Will be ending my service! Tired of the arrogance of this company. Will be at boost tomorrow. App said my bill was going to be taken in on Tues but they texted me on Sunday telling me that it will be on Monday. Then why have it posted in the app.

I had some issues with Straight Talk BYOP program. I spent $60 to use their service and was not able to make any calls because of the No Service signal on my phone even though I checked to see if my phone was compatible and if I would have coverage. I spent hours on the phone with rude representatives and finally at around 2am I was basically told “it’s not our problem, there’s nothing we can do, it’s your phones fault & buy one of our phones if you want to make calls” (I had spent $200 on an iPhone 6s Plus unlocked) I explained this situation to Glenn at Cricket & she was able to get my new phone working under the unlimited plan with excellent service. I really appreciate her help and would recommend this store for anyone who is struggling with coverage issues.

I wouldve given 4 stars but, I cant ever get a good phone case for the line of phones they sale and I go thru phones pretty much an ALWAYS have to buy a new phone with in every 12 to 18months Thats Nuts !! Is it the Chinese supplier or are all phones junk? IDK, but Im gonna try an Find out !
