Had a great eye exam here today. Marshall, the OD, answered all of my many questions and was very informative.Then I was helped my Morgan and Jesse (I believe) and they were both wonderful and have me all the pricing information I asked for. Nothing was hidden or misleading. I’ll be getting my exams here going forward.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Ken at the Southdale location. I showed up last Friday with my glasses in rough shape. Bent, uneven and generally almost unwearable. He immediately asked me to take a seat and he would get to work on them. He came back a few minutes later with my glasses in perfect condition. He never asked if I bought them there and refused any compensation. He handed them back straightened and cleaner than they have been for some time. And checked to be sure they fit properly. He said the only compensation he wanted was my undying gratitude which I gladly bestowed! I know where I am going for new glasses this year. Thanks Ken! You made my day!
We were here for eye exams. Dr. Tillman found something and suggested I have it checked out at VRS as soon as possible which I did. All good, but I will need followup regularly. Im glad Dr. Tillman found it!While we were there at a very busy time, the crowds were handled efficiently but courteously and personably. We were very happy with our experience!
I didn’t really feel comfortable with the manager there. He was rolling his eyes too much. He seemed upset. He was arguing with a customer that asked for his boss. I came in looking at glasses. I heard him tell the girls he didn’t want to help him. So the other manager helped the man. I ended up contacting with a mixed girl there with the long curly hair I think her name was Tie. I told her when I was ready I wanted to work with her. She did allow me to try on frames and she also wrote down the styles for me.
Dr. Tillman very professional and helpful. Morgan was very helpful and very thorough with explanations of my benefits.
Best eye glass store Ive been to so far.. 25 years of buying glasses.. definitely recommend.
Just moved to Minnesota and found this location from employer. Jesse helped me from start to finish. I love my glasses, that he helped pick out & I love the 1 on 1 experience! Not feeling like just a transaction is a big plus for me. My glasses were in fast & the appointment.. I have never experienced a eye appointment where the doctor explains the human eye. I loved it I never really got told that I had a astigmatism but I kinda thought it with the google searches lol. Doctor confirmed it & made me feel like now I know more about myself.Who doesn’t want to know things about themselves they didn’t before... 10/10 for me!!

All 3 employees I worked with were very friendly and patient with me, including the doctor who examined my eyes. I will definitely come back because these people clearly like helping others out and are very pleasant to work with.
Ask for Jesse! He has great taste assisting with eyewear and knows his insurance plans inside and out. He helped me find where I can get the biggest bang for my buck and was the friendliest guy.

I had an appointment scheduled for today. Received 5 confirmation texts, a confirmation e-mail, showed up to the location to see it’s closed? Tried to call Visionworks customer service to get a new appointment scheduled at a different location and was on hold for 45 minutes and quit trying. Why send out confirmation if it’s closed? I get these things are automated but I would have appreciated notice that my appointment needed to be cancelled.
Unprofessional establishment, would not recommend. Make an appointment a year out, confirm via text a week out and again the morning of but then be told you wasted your time they double booked you.Update: emailed over the requested info and was told it was forwarded to a territory director for review and then never heard anything back not surprisingly.
Today with the help of Tawney and Ken I received my 1st pair of transitional bifocals. I cannot be happier! Tawney helped me pick up out frames and order My contact lenses and figure out what the best way to do this With my insurance.The doctor got my prescription spot on and I havent seen better In a few years! I would highly recommend the store I feel Like they went above and beyond all my expectations! A+! Thank you!
I went there yesterday and had a great experience with the manager of the store. She was very helpful and provided us with options that could save us money. She printed out some pages and was nice enough to give them to us. Good branch manager!!
I went to Visionworks in Edina and purchased two pairs of glasses, I kind of stopped going at one point because of the high pressure to up-sell. Danielle was awesome, she was conscious of my budget needs and worked to get me the best deal within my price range. She didn’t try to pressure me into getting the best of the best and made my shopping experience a great one. Danielle makes Visionworks Great Again! She deserves a raise and a promotion!
Lost my prescription have to come in again.
Danielle was extremely helpful when I came into the store today. She patiently helped me browse through over a dozen frames without any complaints. She gave opinions on the options I was looking at, making the process much easier. I would definitely recommend coming here to browse options.

Great customer service. They are super helpful. They will take care of you. Maria took care of me and answered any questions I had and helped me choose the best options for what the eye doctor suggested. I’ve been going there for 3 years and keep going there.
The staff was very nice and helpful, there was a lot of glasses options that my insurance covered. They were able to set up my appointment quick with the exact date and time I wanted (Saturday afternoon) and my appointment went really fast and easy. I only have to wait about a week to get my glasses back which is fast in my opinion. Id definitely recommend!
Danielle is absolutely phenomenal! She not only helped me pick out a perfect frame, but she reassured me on purchasing my first bifocal! She is truly a godsend and I will always come back as long as she’s here!
I stopped in today to look at their selections for the $59 for 2 pairs sale and the staff was so nice, I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses. The salesperson was extremely helpful and honest! I will get my glasses here from now on!

I’ve had good experiences here the past two years. Both years I have ordered contacts here. An associate last year and Nikki the manager this year, both knew how to ring up my contacts through my insurance so I had no out of pocket expense besides my copay. My own insurance company couldn’t even give me the right information!This year an associate helped me pick out a pair of frames that I would not have even tried on and I love them!Nikita rang me up and was very helpful, nice and professional!Dr Tillman was also helpful in helping me choose the type of contacts I needed.Nikki, the store manager, was awesome! Some of my contacts had defects. She helped exchange them for me and send the bad ones back to the manufacturer. It didn’t take much time either, which was nice.

I went in for my appointment today and first I was with Daniell then she had to take a customer for an appointment then she introduced me to Maria and I was so glad she did Maria was so fun and loved every minute of our time together. She went over everything she was funny we laughed and she has a sense of humor never thought I’d have such an enjoyable time picking out and ordering glasses before. I hope Maria is their when I pick them up. I would recommend visions works to anyone.

Was a great place my daughter loved them very nice customer service only problem I had is that when I needed my daughter to be seen again I was told the insurance was a problem at the last minute something they had weeks to tell me before hand
I really wish I could give zero stars. Two thumbs down. The worst experience Ive had in a place of business in my 32 years on earth. They finished arguing with each other loudly before greeting me. Scary. Told me wrong info. Told me I need to pay out of pocket for another eye exam when I get there the doctor wont see me and didnt even need an eye exam. Dont know anything. Lazy. Rude. Not helpful. Again given wrong info several times. Its almost as if they told me wrong info hoping I wouldnt come in (they told me I had to pay out of pocket for everything I needed but when I get there they say this isnt the case) Again lazy. Every single female in the front wasnt helpful. Nobody stepped in or stepped up to offer a solution on helping me see. I can tell by the other reviews this isnt a isolated type of incident.

This is my 2nd time getting glasses from here and I was so fortunate to get the same young lady danielle. my son just absolutely loves her, he is very quiet but she made him feel so comfortable. she is right on the nose with helping him find glasses that he loves and feels comfortable in, we were lucky she was there a 2nd time a yr later, she is truly amazing her attention to detail is amazing, she listens and helps you get exactly what your looking for. She is definitely the reason we will be coming back.
Dr. Perreault was very informative to work with, taking time to explain what was going on with my vision. I also thought Maria was very helpful in explaining the different lense and frame options.

We ordered Contact for my daughter, we asked to be ordered in rush. After 10 days, they were Not even ordered. Nicole W, manager had no explanation. Store 642. Poor service. No caring. Not kindness.
12/11/18 at 6pm. Most of the service was really great.... except for one mean old lady who wrapped up my visit. She made fun of my for not knowing my birth fathers birth date, without knowing my history with him. I called back to ask for my pupil distance and she said to come back. I asked if they had it since there was a hand full of tests taken when I was there and she said “I can’t pull it out of a hat”. How was I supposed to know they didn’t get that? She was also openly rude to the other younger worker there while she was checking me out. I will not be returning because of her rude behavior.

Danielle is truly a blessing I was having such a bad with my glasses broken but she was able to help me out and had me laughing and smiling the whole process, her service was much appreciated.
I got new glasses here after failing to find something suitable at Costco, and knowing that Lenscrafters would set me back $400. Id do it again.The selection of frames was fine, lots of choices under $100, my glasses were ready faster than promised, and seem to have been made correctly. I assume theres a perpetual promotion, as I have never ever needed a prescription filled when there isnt some 2-for-1 thing going on. This time, it was BOGO or 40% off. I was pleased that 40% off was an option, since (1) thats fair, and (2) I didnt really need two pairs. The customer service was friendly and competent, but both times I visited, there was only one person working, so you might get stuck waiting. The stores lighting leaves much to be desired -- the displays are brightly back-lit compared to the room in general, which gets hard to look at.
I recieved an inaccurate prescription for which they refuse to provide a refund for so I could see another doctor. So yeah, 1 star.

They were very nice and helpful when I was in getting my exam done and picking out two pairs of glasses.Although when I came to pick them up I was spoken to rudely and treated like garbage. And I was pushed to purchase other things and when I let them know I didnt need that the employee just threw a bag on the table and said you can put them in their if you want. And then just walked away from me not even checking that I was finished. So then the short walk to my vehicle and taking off their new glasses too put on their new sunglass pieces start literally falling apart and dropping too the ground. I walked back in and told them and they just say ok so we will just try to put them together. Very rudely and unprofessional about it.Very disappointed in them!!!!!
Greeters or customer service person was, inconsiderate, rude and inaccurate with information. My daughter and I were customers in the past, we will never comeback

Terrible and unhelpful customer service. They should tell you when you order lenses that it will be difficult to have them put them in your frames if you work normal business hours.
330 on a Friday they tell me my insurance company is closed come back next week. I asked if they could put in the order at least do I can get the glasses sooner. They say no and tell me I have to keep my glasses for 2 years according to my insurance even after I tell them the pair I have is broken.Go to pearl vision on lake Street near my work on Monday, the lady expedited it and the new pair was ready Wednesday.

Morgan first helped me when I went to pick up my glasses. I tried the glasses on and the wrong prescription was in the left lens which was not supposed to be changed. She was very helpful. Because of a promotion she took time to pick out new frames for me for new glasses. She sent back the original glasses to be fixed and added glare and lens protection to the new glasses, all for the price of the original lens. She is so pleasant I am looking forward to seeing her today when I pick up my two pair of glasses!
