groceries, greet you with a smile, and are very friendly. Its my absolute favorite place to go to in order to study.

Best grocery store in the area. I routinely go there on runs for/with my mother, always great service. The bakery is a real treat.
