By far the best T mobile experience I’ve ever had! Went in last night to look into upgrading my phone, they had good deals so I ended up walking out in less then an hour (so much faster then I thought it would be) with a new phone! Store manager assisted me, very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend this location over others!
I have been a customer for 5 years with T-mobile and would no longer be if not for Star. Customer Care disconnected all of my family’s devices instead of the one requested. Star patiently called in, restored my devices, asked good questions and explained alternative plans. The store was very busy but Star took the time (over an hour) to restore all of my devices. Thank you Star.

Horrible customer service. I wish I looked at the name tag of the rep that helped me. I went in to the York location wanting to buy the Galaxy Buds+. I did some research on the headphones prior to going. He tells me the price is $130, which I thought was interesting because it was $150 online. I figured it was cheaper in store due to a sale or something. I pay and then I look at the box and ask him if it was the plus. It had no indication of it being the plus. He told me yes, they dont sell the old ones, only the new ones in store. I start looking at the box again. I notice it says its got 6 hours of play time. So I asked again if he was sure it was the plus because I thought the plus had 11 hours play time. He said yes this is the plus, if you look online, its the same exact one. At this point, Im just tired of going back and forth with him. So I take it and I leave. I decided Ill just go get confirmation at a different store. So I go to the Penn location and was told it wasnt the plus, just by looking at the box. They said the box is supposed to have the + on it, just as I thought. Very frustrating that I was sold something I didnt want and being told it was the product I specifically asked for. He had someone else grab the product for him from the back, so its frustrating that he didnt even pick it up to double check. Frustrating I had to go to a different store just to get the product I wanted. Looking at the receipts from the two different stores, you can see it wasnt the right one.

I love T-Mobile! This store is right by my house but I’m reviewing it because I’ve never had to go here. Signed up for a plan at the Apple store and never had a problem. Great veterans discounts. Free text and web in nearly every country. T-Mobile Tuesdays: saw IMAX movie the day it opened for $4. Getting free mini buns now. 😀

I went here to get my contacts transferred from an old phone to a new one. My old phone was 5+ years old so they took the time to transfer each contact individually via Bluetooth. Im very pleased with the service!

After I specifically told the sale representative I did not want insurance on my phone. The sale representative still added it. Make sure you get the name of the sale representative when buying stuff from this store.
The CSR, Andy, was very helpful to me in getting a bill taken care of that was past due because of an extended hospital stay. Very friendly, and much better than Verizon, my old carrier, in every way. Thanks T-Mobile, you guys (and gals) are the best in the business.
Excellent Customer Service!My wife and I wanted to reach out and share our experience with David. David Egger was an amazing example how we would believe you would want each and every employee to conduct themselves. He gently prompted up-sells on features, and very effectively answered every question we had. Most importantly he sensed my uncertainness on picking a new case and pushed to make a decision on case he thought would fit my needs the best. He was right too!I cant stress enough how much we believe he is an asset to your company and is the ultimate reason for us switching back from Verizon to T-Mobile.

We have been working with this store for 13 years and have consistently received excellent service. Everyone is friendly and helpful, willing to go above and beyond to answer questions or fix a problem.
Very disappointed. By far one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had. The employees were completely-unknowledgeable, unprofessional, and focused more on selling me things for their own commission then to help me and fix my phones problem. I dont like to write bad reviews, but this was the worst. I came in Sunday Dec 30 in the afternoon because my phone had a blocked PIN and it said in order to unblock it I had to contact my service provider. After telling the staff about my issue and showing them the message on my phone, the one guy commented on the crack in my phone, and then said that the issue was un-fixable and maybe I should buy a new phone! The other guy suggested that they could try restoring the phone to factory settings and *maybe* that would work. I didnt want to lose all my information on my phone, and I definitely didnt want to buy a whole new phone for such a small issue when mine works perfectly fine.I came in person and expected that they would be willing to help and have at least a little knowledge about how to fix the issues on phones. They didnt even try to call customer service with me or give me a number to someone who could help.I called customer service when I got home and it turned out to be a quick and easy fix. Very glad I didnt get coaxed into buying a whole new phone or completely wiping out all of the stuff I have on this one.Wont be going back to that store for any help in the future.
Try any location except this one. Ive had good luck with TMobile as a company, but no one here wants to help you.
Terrible customer service from lady. Guy was great. Went in with concerns but she was too busy to try help me. Told me to call customer service.
I e-mailed the store manager about an issue. He e-mailed back the very next morning, which was a Saturday, and had it fixed! Getting great service is rare these days, and I really appreciated that.
As a 21+ year customer of T-Mobile, I went to purchase a case and screen protector for my new Samsung Note8. Michael S was extremely helpful and its because of people like him why I have been such a long time customer. I highly recommend shopping at the Yorkdale location in Edina, MN.

I will start by saying that I hate, hate, HATE going to T-Mobile stores, typically. Ive never had anything but bad experiences. At the one in the Big Mall (MOA), I was told that (after explaining I wanted the cheapest phone as possible for a trip I was about to go on) I needed to buy the newest, best, and most expensive phone to solve my issues forever when I reiterated that I needed a cheap phone for my vacation, the guy refused to sell me anything, claiming I wasnt authorized to purchase a phone.Once, at the store in Uptown, the clerk actually laughed at me for asking about a phone case for my older model (gasp! It was 2 years old!) phone. So, when my Samsung Galaxy Avants touch screen suddenly stopped responding and the online advise didnt help, it was with much apprehension that I shuffled myself off to the T-Mobile Store on York, and holy crows, am I glad I did!The two gentlemen working when I arrived were both extremely courteous and helpful. One of them was busy helping another customer (who also seemed to be having a god experience), and the guy who helped me out was just coming back from his lunch. He rushed to punch back in and get to assisting me. He didnt treat me like I was a moron for not wanting to buy a new phone every year, and he quickly checked out my phone to verify that it wasnt water damaged, and that it was still not working right after the factory reset. He then informed me that it was a manufacturing issue, and my phone would be replaced for free! He was *awesome!* Usually T-Mobile workers try to get me to just buy a new phone, or talk down to me, but these guys were great. I wont hesitate to return to this specific store for any of my phone-related needs in the future. You can tell they actually give a monkeys butt about doing their job right and keeping their customers happy.

I was so impressed with this T-Mobile location. I had gone to a different T-Mobile previously and they werent able to help me with my issues I had been having with my phone. I was so frustrated with my phone and ready to just go with a different carrier but decided to try to get help one more time at a different T-Mobile store. I ended up at the Edina location. Denzel helped me with all of the issues I had been having. He was so courteous and patient. He fixed every problem that the other store was not able to take care of and he didnt make me feel silly or that I was wasting his time. I felt that way at the previous store. Thank you sooooo much Denzel for all of your help. My phone is now working great!! :) My emojis are nice to have again and no more bad connection. You really made my day.
Terrible. The employees were very unhelpful. They were more concerned with each other and what they were getting from Smash Burger than with helping me. I will never visit this store again.
