Nice location, convenient shopping.Not very busy inside plenty of space to meet friends and gab.Too bad they ran out of pumpkin spice the day before Halloween. But all was quality and tasty.

Im addicted, what can I say! With so many of the Caribou coffee shops shortening their hours because of staffing issues, this one has stayed consistently open. Their workers are always pleasant which makes my job of leaving something in their tip cup not a chore😊. They are quick to prepare your order and most of the time tell you to have a great day. Soon youll be addicted like I am😁!

Very helpful young lady. Hard for us olds to understand the differences in ice coffee, iced classics, and cold press. Still dont get the major differences but she helped a great deal.

I love seeing a younger generation than me give great friendly service! I order an americano and chicken apple sausage sandwich... both perfect! But I forgot to ask for water when ordering and the young man at the window was positive and happy to grab it for me last second. Its going to be a good day! Thank you!

This caribou is very fast, friendly and clean. They go above and beyond to make your coffee experience wonderful. If you have an issue, they are happy to help you solve it. Drive through time can be a bit long but they rarely seem to get orders wrong.

I ordered a quad espresso on ice.. the barista says, “so you want an americano?” I say yeah without water. “Okay.” She gave me the whole iced americano. Every time I order that at caribou they do this. I like the americano too but I’m over hydrated and want a cooled espresso. I’m going to try one more time, if they get it right it’s changing to four stars. :) Wrong, and I’ll change it to two and start ordering a plain espresso. :(I went back and everything went smoothly. I may be the only person that likes espresso on ice at caribou but Im glad I got it.

Good service and friendly workers. Drinks were prepared quickly and were good quality. Barista was familar with drinks and able to describe them for customers who were unfamilar. Fa fa latte was very good.

Its a standard caribou coffee with all the charm of the northern woods. Its a great place to relax and focus on your laptop work.

I loved bacon egg and cheese bagels but not caribou.....prepackaged and the bacon isnt cooked thoroughly and my lovely chez is darn near cooked/melted away from heating up, BUT BUT COFFEE IS FABULOUS OF COURSE. BESTEST COFFEE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD ❤

Coffee is good, when you get what you order. I have gone through the drive through 2 times now that I have ordered a Caramel High Rise, skim milk, no whip- and gotten a cold caramel cooler. I was informed that they are the same thing.No- obviously different, one is hot and one is cold.. and the calorie difference between the two is a 250 difference. The caramel cooler is way sweeter than the high rise...Didnt have time to dispute and wait for a new something to be made so I just left and dumped half of it out and put the rest with some hot coffee so I didnt waste all 6 of the dollars I spent on something I didnt order.Otherwise though- its a nice place!

Awesome coffee and friendly service

My trip started off absolutely awful, they messed up my drink. they called out a mocha for brian, so i naturally went to get my caramel cooler from the counter, but it was a mocha for some reason? anyway, this ray of sunshine, rachel, completely calmed me down from my fit of rage. she made the whole experience worthwhile.

Caffeine consumption is number 1 priority. The coffee roast and flavor is way better than other places. Cold Press is the best coffee ever even when it is hot.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would have! The person in front of me didnt know what to order for someone else and decided to go make a phone call. Youd think they wouldve suspend the transaction and helped the next person (me) but no they just walked away and waited for him to get back so I left. They didnt greet me and werent wearing their facemasks.

I have been coming to this Caribou for many years now. I alternate between this location and another location in Minneapolis. I am forced to come to this one on my way to work right now due to a road closure and I must say....I am tired of the slow service in the drive through. If another Caribou location can give super fast service, then I know this one can! It just takes a great team leader and a group that will stay on task and put the customer first at all times. I think this store needs to look closely at where they are losing efficiency. I should not have to wait double the time at this location compared to another Caribou. If you are looking for a quick drive through experience on the way to work....find another location...this one will make you late. Even a coffee in the middle of the day takes too long. Call other Caribous to figure out how they do it or put your team together and create some contests to see how quickly you can improve your wait times. A little motivation goes a long way.

I stopped for a quick coffee, and everything was great. The cashier was very friendly and the tables were very clean. I got my coffee very fast, and it was delicious.

One of my favorite Caribous. It can be difficult to get in and out of because of the drive through. But this is a great place to have a meeting.

Date of Visit: 4/7/2019 - My husband and I visited this location for their drive-thru, as he wanted a coffee. No complaints about service or quality. Appreciate that they have a brick structure to encase the dumpster, as it is within 10 feet from the drive-thru window.

Nice atmosphere. The girl working was clearly new. I asked for coffee cake warmed up and she put it in a bag without a fork or any utensil to eat with. So my husband went up and asked for a plate and a fork and returned with an extremely dirty plate with crusted food on it.

A Minnesota owned chain that competes with Starbucks, personally I prefer Caribou. I have not visited a location I didnt like. Check out the daily trivia for 10 cents off and Perks rewards program for very frequent discounts. Crafted and normal bean coffees are both great, order iced or not so hot to beat the summer heat. Casual log cabin feel for a cleaner roomier version of the old coffeehouse feel. Lots of outlets and wifi for working remotely.

Delicious treats and coffee. Love their hot chocolate since they add real chocolate to the drink (your choice of white, milk, or dark chocolate). Do not like the weird parking lot. Friday morning is very busy and its hard to get in and out of the shop.

Decent Caribou. Very fast and good coffee.

Normally a great shop, but they were very short staffed today and had a huge line out the door and about 7 cars in the drive-thru that were blocking all the other cars from the other businesses from getting out of their parking spaces. The 2 ladies working inside though were awesome and doing the best they could.

Drive thru traffic blocks many of the parking spaces, so can be difficult to park or leave. Aside from that its a great place.

Docked 3 stars for this location because of the Slow drive through. Consistently plan an extra 15 minutes to wait in line. Love the staff, love the coffee. Figure out your efficiency problem and Ill change my review.

It is a decent location and very well situated that you can see from the main road driving by. It can be a bit noisy during peak hours so if you want to sit around and chat, keep that in mind, you might find the noise level a bit high. But the staff is friendly and fast. Also, dont park in front of the building, the drive thru may block you in for a while.

The drive thru employee Logan was so friendly and upbeat! He made me laugh by telling me a couple funny jokes while I paid and waited a couple minutes for my coffee. He really seemed like he was happy to be at work and this really makes a difference!

Tiny little drive through. Be cautious in large vehicles. I asked for sweetener. I confirmed at the window. Took a sip, nope....

In the last 6 months this caribou has gone WAY down hill. One day i ordered a mocha and it came with salt on it. Now today, I order a turtle mocha and its tasteless. No whip or chocolate pieces. Also, youd think with close to 7 hours left of being open theyd take out more of their bakery items if they were short. Nope. 2 muffins left in the case. Now, the employees are a different story. 2 teenage girls yelling back and forth to each other as they pace back and forth trying to look like their busy. The place is a mess, tables are dirty, garbage overflowing. Sad. I used to love coming here. I wont be back.

They don’t have a awning over the intercom speaker when you order if it’s raining it get the inside your car gets soaked but it’s raining and they also have a poor bagel selection otherwise it’s Caribou coffee it’s good

The coffee and drinks are great, but the white chocolate raspberry scone has got to go!Bring back the white chocolate blackberry scone. This scone was far superior to its replacement the white chocolate raspberry scone. The blackberry scone actually had whole blackberries in it and blackberry sauce for an explosion of blackberry and white chocolate favor. It was delicious! The raspberry scone is consistently devoid of raspberries and has a minuscule amount of raspberry sauce on it. In fact it has never had whole raspberries in it, just a few drops of raspberry sauce. It makes for a very bland tasting scone. I keep trying it every so often thinking that maybe it will get better, but alas it doesnt. I have pictures of my latest one showing virtually no red raspberry showing in almost every bite. Im going to show it to them tomorrow. It is a sad excuse for a scone. They must have changed bakery venders a few years ago.I once brought my own raspberries and placed 4 of them on top of the scone and it made for a good scone. If you want one, then BYOR. :)

I stop here frequently before work in the morning. The staff that work here are always friendly and helpful. I get a semi-complecated drink and they always make it perfectly. I would reccomend going here over some other Caribou locations in the cities. Thanks for making my morning better! :)

Terrible service walked in and there was 5 employees one at the register actually working while the others SAT back in the corner talking to each other. No buddy acknowledge us and we sat waiting 5 mins before leaving to go someplace else that can acknowledge their customers. I will not go back to this Caribou.

Not a great experience, but not to do with the staff. Poor placement of drive thru line either leaves you parking far from door or stuck in the drive thru line. They were very understaffed for a Sunday morning and I spent about 25 min in the drive thru while I watched people walk in and out of the store within a few minutes. Im just chalking it up to being understaffed. The girl taking my order and handling the payment was very nice and my coffee drink still tasted great.

I had bad experience sunday morning. Visited early morning at around 7 am, felt like one of the staff at cash counter unhappy about my appearance and do not want to sell coffee to me. Not sure, but feels like color thing.
