They require masks without having them available. I have my vaccine, and even the cdc says it’s safe to be without a mask. It’s highly irritating and a waste of my time.What is the point of getting the vaccine when you can’t even go without a mask. AND MORE IMPORTANTLY WHEN YOU KNOW REQUIREMENTS ARE CHANGING WHY WOULDN’T YOU PROVIDE MASKS.I am fine following rules, but you need to provide the opportunity to follow them.

Worst data connection I have ever had. I have been online and in store with a billing issue. Never got a satisfactory answer.

Salesperson was polite and knowledgeable. Salesperson answered all my questions. And I felt comfortable with my decision.

I want to the T-Mobile Sprint store Eden North Carolina. I went there to upgrade my service and switch over to T-mobile. They told me in a little over 24 months all Sprint service will be shut down. They were not a lot of help very disappointed in it. I did not get my problem resolved. Sincerely Richard Catterton

Very fast and helpful friendly service. Although I only came in for a charger I was pleased with my service and would consider returning when Im ready for a upgrade.

Have excellent credit. A paid off debt to prior Sprint (Nextel) was paid off and cancelled & showed up on their credit check, but not on my credit report. I cancelled the service because it was so bad (discontinued calls, etc. ). Glad they turned me down. It was a whim & stayed with Verizon. Former Alltel & Verizon since 1993. Am happy!

Store manager and associate blatantly lied to my face regarding required services that needed to be added to my plan before I could purchase my new device. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Lied to a friend of mine about everything. Do not go to this location they will lie, cheat, and steal. There are other sprint stores that are helpful and trustworthy, this is not one of them. Take your business eslewhere, liars do not deserve your business.

Very misleading. Buyer beware. The store manager told us o e price for everything and then charged more. Kept going back to resolve the issue and finally got to speak with him and he did some changes to our account to bring down price but still feel screwed cause we should not have had to take anything off and still higher then we were told.
