Met up with my boss for a quick meeting. When we arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. We walked in and was served by a nice barista. I ordered the caramel macchiato venti with a extra splash of vanilla. It was tasty with the extra splash. We sat outside with plenty of outdoor seating. We had a good experience.
The drinks were great. Service was quick. There were seats available

Well, the same day that people who are fully vaccinated were allowed to be without masks, I went to this place. While I wasnt parading around the fact that Im fully vaccinated, a little more consideration would have been appreciated. I have been here before and Ive never had a problem other than the long waiting lines. Like most Starbucks, they pay excellent attention to details and the refreshments are usually pretty good. However, recently I went in to use the bathroom, and then I meant to get a tea. I was in line and I tried to bring down my mask for a few seconds to put on some lip balm. I was immediately interrupted by a guy behind the desk who said that I needed to put on my mask. I stopped what I was doing and asked him how I was supposed to put on my lip balm. Then, I said, Think about that. He paused and then I continued to put it on. He interrupted again like a broken record and I knew that there was no talking to this guy again, so I just said something to myself and left. I usually like this place, but I was hassled by this guy working there who didnt use common sense. I would still recommend this place to anyone who likes Starbucks, but be prepared for anxious and cranky people who highly depend on caffeine without much consideration for others at times.
Its a Starbucks. Order was fine. Issue I have is mobile pickup. Its outside, why? Then you have go inside for napkins or extras. Not really ideal but I guess its their compromise for the time.
Terrible experience and will never go back again. This location was so unorganized, made drinks out of order, so people that came waaaaay after me left before I did. I ordered a PSL iced, and they gave me a regular plain iced latte with cinnamon on top. They don’t ask for names on drinks and dont call it out so you are forced to touch every drink to find your own. Also the cashier was very rude. I work at Target and I have a Starbucks in store. I know how it’s run. I asked for a pastry to be warmed and was told no cause it had icing and they don’t do that. Which is true. However, every starbucks I’ve gone to including my own, will warm it up if the customer requests it. Instead i got a side of attitude and stink eye with my order. If these people don’t want to work here, then leave. Its a service job, provide the service.
Been going there for a while. It has always been pretty good. However, in my last two recent visits, not so good. They apparently dont have whip cream for the fraps, atleast that is what I was told, yet I saw other customers walk out with whip cream on their fraps. Very perplexed. Do they flip a coin to decide who gets whip cream? Dont know. Will be filing complaint with corporate.

I drove all the way, all excited, and the staff locked the doors.... they would not let in the customers. It was way before closing time. This is not how businesses are run. When you say you close at 10 you lock your doors at 10pm. Animals are running this store. It’s a zoo. This is not the Starbucks I know. This has to change!!!! If the staff doesn’t want to close at 10 maybe they shouldn’t work there. Your suppose to lock the doors at 10 THEN CLEAN THE STORE. Not lock the door like an hour before. Absolutely the worst Starbucks location. HIRE NEW STAFF OR RETRAIN THEM. Stop misleading customers and providing disgusting customer service.. I saw one young lady arguing with a group of customers. Terrible.
How the mighty have fallen... This was once a cherished location for relaxation and getting together with friends. Friendly, efficient and courteous. None of those can describe the experience to be had in recent times (June 2021). Clearly, none of the personnel want to be there and, on the occasion of my most recent visit, was busy sniping over the commentary of the guest directly before me, who apparently had her order completely Fubard. How difficult is it to make coffee? Apparently very difficult at this particular Starbucks location. A disappointment...
Drinks were ready on time, customized to order, and service was fast and friendly.

This location is a really small Starbucks, but there were four plushy chairs up front with a great view of the outside, and there are a couple of outdoor tables, which I love. My girlfriend and I came here for a couple of hours while my car was getting repaired.We ordered a smoked butterscotch latte and a slice of the iced lemon pound cake. The lady at the counter was super nice, and the latte she made us was pretty good, too. It could have used a little bit more mixing, though. The flavor was stronger at the bottom of the cup, but it was a LOT stronger, like pure syrup. The lemon cake was delicious, as it always is. I really recommend it. Its one of my favorite Starbucks treats.Overall, I really liked the atmosphere here, and if I was ever in this part of town again, I would return here.

This is like my favorite Starbucks before the new workers came in, some big chunky colored guy never greets you and was highly rude today. I couldnt get his name because none of the workers are wearing their name tags except one. That is very unprofessional

Just want to say how attentive and great Mona Mosleh is! Always has a smile on even with a mask on you can tell she’s smiling. Always helpful and greets everyone as if she knows them, that personal connection makes me want to come back everyday. Keep up the great work Mona!
Because of COVID this location is offering curbside pickup, which is great. except they only offer it, they dont actually do it. they should discontinue the false advertising of curbside pickup being available if all theyre going to do is waste customers valuable time. its a real shame because this location used to have really friendly and good employees who actually do their jobs. BIG FAIL.

I am driving long everyday so I order Flapaccino mocha today & they give me just milk crushed iced cream topped. Its test like cold milk no sugar nothing inside.i try to call them no one pick up.

I went there yesterday to place my order for my birthday and was told that they had too many orders. They asked me to leave and to place my order via the app and that it would take 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. Are all the Starbucks like this? Never again. Terrible service. I’m not mad, I’m disappointed.
No indoor seating at the moment, but theyre efficient with spacing the guests and have a great system for orders. Tip your barista:)

Terrible customer service from multiple people. Just rude. Twice in a row, now, I asked for a tray after purchasing 2 expensive drinks (a venti PSL ane venti Frapp). They said no, and even after I pleaded that I also had groceries I had to carry home and could use the help, they said dont know what to tell ya or we only give trays for more than 2 drinks, but we can give you a BAG.... Within seconds of my confusion, they slam the pick-up window shut on me. Ill take my business to a different franchisee

Attitude and rude service on 12/11/2020 at 3pm. I understand it gets busy but continuity from in store lines and mobile orders should not be mixed. The rudnenss we got from the blonde pixie and asian girl was beyond what we expected from a smaller Starbucks branch. Retrain the batista to handle rush hour with a smile.

Very kind staff. The manager (I think she was the manager) was very gracious to me and let me charge my computer inside. I was having a horrible day, and she made me feel like there is still hope for humanity! Simple things mean a lot on bad days. The staff also made two delicious drinks for me (as I was there for a few hours) and chatted with me. Thank you!

The employees here do an excellent job despite the sheer volume of customers and orders. I was surprised they worked very fast and very satisfied with the whole ordeal. Coffees turned out really good too!

Starbucks seems extremely organized but somehow they manage to take forever when preparing morning coffee. Something is way off. Not just here but at nearly every Starbucks. Cashier asks for my name, which is professionally printed on a label on my cup, wow!!! Impressive .. that is great but it took 20 minutes to get my cup of coffee!!! Just got back from my European vacation and every coffee shop served my cappuccino within less than a minute in a ceramic chemical free cup no less, just the way I would expect it. If we are going to adapt to selling European lattes, espressos and cappuccinos, then we better get our act together and learn how to do it right!! And to all you self professing environmentalists speak up and demand real ceramic cups, not cancer causing chemically treated paper cups!!!!
I love all the Starbucks and this location is one of my favorites. All of them have the best customer service. Better then any coffee shop.

They close at 10 yet they stopped taking walk ins at 9:20??? How is that right? Especially when there’s barely any other Starbucks around for us to rely on. It’s one thing for mobile orders but walks in are 1..2..3 kinda thing.

Need to trained better cashier for customers who have questions about Starbucks drinks. Cashier should be more educated, friendly and knowledgeable about new Starbucks drinks.
The Worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to! I was there this morning I ordered a venti cold brew they were giving a grand size. Then I asked the manger for a cup hold she refuse to give me one because she was running low on them😒. Definitely don’t recommend this location! Very disappointed specially on the manger!
During the COVID those guys don’t communicate very friendly. Instead of asking to stay in certain line or wait in certain place and appreciate your patience they tell you that you cannot do this or that in a pretty rude manner. I’ll try to stay away this particular location a while. Very disappointed ☹️
What can I say about this place other than, its a Starbucks. If youve been to one then youve been to them all. It has outdoor seating with the view of a big parking lot. Still, it is a nice place to go to when you need a coffee fix.
I ordered white creme frappe, they gave me a white mocha. I told the barista she made a mistake and she gives me a white creme ice and not a frappe. I told them again she made a mistake and she gives me a mocha h frappe again. I don’t want coffee or mocha, which is why i ordered a white creme frappe and i even showed her the app picture. Teach your employees to give the customer what they paid for, not what they feel like giving out!
I had a pretty good day at school, so I decided to use a 10 dollar gift car that was for Starbucks. I was pretty hungry, so I get a yogurt, some ethos water. Some scones for me and my dad. So, we sit outside as I take the first bite of my sweet scone that my father recommended for me. I was sad, I just fed some birds and focused on the blueberry bits as they tasted somewhat edible. But that’s one strike. Yogurt can’t possibly be bad, right? Wrong, It tasted like a sour goat cheese, the flavors down below like the strawberry and blueberries were once again what kept me going until I was crying inside. That’s two strikes. Take a sip of water, water is always good for a dry mouth. I drink the amazing fresh that is spring and it’s goal to help children get clean water. I don’t know if ethos themselves put their bottles or Starbucks. Isn’t it great knowing that you’re drinking 3 years of 2017 water. Then you have the great feeling that your drinking salt water. Sigh..I don’t know what to say. This caused 17 dollars. I’m just.. please fix and restock your water before you poison someone. Don’t say nobody warned ya. Never coming back again, unless I need coffee. Stick with coffee. Just head to the McDonalds nearby. I recommend that better. See ya also the staff was cool.

I ordered a passion tea lemonade and a cookie for my 7 year old. While waiting for my drink my 7 year old started eating his cookie and one the employees told me my son needs to keep his mask on even if he is eating?? Can’t be serious. Also, my drink tasted so bitter most likely because the tea bag was sitting for too long in the drink (former barista here) I let the barista know it tasted funny and if she could remake it. She wanted to watch me throw out the one in my hand before she made my new one. And the new one was just as bad. Won’t be back!
My Starbucks by choice, since is close to stores, there is always parking, has a very good space inside, there is a fast service, and just like any regular Starbucks they serve coffee, but here for some other reason, just taste better. Just like another Starbucks down River road. I guess since there arent so many people, they concentrate their efforts on making it.

Coffee is ok. warm breakfast sandwiches and protein packs are great! taking 2 stars out due to smokers always being outside which brings it inside. Sit farthest away to the corners. Other than that it’s a relaxing spot

I sent my husband into Starbucks to get me my morning latte since I was running terribly late. After my husband ordered the beverage he was called by the cashier and told he still owed $3 as our card only paid $1+. My husband, confused as we had funds in our account, inquired again stating there must be a mistake. After which the same employee told him there was no mistake and money was owed. When my husband asked again, still confused, another employee Laughed and stated Ha, theres no mistake and you owe us money. To which my husband, Beyond embarrassed at this point, asked for his money back so he may leave without the drink. Unbelievably they actually Ignored him, didnt pay him any attention, and continued to serve other customers. I completely understand the mistake as we were unknowingly charged and left with less of the amount we thought we had for coffee, but it was just a Simple Mistake! No need for the Ignorance nor humiliation added to insult by ignoring him and tending to others after he acknowledged his error. We will NEVER BE RETURNING TO EDGEWATER COMMONS STARBUCKS! The staff is extremely cold, handled their customer in a disgusting and racist manner, and Intentionally ignoring him after he was Already embarrassed. This couldve Happened to Anyone including them. A mistake is just that, a mistake. So clearly its a mistake to have ever walked into this type of facility. Step your customer service game up at This specific location Starbucks! Weve been to locations in Newark, NJ where theyve treated transients better! Sad as hell for the world we live in that people of fairer skin color or having Better Privileges are treated better than the average working person who happens to be a perso of color. Good customer service
Staff are friendly and efficient. The only things is sitting space runs out and during cold weather all that outdoor seating is useless. Some weekend nights a younger crowd gets attracted and sometimes they get a little loud and troublesome. Otherwise it is a pretty cool location.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 40 dollars worth of drinks they were poorly made the consistency was like drinking waterd down milk tasted very bad so I turned around and went back in and explained to the cashier what was going on she was very rude and threw me and my son a dirty look she said this is the right consistency theres nothing wrong with it I asked her to re make them and she threw an attitude again I took my drinks and left as I didnt feel like having to ask her again she honestly just made the same drink over again Im a good customer i came 2 to three times a week we wont be back to this location and I definitely let my friends and family know not to come back to this one
Despite having a really good drink and the service being awesome, I do have to state that it’s an absurd how all the employees keep the faucet on ALL THE TIME. The amount of water that goes to waste cleaning one single metal cup is ridiculous and STARBUCKS should be mindful of how much of an issue water is across the world and instruct their employees to use it moderately. People would turn it on and walk away to make our drinks while water would go to waste. I have no words to describe my Staburcks experience but disappointment.
