Store sign and website say they are open. Drove out of my way to get here. Showed up lights on, cones blocking driveway. Called store, they said they closed 3 hours ago, because they are short staff, but there where at least 4 people inside working when I got there. 2 stars because she was nice about it, but if your not open then update hours on Google and the door so people dont drive here and then not be able to get anything.

A popular spot! Usually a long line in the drive-thru, but it moves at a good pace. If you want a brewed coffee, you can park, go inside and get your brew to go very quickly. Delicious coffee every time! 😋

Nice ppl here but this location CANT make the pink drink if their lives depended on it!! It makes me mad because dont you have the recipe right in front of you?? Cant flop on making this drink EVERY TIME, but they do and my money is wasted!! And when I ask for a breakfast sandwich to be COOKED TWICE thats exactly what I mean, not set in the microwave for a few extra seconds! Give ppl what they ask for CORRECTLY!!

I went during peak expecting my mobile order to take 15 minutes. Only THREE young kids working, drive through lines wrapped around the store, and I waited only about 5 minutes. I’m appalled with how Starbucks has been understaffing their stores and letting customers berate baristas and every time they treat me with grace when they’re sweating and over worked over literal coffee. Through it all every time I visit this store the baristas are so friendly and strive to go above and beyond when they’re clearly drowning.

This location is a little tedious to get to! It was a bit slow in the drive thru, but understandable as Im sure they are short staffed like everyone else. My americano wasnt amazing. Im usually not one for a lot of flavoring, but I couldnt taste it at all, which was a bummer!

I come here every day for coffee and get the same thing every day! Never had bad service and I drive far to this specific one.Today I was very displeased and disgusted at the service I endured. I usually get a tall pike with 4 ounces of whole milk today I ordered a large Pike and asked for the regular amount of milk he gave me about 1 ounce in the bottom of the cup and when I asked if I could have a little bit more the man was so rude and childish and yelled at me “I’m going to charge you for it if you want to pay for another drop of milk” yet it wasn’t even an ounce of milk so I couldn’t drink my coffee. I’m recovering from 3 strokes and heart surgery and it makes me so happy to have coffee in the morning. Please tell the man to stop being so rude.

Past few times I’ve been here my drinks have tasted watered down. Also for some reason the last time I ordered an iced green tea with guava juice, it tasted like coffee. They’ve also given me peach black tea instead of green tea with guava, it gets old after the 5th time.

Has this happened to you? I am most likely not the only victim. I paid $20 in cash to reload my card and the next time I went back (to the same location) my card was empty. I told them I reloaded my card a few days before, they they said “really?” but did not do anything about it. Now I have found out how to see my history in my account and it shows that I paid with $20 and then it shows canceled. They did not give the $20 back to me, I believe the young guy pocketed the money. I felt like something was shady or off when I was there that day. Now that I have found the proof on my history I have called the store repeatedly so I can speak with a manager but do not even get an answer. This was in the drive through on February 25.

So my coworker went through the drive thru, the Order was for a tall latte and 2 grande PSL with whip. They made a tall PSL and a grande PSL with 2 pumps, and a latte. My coworker told the window lady that the order was wrong and she shut the window door in her face when she explained why the order was incorrect. My coworker went inside and advised the barista that the order was not correct and he asked her of the Whole order was incorrect at which point she advised she wasnt sure (shes not going to taste everyones drink). He took them all and gave them back moments later. As you can see in the picture, one of the grande PSLs is dramatically less full. My thoughts are they poured the tall PSL they made into a grande cup. Clearly, I feel ripped off and my coworker was disrespected by the gal at the window. This is not the first time this has happened here which is why I am posting this.

Wifes drink was bad. Even after they tried to fix it, just tossed it.Mine was much too sweet and milky, had to buy two extra shots of espresso to make it taste right.Saw another customer come up to have her drink remade, too.Floors were very messy. This is my go to Starbucks for when Im in town and Ive been going to it for the last three years. The lattes are overallpretty consistent and i have never found the staff to be rude. Yes, it is a busy location; however, i always find the staff busting it out for all us caffeine heads. I definitely could not do this job in this location. I find that if you go in with the expectation of getting a drink within 2 minutes, youre probably going to be upset. Give yourself an extra 5 minutes and appreciate the service industry. Plus, it has a rainbow over it, so you know its good.

Used mobile order because I have a 6 week old and 3 year old. Wanted to stop for quick coffee on the way to the park. Lobby was closed, I parked and walked to the door with both kids in tow to find that out. I couldn’t cancel my order so I had to go through the drive thru. The drive through took 25 minutes -both kids crying for most of it. Once we finally got through it had started raining and we couldn’t go to the park. Usually Starbucks makes my day. This definitely did not. Communicate better, come up with a different system if your efficient pick up isn’t working. Poorly done.

This location is very busy, waiting in drivethru took over 20mins (I wasnt in a rush), so be prepared if you see a long line it will take a while, as they also have some people inside and several cars coming and going for online-call ahead orders. Other than the wait the coffee was just fine and the employees I interacted with were professional.

I have been here 2 times in the last month and each time people have left in the drive thru because the wait is so long. I waited over 25 minutes before getting to the window to pick up my coffee. The people in front of me were getting coffee from what I could tell, nothing like food or numerous drinks that would take that long.Finally get my coffee and drive away, take a sip and it is hot chocolate! I like hot chocolate but it’s not what I ordered. Also, is wasn’t hot - it was lukewarm.

This location is so flaky. They close their lobby with tiny printed signs on the door with no explanation, so then I placed an online order and tried to walk in for pickup. The doors were locked and my only option was to get in the drive thru line. No way of cancelling my order through the app. They weren’t even apologetic when I finally made it through the 15 car line.

Me and my daughter went today. Excoted the holiday drinks were out. Orderes my fav Toasted White Chocolate Mocha. Love the sprinkles they put on top so was bummed they didnt put any. My daughter ran it in and told them and I have no clue what they sprinkled in it....definitely not red sprinkles. Drink tasted terrible, watered down and not even the right drink. I usually go to this starbucks because its close to my work, and its usually pretty busy. On Thursday, October 15th, I went in to pick up a sandwich and was behind a couple of other people waiting for their online orders. I had probably ordered my sandwich 10 minutes before arriving, and waited another 10 minutes while I was in the shop. I was apologized to about 3 different times by two different people (they were training that day so it was a little backed up) and they ended up giving me a starbucks gift card for having to wait a few extra minutes! I never write reviews but I really appreciated the customer service. I wish I would have caught the ladys name, she was blonde and I think may have been the manager. Great customer service, especially at such a busy shop.

I ordered a large white chocolate mocha. When I got to the window he tried to give me a large frapichino... I told him it was the wrong drink and that I said mocha.. then he gave me a medium white chocolate mocha when I paid for a large already. It already took forever so I didnt wanna wait even longer for him to keep fixing his mistakes. I work not far from this Starbucks and I cant express enough thanks for the many times that theyve provided me with the caffeine needed to get through the day. Usually pretty quick service (even during their happy hour days) and a friendly team. Only con I have is that it is a smaller space - so there isnt much seating available in the winter for lunch/coffee meetings.

Always seems like service is exceptionally slow at this location even though there are lots of staff running around. I normally get a mocha with an extra shot or two and the drink tastes a little off here compared to the other locations. Ive been going here more often lately because of covid and wfh. Normally I will go out of my way to go to the Galleria, Southtown or 50th st locations just to avoid this one, even this its the most convenient from my home.This last visit, I waited almost 20 minutes from the time I placed my order to when I realized folks who clearly placed their orders after me (at the registers well after I placed my order on the app) were getting theirs, so I went up to the register to ask. There were quite a few staff hanging around, chatting and ignoring me. Then a staff came up and pointedly looked at a woman who approached the registers after me. After he helped her, he walked away, still ignoring me. Eventually another person that had a manager air acknowledged me and had someone else help me. Staff need to understand acknowledging someone is so important in customer service. You may not be able to help them immediately but at least acknowledge them.Also would have appreciated an apology instead of just saying it wasnt in the system, even after they verified the receipt on my phone and correct location.I prefer to hang out outside until my drink is ready because Im trying to avoid catching covid cooties. Would really appreciate if the other locations did like the Starbucks downtown city center and send a notification as soon as the beverage is ready.

It’s the same coffee but this location is a hot mess. Average employee age is probably 16. The kids that run the place are nice enough but this is the sloppiest Starbucks in the area. Southtown is much better IMO. The drive through always has a line going to the end of the parking lot. When you do go in, it’s usually 1-2 minutes before someone takes your order, even as 3-4 employees walk past you.

Coffee here is as expected. Sevice is quick. Drivethru speedy. Parking plentiful.However, this location has NO seating. The spaces between tables is non-existent. Coming here in groups larger than 2 guarantees limited privacy and seating. Do not plan on staying here long.
